22/11/2025: An excellent restaurant for a journey, with cuisine that pays attention to the finest ingredients, featuring cod-based dishes ranging from appetizers to first courses, from cod parmigiana to potato and cod tart, all expertly prepared by the chef-owner and his staff.
Be sure to end the evening with a list of the artisanal desserts.... A special mention goes to the jar of noble ricotta, cream, sponge cake, and Vesuvius apricot compote, "le pellecchielle."

10/10/2025: Pizza is good, Service ok, the beer they serve us was bad, they said is the taste of peroni im a beer judge bjcp E4149, so I know what im taking about, mine was almost empty, my wife almost full they said free i said no worries, they insist free. When the tap came they charge us both beers. Dont know why they said free. Offer us free lemonchelo.

14/12/2025: One of the most famous restaurants in Italy, in Capri, where it is common to see someone famous next to you.
The restaurant was founded in 1931 and still manages to maintain tradition and serve amazing and delicious dishes! This is truly amazing!
Everything is handmade and of very high quality. The restaurant is indeed one of the few "branded" restaurants where you eat excellently and feel full, while not seeming expensive!
The atmosphere and service are top notch.
We highly recommend it and we believe that it is worth making a point of visiting it once!
05/12/2025: La Capannina di Capri is a true gem!
The service is impeccable, the food is delicious, and the sea view is simply breathtaking.
The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed fresh, creative dishes, all in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the wonderful island of Capri.

06/11/2025: The food is good and the views are great (if you're lucky). It's expensive, on par with Capri in general. I tried gnocchi alla caprese, since I was in Capri. Very tasty, but the portion was small. The waiter was very friendly and spoke Spanish. I gave him an €8 tip and then regretted it because I'm broke.
29/10/2025: Excellent pizzaria restaurant and their service is top class.
Located a bit hidden in the street,... do yourself a favor and visit them.
Clear winner in Capri.

22/09/2025: My wife and I ate at this delicious restaurant on Sunday evening, September 21, 2025.
The welcome was excellent and friendly.
They recommended the catch of the day, and it was an unforgettable taste surprise.
The calamari was the best I've ever had.
The pizza was excellent.
I'm also writing this review to remind myself where to go again.
PS. Try the zuppa inglese... simply fantastic.

The white wine was perfect, fruity.
The restrooms were clean.
BUT:
* What a racket! My ears could hardly stand it.
* What a wait! It was Sunday, and it seemed the kitchen staff couldn't keep up. An hour for a simple pasta dish. That's way too long.
What a shame.
12/11/2025: Great dinner at Convento in Cetara. Very quiet on a tuesday night in november. Great if anchovies are your thing. Had a Genovese di Tonno for the first time but i think i prefer the classic meat version.

17/11/2025: Overall, a very positive experience. The attention to guests was greatly appreciated, despite the large crowd. The only drawback: the reception staff were inconsistent and not always on top of things.
17/11/2025: For yet another stay in Naples, we chose this property again. This time, the standards were lower. We had our four-legged friend Figaro with us. The room was tiny and uncomfortable. There was a supplement for our dog, with the promise of a kit, but no kit. Parking was booked and paid for €40 for less than 24 hours, plus a further €40 charge for leaving after check-out time, which was reduced to €18 after a long back-and-forth. How could we lose customers?

07/11/2025: Good, but a bit pricey for the portions served. I assume the fish is fresh, so it's fair enough. But we had a fish carpaccio with vegetables, which was quite poor in both quality and portion size. The tuna and hummus were better. The wines were good, and the atmosphere was very nice. However, for such a casual, quick-service place, €35 per person seems a bit too much.
