06/03/2024: Very high level of general professionalism, first of all. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. Raw materials, very fresh. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Kindness, courtesy, elegance and style paint this very original and wonderful place. Highly recommended. I could stop here and limit myself to a description from a freshly star Gourmet Chef but... I found myself at home this evening... I was at home and I could smell the sea like when I open the windows of my house and let myself be embraced by the sea breeze. The class, kindness and above all the sweetness of the owners is wonderful. It felt like I had known them all my life. And those flavors.... My heart was happy because I felt loved through those wonderful dishes. Tonight...I came home. Thank you with all my soul. Thank you...thank you with all my heart. Thank you for making me feel emotions similar to those I felt when, as a child, I found myself in front of a dish prepared by my mother. A strong and sincere hug.
