03/10/2025: If you like Italian pizza, like Napolitana or Sicilian, this is the place for you. The atmosphere isn't ideal. It's like a large hall, and most of the people who come, including the locals, spend a good quarter to twenty minutes there. We eat pizza and leave. The pizza is as described. It's not as crispy as you might expect from other pizzas. Of course, that also depends on the toppings.
01/10/2025: This was my first pizza in Italy, and I can say I wasn't disappointed—it was amazing!
However, there must have been a mistake with my neighbor's pizza, which ruined the already rather unexciting atmosphere... The servers were unpleasant and didn't seem to appreciate tourists...
That said, I repeat, the pizzas were excellent!

Cooked by Simona, who, together with Darko, created this restaurant, which stands out for its cuisine, impeccable cleanliness, and courtesy. I've been coming back to this place for years and will continue to do so, as it truly is worth it.

05/11/2025: I had lunch with a friend and we had a second course: the dish included a Florentine steak of about 1.25 kg with baked potatoes (which we ate for 2) 😋😋😋, water, wine, desserts and coffee, all excellent and topped off with a good dose of courtesy☺️.

08/09/2025: After about 20 visits to Trattoria al Borsa, I'm pleased to share my opinion. In my opinion, it's the best fish restaurant in Grado. Always friendly service, and the food is consistently excellent. While elsewhere it's sometimes good and then disappointing the next, I've always had nothing but good food at al Borsa. 18/08/2025: I'd just like to point out that there was too much oil on the pizza, which made it a bit too heavy for my taste. That said, the pizza was still good. The wife was also satisfied, but she did make a point (please take this as advice, not as a harsh criticism): in her case, the vegetable pizza was too big, and very, very undercooked. A pass, anyway!

11/10/2025: Recommended trattoria, with tasty and beautifully presented seafood dishes. Friendly owners. We opted for mussels with chili pepper instead of pepper, and instead of the mussels with pepper, we opted for mussels with impeperoncina (a type of mussels with pepper), followed by fish gratin and sardines in saor (sautéed sardines). The house wine by the glass is good, both still and sparkling. Prices are reasonable. Free street parking is available near the restaurant. Worth a stop for some food and wine.

12/09/2025: We stopped here spontaneously during our travels on the way to Jesolo. We had a very good meal and sat on a lovely terrace. Our only criticism was that the salmon pizza didn't explicitly mention that it was smoked salmon, which we would always appreciate.

29/09/2025: Food like a dream come true. I've been coming to Lignano for seven years and always visit La Rueda Gaucha. The food is excellent. I always order the carpaccio, balsamic steak, and the pistaccio mousse for dessert. Fantastic service; I feel very comfortable here. Please make a reservation in advance, as it's very busy every evening. Thank you for the fantastic food, and I hope to return for many more years.

14/10/2025: We had an amazing lunch here one Saturday afternoon quality was top notch, the service was professional and attentive, and the setting was just lovely. The seafood lasagna was a real stand out, although all the dishes were absolutely delicious.
