17/03/2026: Incredible experience at Forio: We tried the lemon pasta, as well as the artichoke and cuttlefish pasta, and they were both amazing (cooked perfectly, just the right amount). The views are beautiful and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend pairing your meal with the house wine (which is also local).

02/04/2026: We visited this trattoria based on a recommendation in our guidebook and on Google. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The service was unmotivated. The waiter only brought the bread for the appetizer after we pointed it out. The salad for the main course arrived after we had already finished our main course. The quality of the meat can only be described as very poor. When paying at the register, we were asked if everything was alright. We expressed our dissatisfaction, whereupon they reduced the price by €6. We felt this was completely unacceptable. We have eaten at well over 100 restaurants in Italy in recent years and cannot understand the positive reviews.

11/04/2026: For Easter and Easter Monday, we went to Ischia with friends and had lunch both days at Ristorante Bagno Tre Stelle. The location was enchanting, the food exceptional, and the staff were helpful and friendly despite it being packed. A delightful surprise, a slice of paradise. We highly recommend it; you won't regret it.

10/04/2026: There were eight of us and we chose this restaurant for its beautiful seaside location, which is definitely its highlight. Unfortunately, however, the experience didn't live up to the price. I'll start with the most critical point: I ordered (along with another person) spaghetti with shrimp by word of mouth (because this type of dish wasn't listed on the menu the waiter gave us, and also because I always eat this type of spaghetti with shrimp in Ischia). Only after the bill arrived did I see the price on the receipt (not for tax purposes) of €32 per dish with the word "Mazzara" next to the spaghetti. I've never paid €32 for a plate of spaghetti with shrimp in any restaurant on Ischia. Never! You should have told us the shrimp were from "Mazzara." The waiter wasn't clear, and didn't tell us the type or the actual origin of the shrimp, a key factor in justifying such a high price. A price like that demands transparency and impeccable quality. We also had concerns that the shrimp weren't actually from Mazzara, leaving the customer with a feeling of uncertainty, protection, and distrust. The dish was poorly blended, slightly watery, and tasted more like a simple cherry tomato than a seafood dish. The other dishes were also overpriced for their quality and quantity: spaghetti with clams €17, fried calamari €17 with a very small portion, and a dessert called pastiera €7 a slice. Service could be improved: limited desserts and even basic items (like stain remover) were missing. We paid around €50 per person (€400 total), without wine: a price that reflects neither the quality nor the setting, which remains that of a simple beach restaurant. Furthermore, the receipt didn't seem to be accurate. This review is constructive: more transparency on the products and a better quality-price ratio are needed to avoid the impression that the restaurant is charging more for the name than the substance.

02/03/2026: Hotel in the heart of Avellino, impeccable service, with an adjoining bar and excellent pastry shop. The excellent pizzeria restaurant is very popular with those who want to eat well.

14/02/2026: The pizza was good. I had the Viva Pulcinella pizza with a ricotta-filled crust. I also tried the paella my colleague ordered. It was good, but I didn't find it exceptional enough to be a must-try. The battered zucchini were excellent. The best I've ever had. The location is nice and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it.

01/02/2026: A real Italian restaurant. Locals come here, so you know you're in good hands. The staff is super friendly and even wanted to take a picture with us. It was wonderful to have a real Naples pizza. It's a small, open pizza kitchen that, by Dutch standards, doesn't look very tidy, but those are often the best restaurants.

The staff is kind, polite, professional... The owners make you feel at home, they are wonderful!.... I'll go again for my son's communion!!!! I absolutely recommend it. Whatever you want to eat is divine!!!!! It's all delicious!

22/12/2025: A truly magical lunch, the food was delicious we had fresh fish, pasta, rabbit and the most beautiful clams. We found that the staff were charming and were very sweet to our children. The view is spectacular! Call ahead and book for dinner as they very popular. True procidan hospitality. We don't speak much Italian, but we felt very welcome. We even got to try the fresh figs from the owners tree and stoke his little dog.

09/12/2025: Excellent seaside restaurant! Despite the rain and wind, we sat inside, and I must say the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the food was really good (especially their nerano di mare and linguine with clams and lupini beans).

14/03/2026: An authentic trattoria in the heart of Sarno. Simple and authentic flavors. The lady who runs it welcomes us very warmly and recommends the daily specials (pictured), giving us the opportunity to try some unfamiliar local dishes, such as the "mescita": cubes of broccoli, potatoes, and pan-fried croutons. A place I will definitely return to at the first opportunity.

19/12/2025: The food was sparse and salty, and the bill was exorbitant and equally salty. The only generous condiment was celery. An experience NOT to be repeated.

08/03/2026: I think it's the best seafood cuisine has to offer! Freshness expertly cooked! Traditional Campania cuisine with linguine with sea urchins, spaghetti with crab, golden fried anchovies, and countless hot and cold appetizers. In short, Lucullus would surely have said: "I'll stop here!"
