02/12/2025: It wasn't opening yet, but they let me in because it was raining heavily. They were so kind, and the food was delicious. Be sure to try their affordable and delicious pasta, which tastes like market noodles.

01/12/2025: There's a very warm, Italian, and family-like atmosphere here. The food is delicious. The service is impeccable. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The two elderly people who run the place, their demeanor and care for each customer, touched me deeply and left an unforgettable impression. I'll gladly return there whenever I'm in Naples, even if I'm not hungry, just for the atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: Great restaurant right on the beach and near the Poseidon thermal baths. We had the sensational Mosaic of the Sea as a starter, delicious pasta, and a wine from the island. Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Highly recommended, a charming place with a panoramic dining room and views of Vesuvius from the province of Salerno. Besides the location, the food is excellent. Simple, traditional, and high-quality. Excellent selection of beers, excellent cheeses. The zeppola was perfect! 🤤 Quality staff, very friendly. The place is equipped for babies with a changing table. Really excellent!

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, we went for pizza, but they haven't made it for two years, so the information here on Maps is from a while ago. They don't make pizza at Appia Antica, but they have a big heart and know how to treat their customers. Even though we sat down and got a bottle of water, and even though we got up and left when we learned there were no pizzas, the owners' kindness and helpfulness never wavered, always with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. Oh, and they even offered us a bottle of water. We'll definitely return for the restaurant, which, even though we can't review the food, has that something extra that makes all the difference... HEART AND HUMANITY

05/09/2025: An Outstanding Dining Experience! We visited the restaurant with our family and were extremely pleased. The service was top-notch – the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. We tried several different dishes and each one was impressive. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

01/12/2025: Failed. An experience to forget. A pizzeria (a funfair) for kids, not adults. The place has a sort of playground where kids scream and run between the tables. We left with headaches. We froze at the table because the front door was always open. The restrooms were unusable and out of paper. The service was non-existent and rude. There were no silverware at the table, no napkins; we ordered water and they didn't bring it. They gave the wrong orders and didn't even know which tables belonged to which. They also messed up the bill by adding extra items; they didn't bring the bill to your table, and you couldn't check it before paying. We ALWAYS wrote the prices down on a calculator as we ordered. We won't be returning.

15/11/2025: The pizzeria is right next to the road, but that's not a fault; it's obviously in the city, so it's normal. The fries and pizza are good (except that I got the wrong pizza). The most interesting and nice thing is that they make gluten-free pizzas and fried foods, and they're also delicious.

17/10/2025: Great food overall but the highlight for me was the tiramisu. I've been trying every tiramisu I could've find in this coast band from Napoli to San Marco and this by far was the beat god damned tiramisu I've ever ate. I'm not really huge on the fancy presentations/preparations but it was a very lovely one at that if that's your sort of thing. Again, the tiramisu; it's simply divine. Go get it 10/10

13/09/2025: Tonight I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and it was a wonderful experience. The view is simply breathtaking, and the atmosphere is special and unique. The food was perfect down to the last detail, carefully prepared and truly delicious. The staff also deserves a special mention: super attentive, friendly, and always available. A place I absolutely recommend and will definitely return to!

09/11/2025: I like to review restaurants where I dine. And I'm positive, meaning I try to capture the positives in my visits. However, this time I can't help but leave out what I had for dinner. Just for the record (as shown in the attached photos), scialatielli allo scoglio (seafood scialatelli) and calamari tagliata (sliced ​​calamari) with arugula, piennolo cherry tomatoes, parmesan shavings, and balsamic vinegar, washed down with Fiano di Avellino. And the real sore point is the wine: how is it possible that we ordered "Fiano di Avellino" (priced at €10) from the host by word of mouth and by pointing to it on the menu, and found it on the bill for €14? The host said, "It was sold out, so I brought you this IGT wine," and then dramatically added, "I thought you knew it was sold out!" And how could we if the menu didn't say "Sold Out," nor did he even bother to inform us? Add to that, when I said I'd post my review on Google Maps and include the receipt, he first said, "For privacy reasons, you can't do that. You can say you ate well!" And we, in response, "Why can't we do that? It's our money, we paid for dinner!" He quickly rushed back to the cashier, then to us, and brought us the receipt. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Transparency comes first. You can eat and be satisfied or not, but you simply can't be served wine that's different in price from the one you ordered, and not be informed before opening the bottle. And you're supposed to expect the customer to know what they can't possibly know, having not been informed in advance!!!!! Besides, the bill says "Water" (for the record, a S. Pellegrino mineral water) is €4, when we normally pay €2.50 for it in all the restaurants, pizzerias, and trattorias we frequent (and there are many). I repeat, NEVER AGAIN!!

13/10/2025: Another strange experience, honestly. We're not used to private beaches, and in this region, 99% of them are taken over by restaurants. So, you expect first-class service, and the truth is, it's not like that. In such a touristy place, they don't speak Spanish or English. "ABSURD." Afterwards, they only had one waiter, who was hardly a waiter. He set the table in five stages, since instead of carrying everything on a tray, he brought us: the tablecloths first and left. After a few minutes, he arrived with the cutlery and left, then the plates, and then the menus. So if you ask about the food, I'll leave it to your amusing conclusion. In short, expensive and bad. Anyway, Italy....

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!
