03/11/2025: It was excellent for us. We like old, simple, unpretentious "osterie," but with substance. Simple, good, and well-presented food. Ultimately, nothing else is needed!

The location is absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and the staff was some of the friendliest, most professional, and genuinely kind I’ve ever encountered anywhere. It’s all worthy of the highest praise, a solid 10 out of 10. We’re already looking forward to coming back, whether for lunch or just to stop by for the best coffee I’ve ever had. 27/07/2025: La prima volta per me e mia moglie. In occasione del nostro anniversario abbiamo ricevuto in dono due voucher di questo locale, prima sconosciuto. I voucher erano per due menù degustazione "Casanova" con vini abbinati. Località, panorama e location veramente notevoli. Veniamo accolti dal Signor Francesco con sapiente ed affabile "savoir faire". All'inizio del pranzo tempi un pò lunghetti per la prima portata. Piatti originali con materie prime di elevata qualità cotte alla perfezione e presentate ancor meglio. Vini eccezionali....peccato aver dovuto lasciare buona parte causa "timori patente". Nel complesso tutto benone. Locale di livello. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

10/09/2025: We had spaghetti vongole, impepata di cozze, and torta alla nonna, all delicious. Regarding the service: the waitress spoke Italian, but it's Italy, where people speak Italian; and anyone who can write reviews can find out more about the menu on the same page. ;) We will definitely eat there again.

14/06/2025: Servicio terrible y comida horrible El dueño nos dio actitud, grosería. Después de hacernos esperar durante 1 hora y media sirven una pasta ridícula sin ningún sabor.

10/10/2025: I want to compliment you on everything, but especially the breakfast: the service was EXCELLENT, we felt welcomed and at home. We received fresh eggs and top-quality ham. Especially since I can't eat gluten, I received so many gluten-free products that I didn't even know what to choose. The brioche was delicious! I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!

09/10/2025: It's unthinkable that a facility would have rooms with these World War I-era mattresses. Extremely uncomfortable and thin.

07/10/2025: We found the restaurant while walking around and, seeing the mixed reviews, decided to try and dispel them. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. The zucchini and mint pasta was decent, and the calamari was flavorless. Special mention goes to the grilled eggplant with its burnt underside. It's a shame because the staff is very polite and friendly. I hope they can improve the food.

22/09/2025: What an experience! Kitchen outdid themselves. Had the Sea Sample Dinner Great service from one individual who seemed knowledgable on the wine list.( server was lacking in attitude and general friendliness, would have been a perfect 5 without her off behavior) but the good made up for it. The wine and drinks selected were great

10/09/2025: The bar. A tragicomic experience began with a 10-minute wait at the entrance to be greeted by the waiter (only two other tables occupied, ed.). The staff was either completely incompetent or perhaps hired that same day. Finally, two drinks arrived, completely distorted but loaded with ice: the Moscow Mule without ginger beer and the barely perceptible vodka, but the shaken Campari was truly SHAMEFUL; the photo says it all. Clearly, the prices were high, but obviously completely disappointed!

18/10/2025: I ate a good crispy pizza and above all a good mozzarella, 🥰 being lactose intolerant I have to say a good excellent pizza congratulations guys!!!!!!!ps… For those who are celiac!!!!! They make a good pizza😋 and just have to try!!!! 😉 TRYING IS BELIEVING

23/09/2025: The place is really ugly. The staff is friendly. The food is mediocre. Augusto is certainly not typical cuisine. Indefinable.

10/09/2025: We went to see the small town of Gorizia, very pretty but not very lively. We looked up food on Google and found this restaurant (there were only a few open). I should mention there were two waiters, one dark-haired with a thinning, rather scruffy and dry hair, while the other was a guy with a short bob, very friendly and pleasant. As for the food, it was pretty average. The worst thing was the price: two people with a starter, main course, dessert, and a coffee—nothing out of the ordinary. We didn't eat eels or anything like that—they charged us €138.40 (almost €70 per person). It's a real steal, as for that price you'd almost be eating in a Michelin-starred establishment.

27/10/2025: The bartender with the tattooed arm is fantastic. The service is excellent; she welcomes you with a smile and is very courteous. I'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: The three brunette bartenders Chiara, Teresa, and Isabella are the best bartenders I've ever had! Helpful, kind, friendly, sociable, and down-to-earth! Thanks to them, this has become my go-to bar!!!

02/10/2025: Visited for lunch, a very nice place. The service is exceptional, impeccably precise; they change your cutlery with white gloves. The food is very good and the desserts are homemade. They do charge a little, but that's okay. Worth a try and return.

27/09/2025: Decent little restaurant with good food for moderately high prices. We sat outside with a nice view of the sea. The service was okay and the tables tidy, chairs were comfortable. The wine was good but the food wasn’t the best for the price you pay. Still we had a decent time and might be back here again.

27/09/2025: A fantastic place, the food is excellent, the service is very attentive, and they make you feel good. In the warmer months, sitting outside is a fabulous experience. For special occasions!

04/10/2025: Never again! The tagliatelle (€30) was drowning in oil, and the brodetto (€28) was too salty, so I sent it back. One star for the tiramisu classico.

25/09/2025: We went here for lunch and were very satisfied. The dishes were fresh and tasty, prepared with care. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming even at lunchtime. We recommend this place and will gladly return!
