06/01/2025: An unforgettable experience: culinary excellence and impeccable service! I was recently at this restaurant and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best meals of my life. Each dish was a symphony of flavours, carefully prepared and presented like a work of art. The freshest ingredients and attention to detail made every bite a real joy for the palate. But what really made the experience extraordinary was the service. Vittorio, the head nurse, is simply exceptional. His professionalism, courtesy and ability to anticipate every need made us feel like special guests from start to finish. Vittorio has a rare ability to put every customer at ease, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere without ever being intrusive. His dish recommendations were impeccable and demonstrated in-depth knowledge and genuine passion for his work. This restaurant is not just a place to eat, but an unforgettable culinary journey. Congratulations to the whole team and a special round of applause to Vittorio for making our evening truly magical. I can't wait to return!

03/11/2024: My wife and I tried Ristorante D'Aiello on our first day and Italy. The food, service, and views were excellent. This is a great place to eat, especially if you enjoy people watching as many tables overlook the main street. We went during non-peak tourism times, which I would highly recommend if you plan on enjoying Italy without being shoulder to shoulder on the streets and wish to see and enjoy everything on your list. Special shoutout to our waitress, Elenora, who was extremely polite and whose service really contributed to the great experience we had.

29/11/2024: 3 weeks in Santa Maria and a lot of lunches at La Tartaruga because it is just brilliant. Staff are friendly the food is delicious and the position is perfect. Mauro the owner is a class act running the restaurant and looking after his customers. It’s been a special part of our trip and we will return

26/12/2024: I had a very delicious meal and a great experience. We visited Positano on our honeymoon and found this restaurant through Google Maps. All menus were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It was one of the best dinners of my life. The following is a review of the menu I ate. ㅇ Octopus dish: Crispy fried octopus served with chickpeas, hummus, and tomatoes. The octopus was so tender and went well with the sauce. I just wanted to eat two plates of octopus. ㅇTruffle Pasta: I ate truffle pasta at twice the price in Rome. It was more than twice as delicious as the meal in Rome. The truffle flavor is not overpowering and goes well with the noodles. The photo shows it divided into two plates, so the actual amount is twice that in the photo. ㅇ Tenderloin steak: I ordered medium rare, and it was tender and delicious. Uniquely, we were provided with three types of salt and they were all delicious. ㅇ Pizza: This pizza was recommended by the employee. It was a pizza with mozzarella cheese, ham, olives, and potatoes, and it had a harmonious taste. The olives were especially delicious, a flavor I had never tried before. This is a pizza without tomato sauce, and it's worth a try. ㅇ Tiramisu: It’s so delicious. There is a feeling that good ingredients are used. It was sweet and soft and the sheets were appropriately moist. All menu items were delicious and highly recommended. When I told him it was my honeymoon, he gave me raspberry chocolate. It was the best dessert. Thank you for providing a happy experience on your precious trip.

03/12/2024: GAVE ME FOOD FLASHBACKS. I am a picky eater and was hesitantly convinced into ordering the traditional 5 course meal though I am not a salad, soup, or desert person. When I tell you this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in life?! For every single dish and course my partner and I ate every crumb and left empty dishes. The food was amazing and even with being very clearly young tourists the service was so nice and accommodating. Very fancy restaurant with a beautiful view into the kitchen. It’s been a few days and my partner and I are still talking about how delicious it was. We left completely full as well! Very much worth the €70pp. Can’t recommend enough to anyone in the area. Worth a long drive even!

08/12/2024: Le Bontà del Capo in Conca dei Marini was our favourite restaurant in Italy! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere incredible, and the views over Conca dei Marini were breathtaking. Antonio, the owner, and his team were fantastic, making us feel so welcome. As visitors from New Zealand, we couldn’t recommend it more! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality- the kiwis

08/12/2024: The restaurant is high up on the mountain, and our driver (not arranged by the restaurant as some of the reviews state) knew the roads well and got us there quickly and safely. We were seated in a smaller dining room off to the side where it was really quiet. Would’ve preferred to sit in the main dining area. White table cloth atmosphere. Food was delicious, standouts include the lavender panko crusted scallops, sea bass, black truffle tagliolini (a bit under seasoned for my preference, but great truffle flavor), sorbetto di limone. And for my night cap they poured a generous 4 finger pour of 15 year scotch! Service was attentive, but not overbearing.

