31/01/2026: Unfortunately it deserves the few stars it has... I'm sorry but we had 2 second courses for more than 25 euros per plate and they were both of poor quality.

04/01/2026: We had lunch as a couple: an appetizer, two first courses (spaghetti with clams), two sorbets, 1/4 of the house wine, and water, for €90. The food was good but not exceptional, and the price seemed excessive. A cover charge of €3.50 per person seemed a lot, considering other places nearby don't charge it.

13/08/2025: Returned after a few years and found the facility dilapidated and the fish was of low quality. Not recommended.

07/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. The grilled calamari was delicious, as was the spaghetti alla marinara, which was tasty and well-made. The fried calamari was also light and crispy. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We recommend it.

09/11/2025: I never write negative reviews, but the lady at this place made me blush. I went in to ask if they could serve us something to eat, considering it was 2:00 PM. The lady ignored me, and when I approached her to ask, she snapped, telling me she was alone and that I could go somewhere else. Which, of course, I did, since there's no shortage of good places to eat in Grado. So I can't fault the food and drinks, but if they treat their customers like this, I don't think it's a good thing.

19/10/2025: Received something different than what I ordered - response: they changed it without noting it on the card, no apology or other concessions...

22/10/2025: A truly romantic place. The lady seemed like a German woman to me, cold and not laughing. Italians are always nice, but we were here in mid-October. Maybe tired after the summer? The day before, we ate at a nearby restaurant because it was cheaper, and I have to say we ate better the day before. The pasta ragu seemed lacking in salt, as did the tomato and vegetable sauce. I don't think we'll be back.

14/10/2025: You can forget about that place. We've been in Grado for decades and have finally decided to visit the Canevon. The decor is reminiscent of Venetian palaces from the century before last. The food tastes very good, but the portions are ridiculously small. My request for a second napkin after the appetizer, spaghetti with seafood, has still not been met. It was noticeable that there were no Italians in the entire restaurant, only Germans and Austrians. A bad sign in general. I had to wait almost an hour to order my main course, turbot with polenta, because two waiters were completely overwhelmed with seven tables. The turbot was also just a small triangle cut from the turbot, the whole fish. The polenta was completely dry. What also struck me as suspicious was that all the dishes were delivered within a few minutes, when a waiter finally found time to attend to you. This place is a total rip-off in my opinion. You can eat good fish elsewhere.

08/12/2025: I don't think I've ever found a worse combination of service, product, and prices. They're outrageous, but they think they're professionals.

27/10/2025: The brunette, short barmaid with a nose piercing was very kind and welcoming. I will return just for her.

18/10/2025: People stroll by and you have a drink. Nothing more, nothing less! The staff are correspondingly apathetic, not to say dismissive.

10/10/2025: I used to be a guest here, but the unfriendliness is getting worse every day. It takes a long-time guest to get so annoyed. On top of that, the waiter threatened me with physical violence. So, I can only say one thing: No matter the situation, and even though the food is quite good, avoid.
