A very rustic trattoria, both in terms of its ambiance and management, so if you're a bit snobbish, don't go. I ate well and abundantly with the owner, who even made me laugh a few times. I'll be back.

From the sea to the table, Signora Assunta personally selects the fish directly from the local markets of Grado and Marano, just as they say on their website! A quiet atmosphere, with a typically Friulian feel, all accompanied by good wine. The furnishings, tablecloths, and paintings all evoke the sea. Sorry for the photo, but it was impossible to take my fork out of my hand until the very end... fabulous spaghetti alla spiaggia, with a hint of spice, fresh parsley, and mopping up the sauce to finish. Try it and believe it! 🔥

I love this place, maybe because I like eating fish and they do it well here. I take advice from the lady, she spoils me with several courses and everything is delicious. Personally, I think the portions are generous. I always end up taking the rest home and maybe saving myself the trouble of making dinner. The place is historic and has always served fish, so they know how to do it. The decor is typically old-fashioned, it's like stepping back in time. As for the prices, and compared to other fish prices, I think they're good. I pay between 40 and 50 euros, but I'm teetotal, so I don't know the wine prices.