13/10/2024: Comimos aquí la última noche de nuestro viaje a la costa de Amalfi y tuvimos una comida increíble. Nos encantó la escapada de las multitudes de Positano, y el restaurante nos recogió y nos dejó en nuestro hotel en Positano. El personal y los propietarios de la familia eran cálidos, amables y genuinos. La comida era increíble! Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante cuando visite Positano.

31/12/2024: Excellent fish restaurant in the center of Salerno, right in front of the church of San Giorgio. The proposals are all interesting and cooked with fresh fish from the city. Both my dishes were good: the anchovy meatballs were nice and crunchy and the use of fennel enhanced their flavor even more; the packages with squid soup were plentiful with lots of sauce to finish with a slipper. Nice enough staff and fast service. Good prices. I recommend it.

17/08/2024: We had such a wonderful experience at Il Tridente Positano! Our view was unparalleled and our servers were very nice and professional, their wine and food recommendations were delicious! We celebrated our honeymoon there, and although I initially hadn’t been able to book the table I wanted, I signed up for the waitlist and got contacted immediately. I absolutely recommend this restaurant in your upcoming visit to Positano!

04/11/2024: Three weeks ago, my wife and I celebrated at this most incredible of venues. 'Perfect' has been used to describe the reception our guests received - with many stating that this was the most magical and wondrous wedding that they had ever been to - and will ever attend. Everything about Le Trabe is phenomenal - the Michelin-starred foods; the service, the people - simply the most wonderful place that we could have chosen. My wife and I met at a summer festival in the paradisal village of Trentinara, in the mountains above the venue. Our mutual friend and genius, Domenico Monaco (a local celebrity) was amongst our witnesses as we celebrated in the what I feel is the best place on Earth: Cilento. My wife stems from another nearby village, Altavilla, and for this reason, we were determined to wed in the heartlands of where our hearts were destined to be joined. Rafaelle, Simone, Federica, Concetta - and another of Trentinara's finest, Angela; Cristian - everybody, at every level at this beautiful venue went above and beyond to give us the day that my sensationally amazing wife deserved. Earnestly, I cannot give any prospective guests better advice than to book in here: whether for dining in the achingly desirable restaurant or to enjoy your own special day; Le Trabe will remain in your hearts forever.

10/10/2024: I honestly expected something more, as usual in Cilento clubs. appetizer of cold cuts, sausage with a bad taste, appetizers... I'm thinking of aubergines in oil, also in my opinion not that great, I thought something else would come out next to the appetizer but instead nothing... a first course mushrooms and sausage, dry ..it was enough to add a little water and a nice cream was created, to finish grilled meat, overcooked bacon, the remaining discreet... quality-price... leaves something to be desired.

21/12/2024: Easily our favorite place in Salerno. Incredible Michelin quality restaurant. Cozy environment where you can see the entire kitchen work, are offered dishes that change daily, and are given high quality service. Gigi is a fantastic kind man who runs a great restaurant and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.

15/12/2024: We ate in this restaurant last night, apart from the culinary experience being in line with expectations, unfortunately we were charged for the first courses not consumed and the wine not drunk. It was our mistake not to check the bill immediately but in the rush to leave the table free we forgot about it!

With my wife we ​​tried the fish dishes, but we saw some inviting pizzas. The dishes were plentiful and delicious. Each dish is prepared with quality raw materials. Excellent value for money. 10/11/2024: Cozy, beautiful and elegant place! Impeccable service! Giuseppe the owner, also manages the B&B Hotel Belvedere (where we stayed) is a kind and helpful person! We ate excellent fish, and spent incredibly little, considering the quality of the raw materials! I absolutely recommend!!!!!
