20/02/2026: Six of us had dinner with a one-year-old. The meal was mediocre, the place was empty, and yet the service was terrible. Used glasses on the table, even water in them, a dirty tablecloth, and a cold atmosphere. We kept our jackets on while we ate. While waiting for our plates, the person who ordered pizza had to eat alone; they couldn't even serve the dishes at the same time. And finally, they added the child's cover charge to the bill (which they then reluctantly removed when we pointed out the deficiencies). The child didn't eat, and they didn't even bring him cutlery. It's clear we won't be returning. Highly recommended. I had to give one star because it's the lowest I can give.

14/02/2026: I ate in this restaurant, the service, food and atmosphere were all excellent, the desserts were delicious, the guys who brought the dishes to the tables were very friendly and efficient, I will definitely return

15/03/2026: Two of us from Germany, we've eaten here twice already. It's a simple restaurant, but the lighting is too bright. It could be cozier with dimmed lights. The service was very friendly. We don't speak Italian, only English, but she actually understood everything for our order. Thank you. Everything was really very good. The pizza bread was also delicious. Thanks to the chef! 👍🏻 Prices are reasonable; we paid with Visa. We're satisfied and will come again. 😁

15/03/2026: A great little restaurant. I think they focus on takeout. They have a very large selection of pizzas, and the pizza is delicious. The staff were very patient despite the language barrier. They managed to communicate with a mix of English and the few words of Italian they knew. Thank you for your patience, and a big thank you to the kitchen staff!

08/03/2026: Wonderful food right in the heart of Sorrento. The service was excellent and very attentive. The pizza with sausage and friarielli was one of the best I’ve tried in Italy. We will definitely come back to try more from the menu. Also a very nice selection of wines.

09/03/2026: We were at this restaurant in the center of Sorrento yesterday for Women's Day. The gnocchi alla sorrentina were excellent...and the service was fast and professional from Marco and his staff. I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: Avoid if you can or if you don’t have a choice. Most Rude owner I ever encountered as you can’t have a conversation. My partner didn’t like his drink was watery and asked to change it politely. The Waitress kindly tried to take it back to bar and sadly she came back to the table with the drink saying owner was coming to understand what was wrong with the drink. Without saying hello he asked myself what was wrong with the drink and to tell him how to do it cause the drink was fine in his opinion. Politely tried to tell him wasn’t of my liking but he continued with a sassy attitude asking to tell him how I supposed to do it that my partner had to jump and rescue me as he was raising his voice. Didn’t finish neither of drinks, we just stood up payed and left saying goodbye which was at least answered.

15/01/2026: We arrived in Sorrento from Naples by ferry and, as our hotel was far from the center (where the restaurants are concentrated) and it was already late, we opted to have lunch at this place. Despite the reviews on Google, we decided to give it a chance. In my opinion, as a Google Guide user, I don't consider the restaurant excellent or unmissable, but there's no reason for harsh criticism either. The place was quite busy, and yet the waiter was attentive in finding a table for us. We ordered a caprese salad and gnocchi: both were good and reasonably priced. As for the service, even with the place full, the waiting time for the dishes was adequate. The area doesn't offer many restaurant options, and therefore I consider the experience to have been fair. You can eat here comfortably, as long as you don't have high expectations.

11/03/2026: An amazing mussel soup, both in quality and quantity. Start with a taste of truly delicious lardiata. The restaurant has been renovated and has ample parking.

30/08/2025: Just had dinner there with a table of 8. The place really is family owned and operated, the oldest son helped me with a fantastic parking space. Kids from different tables were allowed to mingle in the abundant, covered outdoor terrace. The food is delicious, authentic and served in ample portions. All the fish is local and I actually ordered a second batch of “alice fritti” YUMMY 😋 You couldn’t ask for a better pizza, perfect tasty crust, in house sauce and fresh toppings delivered pippin hot one after another. The pace was unhurried with both owners walking through checking on their valued guests…. Warm. Friendly. Delicious. Economical. We are definitely going back. I highly suggest you join in the festivities 🥳

