24/09/2025: Well-kept facility and clean sea, free showers (cold water). Parking is €6 for the whole stay, very good; two sun loungers are €30 at the end of September, a bit pricey. The beach is rocky: water shoes are required. Overall, beautiful!

03/09/2025: I was at this beach club the day before yesterday, intrigued by the positive reviews and their Instagram page, which convinced me to go. It's very nice, I must say, impeccably organized, everything very well-organized and cared for. I have nothing to complain about even the bar area. If I had to find a negative, it would be the "bathrooms"—they're comfortable and have all the amenities—but there are some customers who don't know what hygiene is here, let alone at home. Just one phrase: "Toilet bowls covered in urine." I don't blame the beach club... but they could be a little more careful about this. What else can I say? The underpass from the parking lot to the beach club is very convenient. I'll definitely be back.

16/12/2025: People go there to celebrate, have fun with karaoke and spend time together. The food isn't special, nor is the wine... but these aren't the main attractions for those who frequent this place...

13/12/2025: Nice bar and restaurant in a good location, close to the highway exit. Ample parking in front. It offers delicious dishes and top-notch salads. Friendly and attentive staff. I've been here several times for business lunches. Large, bright, and welcoming spaces. Perfect for aperitifs or a relaxing time with friends. Highly recommended!!!

08/07/2026: The location overlooking the sea is the only redeeming feature. The unprofessional and absent-minded staff in the dining room forget to give us menus and then proceed to throw them on the table, urging us to hurry up and choose. The dishes are decent, but paying €28 for pasta (plus a €5 cover charge), you'd expect much more. Definitely forgettable.

30/05/2026: Rude waiters who pretended not to hear, endless wait despite the room being empty, the waitress served the meat and brought the tray so close to my face that oil splashed in my eyes and on top of that, at the end they "rounded up" everyone's share to make the calculations easier, terrible experience, I will never go back.

30/05/2026: They inflated the prices on the receipt by charging us 40 euros more. Unfortunately, we realized it too late; they must have taken advantage of this, seeing that we're not locals. Furthermore, a pizza chef squashed a cockroach in front of me with a sharp kick and then kicked it out.

01/06/2026: I can't tell you about the quality of the dishes offered at this restaurant since we weren't given the chance to try them. We stopped by around 9:15 PM and were told to come back in an hour and take a reservation with our name and phone number. At 10:15 PM, the time they'd given us, we arrived and were told there was no room for us because the kitchen was no longer open. We were intrigued by this place, but the service was truly awful. A phone call would have been enough to let us know and we wouldn't have had to wait an hour for our meal.

27/05/2026: The food was okay, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was a nightmare. The waiter was rude and disinterested. They claimed they didn't have any change, so we were forced to give an extra tip even though a service charge (coperto) was already included in the bill. Never again!

22/02/2026: Stunning location: face to face with the sea! The quality of the ingredients is questionable, and the dishes are overly improvised. It's impossible to accommodate guests with food intolerances or even just different tastes. Dishes are not changed! Even though we were told otherwise when booking. Completing the review is the lack of coordination between the dining room and kitchen staff, and a lot of overcharging... Totally unacceptable wait times.

22/02/2026: Here's the updated version with all the points you mentioned: ⸻ I went to this restaurant for lunch today, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative in almost every way. The only real positive is the location: it's undoubtedly beautiful, with a splendid view of the sea that creates a pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciate the fact that they cater to gluten-free options: they had both pasta and bread available, and they were attentive to this. Otherwise, however, the experience was very disappointing. We waited three hours for our first course, a simply unacceptable amount of time, especially without clear explanations or adequate apologies. During the wait, the service was virtually nonexistent: we didn't feel welcomed or cared for. The staff was clearly insufficient, both in number and in managing the room, and they also had a lackluster approach to the customer. The lack of organization was evident even in the most basic aspects: when we were welcomed, we weren't even served water, and we had to ask several times just to get it. Generally, we had to repeatedly call the staff for any need. We requested the "Lucullo" appetizer, but they mixed it up and brought it to us as if we'd ordered the tasting menu, which we hadn't. This mistake demonstrates a lack of attention and poor internal communication. Furthermore, the first courses weren't served all at once: we ate in staggered intervals, with some people at the table already finished while others were still waiting. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional situation. Many people around us were complaining about the incredibly long wait; several customers even got up and left before receiving their dishes, tired of waiting. As for the food, it wasn't poor quality, but it wasn't particularly exciting either. Given the interminable wait and the general disorganization, it's definitely not worth it. A lunch that should have been a pleasant experience turned into a stressful experience. I'm sorry to say this, but I can't recommend this restaurant at this time: the beautiful sea view alone isn't enough to make up for such poor service and inefficient organization.

21/12/2025: Terrible experience. The location is run-down, the atmosphere is gloomy, and the cleanliness is extremely poor: from the bathrooms to the table service. There was a visible layer of dust under the placemats, a sign of total neglect. The decor is dated and outdated, lacking any charm. The food was disappointing: the dishes were excessively greasy and of poor quality. The bill also seemed unjustified for the quality, with prices significantly overpriced. Chaos and disorder reigned supreme. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant; there are many others that are truly worth it.

14/07/2026: I really can’t recommend this beach club. The views are beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the food was genuinely good. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of what you would expect at these prices. When we arrived, we were simply shown our sunbeds. There was no welcome, no explanation of how things worked, no menu, and no introduction to the facilities. Throughout the day, there was essentially no service. If you wanted to order food or drinks, you had to go looking for a member of staff yourself. There are no QR codes, and no waiters regularly checking on guests. We paid €90 per person for the beach club, yet even a bottle of still water cost €9. Lunch (pasta with zucchini and shrimp) was €39, and we had a €70 bottle of wine. I have no issue with Capri prices—they are what they are—but at this level, I expect attentive and professional service. Instead, we had to wait a long time just to place our order. The final disappointment came when we left. We walked up to the main road to find a taxi, only to discover that all the other guests had been given tickets for the club’s private shuttle. Nobody had ever told us that this shuttle even existed. Thankfully, the driver accepted our receipt and let us on. High quality isn’t just about charging high quality prices. It’s about delivering an elevated experience consistently, to every guest. Sadly, that was not our experience here.

12/06/2026: It's catastrophic. As soon as we arrive, they make us pay for the boat shuttle, the sun loungers, the umbrellas, everything, before we've even sat down at the table. The restaurant is decent and the service is pleasant, but the management only cares about money. The sun loungers aren't worth the asking price, and the man at the entrance is rude: you have to prove you've paid by any means necessary, otherwise he'll block everyone. In short, there are too many beautiful places here to choose to go there.

06/06/2026: I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding the way this beach is managed. While the sea in Capri is undeniably beautiful and should be accessible to everyone, my experience here was frustrating, to say the least. The only "free" beach nearby is essentially an inaccessible pile of rocks, making it dangerous and practically impossible to enjoy. Meanwhile, the only usable area is controlled by this establishment, which demands a ridiculous €55 fee just to access the water. It is completely unacceptable to restrict public access to the sea in this way. I understand charging for sunbeds or amenities, but making people pay such an exorbitant amount just to step on the beach and swim in the Mediterranean is unethical and goes against the principle that the sea is a public good. I felt cheated and unwelcome. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a fair and accessible experience to look elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value your rights and your money.
