26/09/2025: We tried the restaurant, staying at the hotel, with the à la carte menu. The view is the most beautiful on Ponza, a marvelous terrace overlooking Chiaia di Luna beach. The menu is different for lunch and dinner, both satisfying. The prices are obviously high, but for the location and the quality, they're justified. The service is perfect, very professional. For dinner, we tried the fried calamari and grilled calamari on a potato cake, both excellent. The salad was also a surprise. The dessert was a bit disappointing. For lunch, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was excellent. And so was the seafood salad. A feast for the eyes and the palate.

20/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm not interested in denigrating anyone, but rather in encouraging improvement. I'm giving it two stars because you expect more from a four-star hotel restaurant. The location isn't enough—it's very beautiful, and the ambiance is also very good—but the rest is needed. The service could be improved, especially regarding the cutlery arrangement and maintaining the same non-standard servings for two people. Then there's the food. A dish that "ran out" at 8:30 PM should be removed from the menu, and you shouldn't wait to be asked to tell us so. We ordered two first courses, which, based on their names, raised certain expectations, but the flavors were very distant and basic (the base was tomato, and that was basically all we could taste). Then there was the fried fish, which left us unsure about the freshness of the fish, but that's an unprovable feeling. Then there was the side salad (mixed salad with citrus and dried fruit) that tasted like coarsely chopped, bagged salad from the supermarket. With water and a half bottle of white wine, we paid over €100 for two. Now, if you want to stay in that price range you have to raise the quality bar!

16/09/2025: My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.

04/11/2025: Beautiful location and good seafood cuisine, but I have two things to say: - on Saturdays and Sundays, there's a charge for indoor parking (€5); - when ordering, the waiter asked us, rather unkindly, not to order six different first courses, but at least two of each. This is quite an unusual custom... Usually, this clause would be listed on the menu for special dishes.

07/12/2025: Found this place walking along the beach. Me and my wife really wanted to try them. They had few people sitting outside. Look like they are slow . I don’t know if the waiter being racist or he’s just lazy but he turned down my service. Not even a hello. All I get from him was a cold shoulder. We left and went to the one down the road from them. Had great service and food was very tasty.

The guanciale was perfectly crispy, the sauce was unbelievably creamy without a drop of cream, and the spaghetti was cooked to a perfect al dente. The restaurant even served it from a giant cheese wheel, which was a fantastic touch. The tiramisu afterwards was also divine. It's clear they use high-quality ingredients. 22/09/2025: An experience you absolutely must try. A seafood restaurant just minutes from Cassino and the San Vittore highway exit, surrounded by greenery, an ideal location for ceremonies but also delightful for a simple lunch or dinner. In our case, we went for lunch and followed the owner's suggestion, a friendly and helpful man: a cooked and raw fish appetizer and a second course of first courses. There's little to say, the creativity with which the preparations are made is remarkable. It's not just about the plating, but also about the attention to detail and the search for that little "extra" that turns your expectations on their head: even an octopus and potato salad can be enjoyed in a unique way! As if the quality and freshness of the cooked and raw fish weren't enough, the desserts are also top-notch, despite the limited selection. The millefeuille with house Chantilly cream is a highlight, but the other dishes are equally as delicious. 5 stars without a doubt!

Excellent cuisine, a journey through the typical local flavors, superb quality products, all accompanied by top-notch service. I truly appreciated Stella's kindness, affability, and politeness, as she welcomed us, making us feel at home from the moment we met. I already knew this place; I brought a friend there, and I will definitely be back. If you want to immerse yourself in the heart of the Riviera in every sense, this is the place to choose!!!

08/12/2025: Nice restaurant located more or less in the historic center of Frosinone. The food is good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend trying the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream and the omelette with caramelized onion, asparagus, and a cascade of truffles. And, for dessert, the pomegranate cheesecake. 😋 The staff is kind and helpful, especially Linda. 😊 Parking is the real problem, but that's exactly what upper Frosinone is. 😪 Today, since it's a holiday and the offices around the hotel-restaurant are closed, my family and I found a parking spot more easily than the first time, in the evening, on a weekday. Or maybe because we booked for lunch and not dinner. 🤔 Unfortunately, I've never had reason to try it as a hotel, since I live in this city, but the photos look promising. 🫠 Recommended. 😊👍

02/12/2025: In the highest part of the city, parking is extremely difficult. At certain times, it's almost impossible. Rooms are decorated in… vintage style. Overall, clean, but the limescale in the shower was truly excessive. The shower is huge and extremely comfortable, by the way. The water from the system (both cold and hot) is pumped in bursts: at times it's very strong, at times it seems to stop. This makes mixing difficult, and the showerhead feels scalding hot and cold. From my room, I had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Prices are affordable. The sweet breakfast was varied and pleasant. The cakes were excellent. There was practically no savory breakfast. Avoid the restaurant: I spent 50 euros for an appetizer of eggplant meatballs that didn't taste like eggplant, fried cod with olives (fried), capers (fried) in a sauce (fried) that I digested the following week, a glass of wine, water, and a 3-cm-diameter chocolate cake. Crazy price and barely adequate quality. There are much better dining options nearby. I'll return to the hotel, carefully avoiding the restaurant.