30/08/2025: Family-run with a big outdoor space and such a lovely vibe. They welcomed everyone, even switching languages with ease. Our waiter was charming and never rushed us. 02/02/2026: RUINED SUNDAY We had booked this restaurant for a family Sunday to celebrate my daughter's graduation, having just returned from Milan. Having fond memories of the place, I called ahead to specifically ask if they catered to celiac disease and lactose intolerance. The answer was clear: "Yes, no problem." Once we arrived, however, the situation was the opposite. When ordering, we mentioned the intolerances and were arrogantly told: "You can sort it out yourself, just avoid what you see on your plate." When we asked for specific ingredients (since butter and dairy products aren't always visible), we received rude and superficial replies, demonstrating complete ignorance on the subject. Result: my daughter was only able to eat an octopus salad. Added to this was the truly sloppy service: a bottle of wine ordered from the menu wasn't available, the alternative was poured directly into glasses without tasting, and one of the glasses even contained water, which the wine was carelessly poured into. Meanwhile, other diners were served appetizers of questionable quality, while my daughter received none. When we asked for gluten-free bread, we were told they "never bought it." At that point, we asked for the bill (€130) and left. The problem isn't the price, but the unacceptable way they treat customers, especially when it comes to allergies and intolerances. We had called ahead precisely to avoid this, but the restaurant demonstrated utter superficiality and disrespect. I almost never write negative reviews, but I do so to spare others this terrible experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and arrogance ruined our Sunday. Absolutely avoid.

01/12/2025: We arrived at 4:00 PM, were seated, and didn't have a long wait even though the place was busy. We ordered two first courses (1 linguine with clams and 1 linguine with seafood), which were good, but the mussels were cold and the clams were very small. For the second course, we ordered a calamari platter for two (we specified "abundant"), and we received a normal amount of calamari, not too small but not too large, and a nice plate of mixed salad. We went to pay, and the lady at the table charged us for two calamari platters (we'd only ordered one, but at most she'll charge me a little more because I specified "abundant," not a whole one) and a plate of salad for the "modest" price of 10 euros, which I hadn't even ordered. I specified the items I ordered and ate, and the lady replied that she had ordered two fried items even though I'd asked for one. Then I checked the receipt and found the salad I hadn't ordered. As is my custom, I paid, thanked her, and never returned, without a fuss.

08/12/2025: Last Saturday, we had pizza dinner for 12, with a €20 menu and unlimited drinks, including one GLUTEN-FREE option. We'd already celebrated there several times, and we've always had a great time, so we chose it again for that evening. The menu, which included a fried appetizer, a choice of pizzas, and unlimited drinks, was excellent, plentiful, and of good quality. Unfortunately, there was a glitch. When the appetizers arrived, the gluten-free option was also delivered correctly. However, when it came to the pizzas, due to a communication error, a GLUTEN-FREE pizza was delivered to the person with celiac disease, who started eating it. We didn't make a fuss because we understood the mistake, and yet, when the maître d' was delivering the correct gluten-free pizza, he approached us with such arrogance and presumption, accusing the celiac customer of not paying enough attention to his pizza, as if it were his fault and he should have realized it was the wrong pizza. This unpleasant misunderstanding would have been resolved amicably if only the maître d' hadn't behaved so rudely, addressing us so rudely. Mistakes are human, especially during busy times, but we need to be very careful about food intolerances and have better communication among staff when dealing with unusual situations like this, especially when they're reported at the time of booking. We were disappointed by this behavior and reported the incident to the manager, who, however, acted as if nothing had happened, making the matter seem unimportant. It's a shame, however, that customer health is not something to be trifled with.

28/12/2025: New management... I don't know about the restaurant, but a tea at a table near the entrance costs €7.00 plus a €2 service charge. Prices aren't displayed.

02/11/2025: Extremely Overpriced and Disappointing The view is great but we went with the recommendations and the food was only ok. However what they charged us was atrocious. Tourist trap that is way overpriced. I’d never go back under any circumstances. 19/10/2025: Don’t do it. As said in other reviews, this business is greedy. A reservation was made by our tour guide for lunch, when we got there the waiter asked if we were having just drinks. We said we intended to have lunch. We ordered drinks and realized my husband didn’t care for the menu. We said we changed our minds and wanted just drinks. The waiter said if we didn’t order lunch they would charge us 100€ for the little boat that took us from our tour boat to the restaurant (less than 50 feet). He said it was the owner’s policy. We had to eat lunch there. I also heard an older couple at the table beside us ask if they could split a risotto. The waiter said no. This place was not packed, and we were in fact the first people in the place. We told our tour company who said that little boat transfer was included in our tour cost and vowed to never recommend them again. Terrible service.
