18/12/2025: I discovered Serpente Rosso through a friend named Luigi Sarubbi. The decor and staff are top-notch, and the service is incredibly friendly from start to finish. The owner is also very friendly. We had a wonderful meal at what I consider a reasonable price for a fine dining restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I can't wait to return soon. Now we can travel better!

15/01/2026: I had a wonderful dinner with another friend, sharing appetizers and the other portions that were served directly from the restaurant (already on separate plates). We spent a total of €45. Considering the large portions (150 grams of pasta) and everything else, I had a wonderful dinner for very little money. I had a fish-based dinner, appetizers, pasta with capers, etc., and a grouper for the main course, plus about a liter of Cirò white wine. I recommend it. Try it.

22/08/2025: After years, I'm returning to Soverato, and on a humid evening like no other, I decide to book a table at Miramare... A fantastic sea breeze accompanied us throughout the dinner. We ate divinely, and the "sfilatino" was a truly delicious surprise. Impeccable service and a reasonable bill. We'll be back soon.

01/08/2025: Ottimo spaghetto con le vongole, cremoso e saporito. Gli involtini di pesce spada non ci sono piaciuti così come il primo con pesce spada e melanzane. Buona la frittura di calamari. I prezzi a mio parere troppo alti. 4 persone 4 primi e 3 secondi abbiamo pagato 170 euro.

From the very first moment, the atmosphere envelops you: warm, welcoming, and full of the typical charm of southern Italy. The outdoor tables overlooking the picturesque streets make every meal feel special, whether day or night. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional, always smiling. You can tell they enjoy what they do and want every customer to have an unforgettable experience. Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The pizzas, in particular, deserve a special mention: light and crispy dough, sauce with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and topping combinations that respect Italian tradition while still surprising. We also tried pastas and appetizers, and everything was of an extremely high standard. If you're in Tropea and looking for a place to eat really well, enjoy a charming atmosphere, and feel welcomed from the moment you walk in until you leave, you can't miss this restaurant. I would come back a thousand times over! 🇮🇹🍕🍷

04/01/2026: We returned to this restaurant after about two years and were unfortunately disappointed. The quality of the food has declined compared to our previous visit, and the overall atmosphere has changed for the worse. The space is overwhelmingly focused on an influencer figure, whose face appears everywhere (menus, napkins, walls, columns, counter). For guests—especially tourists who are unfamiliar with this person—it feels excessive and unwelcoming. The presence of a personal photographer during service made the experience uncomfortable. This used to be a great location, but it no longer is. We cannot recommend the restaurant, neither for the food nor for the atmosphere.

31/07/2025: Terrible experience! I'd like to know who dares to write "fresh fish." Spaghetti with frozen clams mixed with lupini beans... it would have been better to use garlic and oil, at least they would have had some flavor. Defrosted rolls, raw and piping hot. Absurd prices, 2 sautéed frozen clams for an appetizer €50 (not even in Cannes). Calabria will never move forward, only backward!
