30/08/2025: Family-run with a big outdoor space and such a lovely vibe. They welcomed everyone, even switching languages with ease. Our waiter was charming and never rushed us. Fresh appetizers, and honestly the best pizza crust in Ischia! Plenty of seating, clean restroom, and just a fun, relaxed place to be

30/08/2025: Just had dinner there with a table of 8. The place really is family owned and operated, the oldest son helped me with a fantastic parking space. Kids from different tables were allowed to mingle in the abundant, covered outdoor terrace. The food is delicious, authentic and served in ample portions. All the fish is local and I actually ordered a second batch of “alice fritti” YUMMY 😋 You couldn’t ask for a better pizza, perfect tasty crust, in house sauce and fresh toppings delivered pippin hot one after another. The pace was unhurried with both owners walking through checking on their valued guests…. Warm. Friendly. Delicious. Economical. We are definitely going back. I highly suggest you join in the festivities 🥳

19/10/2025: I didn't like it at all. I had a better memory. I had my twins' christening lunch here on the recommendation of some acquaintances, and it was very good, high quality. I've been there now, and in my opinion, it's gone downhill considerably. The service wasn't bad, but the food was mediocre, even worse. The quality/price ratio was definitely not fair. Also, one thing I hate is the peculiar smells wafting from the kitchen into the dining room. It's definitely an experience I won't repeat.

29/09/2025: I wasn't thrilled with the pizza; it arrived with the fiordilatte already hard, probably because it wasn't served right out of the oven. The zuppa inglese was good, but there was no trace of Alchermes liqueur. The bathrooms were very clean, although the stairs could be swept more often. I had the impression that it's become more of a tourist restaurant than it used to be.

28/09/2025: A disastrous experience. In all my years, I've never seen such arrogant and rude behavior toward customers. The owner's son, in front of the entire dining room, treated us rudely and offensively, even going so far as to tell us not to return. A restaurant lives and survives solely thanks to its customers: those who pay have the right to be treated with respect. Here, however, we found only arrogance and a lack of manners. Even the quality of the food is overshadowed by such behavior. For us, it was the last time: we will never return and we strongly advise anyone not to visit this restaurant.

The girls are truly kind and always ready to make you feel at ease. Every time I come in, I feel right at home: the atmosphere is serene and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and taking some time for myself. During my treatment, I enjoy chatting with them and discussing personal matters. It's wonderful to have this kind of connection in such a welcoming environment. The owner is a wonderful person, very kind and with a strong personality that exudes confidence. You can tell she loves what she does, and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In an hour of pampering, I found not only excellent service, but also a place where I can leave the stresses of everyday life behind. I highly recommend this beauty salon to anyone looking for some relaxation and a quality beauty treatment.

19/09/2025: We shared an octopus salad, and then I ordered cream cheese, which arrived frozen, but even that didn't ruin our meal. The waiter was very friendly and explained what each fruit was.

17/09/2025: Update Just ate here again and different experience. Ordered t-bone steak again and we suggested 800 grams. Waiter said larger would be better so we said less than 1kg. We had to force ourselves to finish the meat and we didn't feel that great. The bill showed that the weight was way over 1kg. Nearer 1.5kg. Dined here twice. Good quality food well prepared. Ordered a large t-bone steak to share between 4. Told that it would be better if we had two. Indeed it was excellent and better than the single large one we had the week before elsewhere which wasn't cooked through. Fish, pasta and pizza also good. Maybe better to go elsewhere for pizza if that's all you want. Given a free tiramisu to compare with my wife's. It was not as good.

27/09/2025: We went to "Manfredi" on our last day in Naples. We trusted the recommendation of an acquaintance. They seated us outside in an uphill alley. Quaint but not very convenient. We had a Margherita and a pasta with potatoes and provola. We liked the dishes. Not all the desserts were described correctly. Mine had chocolate that hadn't been mentioned. We found a surprise on the bill: an additional charge of 10% of the total, which also includes the cover charge. Perhaps this charge is mentioned somewhere on the menu. We've never encountered it in other places. We didn't see it, nor did we look for it. If you have to study the entire menu like a contract to avoid surprises, in my opinion it's best to avoid it.

21/10/2025: Fratelli Medina is everything you dream about when coming to Naples for pizza! The pizza was absolutely incredible, perfectly baked, flavorful, and made with real passion. But what really stood out was the way we were treated like family. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, made us feel at home, and turned a simple meal into a wonderful memory. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples!

22/09/2025: Very tasty dishes, even the quantity was AMAZING! The price? Truly better than anything I'd seen in Naples and the surrounding area in two days!! My compliments also to the staff, it's clear that attention to detail is very important to them. We had a truly wonderful time (4 hours at the table), the food was delicious regardless of the choice. We'll definitely be back, the place is perfect in every way... the kind of place that makes you feel AT HOME 🫠🎯 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

19/10/2025: It's not bad, courteous, crowded....the only flaw is that you can't charge €14 for a 0.33 cl bottle of wine...that means €42 per litre...it's crazy.

21/09/2025: Only in town for the day on a cruise. Our driver recommended Trattoria Medina for lunch. Six of us decended on them and they put together some tables for us right away. Great service. Great pizzas!

30/09/2025: The views from the roof top are beautiful. The food unfortunately was not the best. We tried the steak and it was not cooked all the way through, we asked if this could be done a little more, but due to waiting our chips went cold and when the steak came back it was awful. They literally reheated the steak and bought it back. Just don't have the steak.

14/09/2025: A truly positive experience. The Ischian-style rabbit was amazing, not to mention the bucatini served as an appetizer, and the staff were incredibly kind. 🔝

05/10/2025: Food is good, the baked Zitti was a little salty, the beef was really good, the fried cheese balls with Rosemary was really good, a little salty, but very tasty.

05/09/2025: The seafood linguine was excellent, along with good coffee and homemade limoncello made by a guy from Pozzuoli. The service was attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. If I go back to Pozzuoli next time, I know where to eat. :)
