La cura dei piatti e della materia prima è eccellente, come la professionalità di chi lavora, che parte ancora prima di recarsi qui, dalla prenotazione, in cui la richiesta di intolleranze o preferenze alimentari non è così facile da trovare. Gli accostamenti e i sapori sono originali e sorprendenti. Superbo!!
