09/08/2026: There are places you simply go to eat, and then there are places you live an experience. Ostrica Pazza definitely belongs to the latter category. We chose this wonderful sea-view spot in Ostia to celebrate my partner's birthday, a special day for us, and we can honestly say we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first moment, we were welcomed by Mr. Marco, the owner, who accompanied us throughout the experience with a constant, discreet, yet warm presence. He made us feel pampered, describing each dish and each individual ingredient with a passion that goes far beyond mere work. And then there's Laura. A chef with a capital C. Every course spoke to something: care, attention, passion, and above all, love for what she does. The fish was exceptionally fresh and high-quality, and every dish surprised us with every bite. You could clearly sense the passion and dedication behind every preparation. To top it all off, sommelier Pier perfectly understood our tastes and needs, guiding us with professionalism and discretion throughout this culinary journey. A huge thank you also to Tommaso, impeccable during every course, always attentive and present, in perfect harmony with Marco and the rest of the staff. And as if that weren't enough, carefully chosen background music accompanied the lunch, creating the perfect vibe that made the atmosphere even more pleasant and special. But the best part? We didn't feel like customers. We felt like guests. Guests in a home where everyone did their best to give us a moment to remember. For my partner's birthday, I was looking for something special, and without knowing it, I found so much more: a memory we will never forget. A truly heartfelt thank you to Marco, Laura, Pier, Tommaso, and the entire Ostrica Pazza staff for giving us such a wonderful day. We left there with smiles, full bellies, and above all, the desire to return. And we will be back soon. That's for sure. 15/03/2026: Terrible experience. Four of us went and ordered an all-you-can-eat option. Chinese beers cost €6 for a 66cl bottle, and in the end, some of the beers were left on the table, which resulted in a €30 surcharge. The bill ended up being more than €40 per person. The food quality is poor. Lots of goodies, but little substance. For €40 per person, I would have gone to a restaurant and not a food court. If only I'd known that beforehand!

02/03/2026: It's very large inside, and the food is incredibly varied. The service is excellent, and the waiters are very friendly.

07/08/2026: My husband and I have been coming to this beach resort since July, and sometimes with friends. It's well-maintained and clean, everyone is friendly, and the food is also very good. We tried their hot food for lunch: scampi risotto (excellent), pinsa (fabulous), and panini (good). Overall, the food is good and the prices are fair!

28/07/2026: Nice and very clean place. The only bad thing is the staff is quite rude and they treat the employees badly!!!

05/06/2026: I was diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago, and it's been my go-to place ever since. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bread is excellent, as is the gluten-free focaccia. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: What can I say? It's all fantastic! We stumbled upon it by chance, and from now on, we'll be regulars! The chef loves his job, but above all, he loves making his guests feel at home. I have a son with celiac disease and I have several food allergies. The chef is prompt, meticulous, and passionate. Every dish is homemade; it may take a little longer, but everything is cooked to order. His wife serves at the table with meticulous attention. If you have any special needs, call ahead and they'll arrange your meal. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to enjoy everything from starter to dessert. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their cuisine for celiacs and allergy sufferers. Very fair prices.

28/06/2026: WE ATE THE EXCEPTIONAL SHELLFISH SOUP, TO SAY AN UNDERSTANDING. VERY GOOD. TOP. We bought it for takeout and we lacked nothing, from the bib to the hand wipes.

26/07/2026: A historic port venue with a retro feel Dining there isn't seductive, but it's relaxing. It never disappoints, and you won't encounter the noisy wildlife that unfortunately rages in the area. Quality food and attention to detail. It's not a restaurant designed to surprise, but one that lets you dine in peace, pampering you with those little touches that are disappearing in restaurants. Fair prices, and the owner is very present and friendly.

31/05/2026: I went to dinner last night at this restaurant where I truly felt at home... the service was attentive and very kind, the atmosphere was truly beautiful and unique, with this pergola made of grapes. I felt like a child again... And the dinner, oh my... delicious, very fresh fish, but the real surprise was the sea bass with porcini mushrooms and pecorino cream... oh well, I felt like a princess, a dish worthy of Masterchef... I can't wait to go back. Thank you for the wonderful experience at your restaurant. Quality and price are everything here.

12/07/2026: Historic restaurant/pizzeria in the charming San Saba neighborhood with simple streetside tables. The staff was very friendly, but the food wasn't exciting. The fried foods were very greasy, and the clam pasta was salty and full of chili pepper. The clams, however, were fresh. The Roman-style pizza was thin and crispy, my favorite, but unfortunately the tomato sauce was a bit too acidic. The focaccia was excellent. Reasonable prices. I'd give it another chance because the pizza dough was excellent. P.S. Please explain to customers parking in front of the tables that they can't do that!

29/03/2026: EXCELLENT!!!!! I'll return again and again. The fish is fresh and of the highest quality. The friendliness and kindness are immediately noticeable. Then, when you sit down and start tasting, you immediately realize that the quality and flavor of the combinations of some dishes will make you want to return again and again. I've been there several times and will definitely return. EXCELLENT, WELL DONE GUYS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (actually, no, otherwise I wouldn't find a place :-))

05/08/2026: I went to eat a simple pizza with a friend of mine, a welcoming place, the service was very attentive and well organized, fast, precise, very professional, it's a real shame about the cuisine, the appetizer of low-quality cured meats, pizza booo not defined, cleanliness of the bathrooms non-existent given that it was a day of low attendance, it's a real shame because it's a nice and well-kept environment but you absolutely have to review THE KITCHEN.

28/07/2026: Neighborhood place. Super simple, with a pizza that even Michelin-starred chefs can't resist. Very thin and crispy. And since I only eat red pizza, without mozzarella, it's the simplest flavor you can hide behind. EXCELLENT value for money. All young people. Long live the purity of this place, of those who cultivate it, and of those, like me, who feed on it.

07/07/2026: Dinner with a friend. We'd been a couple of times before for aperitivo and pizza, but this time we decided to have dinner instead. The bruschetta with salmon and another version with anchovies were good, followed by an excellent Margherita pizza and a tasty and filling scampi cream risotto. Two Aperol Spritzes, a lemon sorbet, and a chocolate cake. Courteous service and a good value! Highly recommended; they even parked my car for me!
