27/10/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria located in the Gianola area of ​​Formia (LT). The style, both inside and out, is modern and elegant. You immediately feel at ease as soon as you sit down at the table. The extensive menu offers primarily seafood dishes: appetizers, first courses, and second courses (some meat-based dishes are also available), side dishes, and pizzas. There's also a wide selection of wines, with selections from every region of Italy. There's a dedicated dessert menu, offering artisanal desserts, sorbets, and gelato. The seafood appetizer is truly exquisite, flavorful, and made with fresh, authentic ingredients. The first courses are very tasty: carefully prepared, they enhance the flavors and freshness of the fish. The combinations of ingredients are also excellent. The second course, the calamari 'vopiatto', is also delicious. It's a tasty seafood dish typical of the local tradition. The artisanal desserts are delicious: as delicious in taste as they are beautiful in appearance. The staff is kind and very friendly, starting with the phone reservation. They make you feel at ease and offer attentive customer service.

02/11/2025: I've been wanting to go there for a long time, and on Saturday I happily fulfilled this little wish. The place was impeccable, clean throughout, and the service was quick and courteous, with special attention paid to our children. The dishes were tasty and well-proportioned, the fish was good quality, and the wine was refreshing. I can't wait to go back 😎

30/10/2025: The life of a traveling critic is simple in many ways: we don’t seek luxury, only respect, attention, and good food. At Pesce alla Brace da Fabietto, the owner welcomed us kindly, and you can sense the effort to keep a homely, honest atmosphere. However, the service from the older waiter seemed to follow his own mood — he took as long as he wished to bring the bill and served bread to other tables before ours, even though we arrived earlier. There were three of us; my mother and I each paid around one thousand pesos, without wine — just water and a Fanta. The fish was good, decent, but the service did not match the price or the Italian hospitality we expected. Good cooking, but an inconsistent experience. Three stars if one is generous, mostly for the owner’s kindness rather than anything else.

28/06/2025: One of the best restaurants here in Latina... low prices, food including: Risotto, fish, main courses, even off-menu requests are all excellent... Practically impeccable service and waitress always super attentive and professional. We come here every now and then with my family and as usual we always feel like we are at home. 5 stars well deserved! 🌟❤️💪

28/07/2025: We had a hot and cold appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood) and fried fish. Everything was exceptional. We also tried the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, spectacular and absolutely worth trying.

23/07/2025: To be reviewed..... I booked a table three weeks in advance, but they didn't know about it. They promptly set one in the dark because there was no more room. The appetizer was a bit small, but good (we ordered five appetizers, but they brought us three plates of mussel sauté; my colleagues and I are still wondering why). Finally, the first course: spaghetti with mussels, clams, and pistachios, basically pasta with mussel water and a few clams, plus chopped pistachios. The linguine with scampi (my colleague's) looked like tomato pasta with two scampi. Disappointing.

05/11/2025: My experience at the Hotel Garibaldi in Frosinone (historic center) was unfortunately disappointing. I had booked a non-smoking room through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the room had an unbearable smell of smoke. I immediately reported the problem to the front desk, but was told nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked. Upon checkout, I was then charged a fee of €10 per night for my dog ​​(a mini toy poodle). I understand there may be a fee for pets, but this information should be communicated at check-in, not at the end of the stay. I've never been charged a fee at other hotels where I've stayed with the same dog. The staff member then offered to reduce the fee to €5 per night, which I accepted, resulting in a total of €25. It's not so much a question of money, but rather of how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, especially due to the lack of attention and transparency towards guests.

02/11/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch in October almost by chance. The owner welcomed us with a short wait, even though it was fully booked. A family-run restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, they make you feel at home while remaining professional. The food is delicious, and even for me, a celiac, they took every care and attention necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

20/09/2025: We arrived at the restaurant around 7:45 PM. We waited for someone to greet us to ask if there was room without a reservation. Then a man came out, I think the manager. We both said "good evening." He looked at us strangely without saying hello... and after a few seconds of staring at us, he replied irritably, "What's up??!!"... We looked at each other in disbelief 😳... and tried to ask politely if there was a table for two sometimes. He said "no" and went inside. Fabulous, I'd say. Above all, people should always be greeted with kindness and politeness, which is probably lacking in this place. Too bad. Sometimes it wouldn't take much.

13/09/2025: Family run restaurant since 1950's. Great service, food superb. The best spaghetti vongole I have had. A first for both of us was a starter of lightly battered fresh anchovies. They were exceptional so crispy on the outside. This restaurant in its heyday was full of Italy's movie and music icons and today run by the grandson. The view over the sea terrific. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: Worth the wait! We went on a Saturday night and had to wait 30 min for a table for 2. The calamari mixto and the Pulpo and were delicious!! The staff (Carmen, Pepe, & Alex) were super friendly!! One of my favorite meals in Gaeta.
