07/04/2026: It's like touching the sky with a finger looking at the sea ❤️. If you want to stay and eat in a breathtaking place in Agropoli, La Sciabica is for you. Rooms with incredible views of the port and old Agropoli, the atmosphere is dreamy and there are all the comforts. Ideal for families but also for romantic couples or friends! Superlative welcome thanks to Damiano and Simona and all the staff. Thank you so much ❤️❤️ also for the super breakfast!! As for the restaurant, the choice is extraordinary: excellent raw materials and food. Superb service! I highly recommend this place which embodies the professionalism and love for hospitality that has been around for generations. It's a place close to my heart.

14/04/2026: An unsatisfactory experience at Ristorante del Pino. The buffet featured several cold and poorly prepared dishes. The atmosphere was rather chaotic, and the service was not particularly attentive to customers, with poor table management. Considering the quality offered, the price was decidedly high compared to the overall experience. Overall, I don't think the quality/price ratio was adequate.

14/04/2026: A chic restaurant, but truly delicious. The open kitchens at the entrance—10 stars for that alone—are truly delicious. Perhaps too generous for someone like me who hates leaving food on his plate. I would have tried something else, but a first course is enough for dinner.

16/03/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at Magone! I recommend the octopus with black cherry jam and sour cream. Excellent seafood, refined yet simple. Dinner began with a complimentary puff pastry entrée with passata and mozzarella (very good). We had fantastic octopus, fried calamari, creamed cod on a bed of fried polenta, and seafood mezzemaniche. The desserts were exceptional, completely handmade (I recommend the kumquat cheesecake). Even the bitters are homemade! Everything was delicious, accompanied by a stunning view. We'll be back!

16/02/2026: The menu consists of a few dishes, but they're all carefully cooked and impeccably prepared. The risotto is excellent, as is the lemon tart! Friendly staff.

22/03/2026: You know those restaurants where they offer you crunchy, spicy, melt-in-the-mouth, soft, and all that other nonsense?! Perfect, forget about them, the food here is good, in fact, excellent, and that's enough. The service is courteous, attentive, and never intrusive, the food is excellent, and the prices are fair. Kudos to everyone.

18/10/2025: For me, this is the best pizza in the Sele Valley. The rest of the food is also excellent, the waiters are friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Recommended for both small and large parties, the location is truly lovely, especially since it was renovated. There's the "old" room, which is smaller, rustic, and welcoming, and the new room, which is larger, brighter, simpler, and elegant. In short, there's something for everyone.

11/11/2025: After 10 years of absence, the last time I went to the old establishment, and I brought some of my colleagues from Brescia to let them eat the quality fish and in abundance not drawn on the plate and I made a great impression; they couldn't believe their eyes at how much food they had brought us of all qualities. Here in the new establishment I always found the same spectacular welcome, always fresh, genuine food, Diego and a great chef, Papa Sabatino, always a great gentleman, excellent service. I booked on Saturday afternoon, it was packed, but for friends, as always, they found a table. Thanks Diego, thanks Sabatino, when I return I swear I'll book the week before, hahahahah, a hug, you are the best.

22/02/2026: The first course was quite good and plentiful, the second course of fish was inedible. The fish soup contained 3 whole gurnards and lots of tomato with some clams. Some of the fish was raw and others were overcooked, terrible and bitter. Not only did they not change the dish, but they said it was my mouth that gave it a terrible taste, and besides, it's very expensive. For what you get and what you eat, it's terrible, terrible, terrible.

30/01/2026: The slow food here is truly slow, in the sense that even though the restaurant isn't very large, we waited 40 minutes just for some bread and a plate of macaroni with sauce, which isn't exactly ideal with a child. I would definitely return because the food is good, the atmosphere is well-kept and clean; if you can appreciate the details, you'll be amazed. In short, you're stepping into the owners' home, who, albeit in a "slow" way, will welcome and pamper you with this restaurant's fine cuisine. A fair menu at fair prices. P.S. Be careful, pizza is only available for dinner.

15/03/2026: This establishment is quiet and exceptionally well run. Everyone greets you like a friend, and serves you with every intent to make your time there memorable. We had octopus on a potato crème sauce, Vongole that had a fabulous flavor, escarole with raisins and olives that was luscious, and the best tasting verdure grigliata we have ever experienced. Also, talk to your waiter about the local wines as they are very good. All in all, we believe restaurant Masaniello is under rated and should be a must try.

02/10/2025: While we did not stay at Al Barilotto, Giovanni treated us like family. We were staying a villa next door to Al Barilotto when our car scheduled to take us to Pompeii for the morning never showed up. We went to grab some breakfast next door and were greeted like close family. We ate some of the most delicious food while soaking in one of the best views on the Amalfi coast. Giovanni saw to every detail and spent time speaking with us about his hotel, family and the surrounding area. He then proceeded to connect us with a car service that not only showed up but arranged a private tour of Pompeii with an excellent guide on our ride back to Naples prior to our departure.Giovanni's warmth and hospitality was unmatched. I already know where I will be staying on my next trip to Positano!!

12/02/2026: One of the best Spaghetti with vongole I’ve ever had. And an interesting version of tuna steak, it was light and with a crunchy crust with lime mayo. I’ll definitely come back.

09/04/2026: Superb!!! If you’re around and they’re not busy make sure you stop here for food. The atmosphere during lunch or dinner of sitting amongst the lemon orchard is incredible. The staff are great and attentive and most importantly the cooking is phenomenal. Ate here twice in the same day just because it was so good the first time around. Their menu also identified allergens well so if you’re lactose like my wife it makes it very easy to know what you want to order.
