21/06/2025: We showed up without a reservation because we were intrigued by the menu displayed, at an unlikely time, on a Saturday evening, in the middle of the summer season and...we were welcomed with kindness, promptness and professionalism by all the staff. Quick service, truly tasty and very fresh dishes. We will return tomorrow!

We expected much more because at the entrance it was written that it was among the best restaurants in the world. Also the quality/price ratio was terrible. I do not recommend it

25/06/2025: I went to eat pizza. But then the company says... Let's have the "frittini" brought first, just a taste, so many of us are waiting. Not being a local, I followed the choice. I didn't eat pizza. The frittino was a riot of delicacies, mozzarella, olives, fish, panzerottini... A fried delirium that personally knocked me out. Everything was excellent, fresh, well breaded, fried but light. I absolutely have to go back.... I have to try the pizza!

11/06/2025: 08/06/25 with a group of 50 people, we had lunch (so to speak) in this place. The appetizer was from the supermarket trays, lots of Surini and pickles, mussels cooked with only water, inedible. For celiacs, a grilled fish that was a hundred years old, burnt, dry, dry, served on a plate with just a drizzle of oil. Fruit salad was from the jars, always from the supermarket. Lastly, the coffee served in paper cups, already sweetened, (never served like that in other restaurants) Very noisy place

15/06/2025: I honestly can't understand how a restaurant like this can have excellent reviews. We were 4 for dinner yesterday and it was a terrible experience. After a mixed seafood appetizer where the fish was fresh we started the dinner pleasantly. When the first courses arrived, general disappointment. Risotto with scampi cream that the scampi hadn't even seen from afar, non-existent seafood flavor. Not to mention the spaghetti with clams drowned in oil and with the clams full of sand. It seemed like eating garlic and oil. Another table also sent back a spaghetti with clams probably with the same problem. Finally the grilled fish inedible with an acidic aftertaste. In the end we spent €65 per couple and my partner and I only ate a seafood appetizer and a hallucinating tiramisu This place doesn't even know what fresh fish is. To forget

15/04/2025: I do not recommend.. if you want to be sure between unpleasant service and choose from a minimal menu.. they are only playing for a better kitchen.. but I would close it.. And their response to my review is a lie!!!! The restaurant was empty and in 3 minutes in the restaurant and as they write for 3 waters they wanted 50 euros!!! They didn't even give us a document!!! The cook threatened with a knife that if we don't give the money he won't let us go... Let everyone draw their own picture.. I have a lot of reviews and tens of thousands of views here.. most of them are strongly positive.. but if you want to get killed and go to an empty restaurant where they will disgust you and then lie to you.. please go.. it will be experiential gastronomy. Instead of the restaurant apologizing...

12/04/2025: personal antipático! ! ! éramos grupo de 11 , pero no elegimos nada en el menú y decidimos cambiar el restaurante. Se pusieron muy molestos y groseros. Hemos pagado por 4 botellas grandes de agua y nos hicieron pagar 40 euros EXTRA por “vasos sucios en la mesa”. Les dimos 20 euros y nos fuimos. ¡Nunca más!

18/06/2025: In the heart of Viterbo a very welcoming and unique place. The menu is very varied, ranging from meat, fish and pizza. They make special dishes that can only be found here. The choice of wines and beers is also good. The prices are average for Viterbo places. Excellent for group dinners. Last night I was there for a dinner organized by the gym where I go, they offered us a large menu with many courses at an absolutely advantageous price. They have a beautiful outdoor courtyard where you can eat when it is not cold. I always go back there with my family.

03/07/2025: 5 star hotel and restaurant!!! Elegant and comfortable structure, excellent cuisine with dishes that combine local flavors with the most modern cuisine! Friendly and attentive service! I hope to return soon!

01/07/2025: Hotel easily reachable by car but they do not have a private parking I had to park on the public road, the hotel looks very nice but also very old from the room you can hear any noise coming from the rest of the hotel. I strongly advise the manager to have earplugs for the next customers because if there are people who are not respectful of others and slam the doors all night you won't sleep a wink. Excellent breakfast abundant and lots of choice.
