19/09/2025: Fresh and well-prepared food. Everything tasted delicious. Friendly, fast service. Very good value for money.

19/09/2025: We went to L'Osteria for lunch. We ordered a pizza buffalo, fried seafood, sea bass, and carpaccio. After a 40-minute wait, our food finally arrived. The pizza was bland and tasted of nothing. The seafood didn't come with any dip or anything, and it wasn't particularly good either. The sea bass was overcooked and dry, and the carpaccio was (oddly) white/greyish, tasteless, and felt like rubber. We've rarely had such a bad meal. We were truly disappointed.

26/08/2025: Ristorante Al Germano Reale, Cisano, Badolino, Italy - food and service highly recommended. Great choice on menu and delicious dishes.

17/10/2025: This restaurant is truly exceptional. It stands out from the numerous food stalls in Bardolino. There's always a fish and a meat menu. The dishes are beautifully presented and a taste experience. The wine list is extensive, and the recommendations are excellent. The same applies to the service. So, stopping here is both inspiration and enjoyment.

13/10/2025: It was quite expensive, but that wasn’t the main issue. The real problem was that I found a piece of foil in my pasta. Normally, they would cancel the dish or offer some form of compensation, but they didn’t. After that, I couldn’t eat my pasta.

22/10/2025: I ordered the stir-fried clams and pasta, which wasn't quite to my liking, as the flavor was bland and the noodles were quite firm. 🥲 My friends also commented on the other two dishes, saying the noodles were too firm. If you prefer softer noodles, I suggest ordering pizza instead. The tomato sauce on the Margherita pizza was just right, not too sweet or too sour. The crust was a bit dry on the outside, so a drizzle of the restaurant's olive oil made it easier to eat.

25/08/2025: On Sunday, while walking, my wife and I happened to eat at the lakeside restaurant. It was a great idea. We ate an excellent pizza 🍕, the best we've had on the lake... Excellent service, excellent location... Perfect value for money... We highly recommend it... Well done 👏🏼

26/09/2025: To surprise you, we ate a very, very generous hamburger with fries. The waitresses were very pleasant, competent, and attentive.

14/09/2025: A beautiful venue, perfect for ceremonies. We were greeted with prosecco and a welcome aperitif, followed by the appetizers and first courses of the day, which we stopped at because they were so plentiful. The creamed cod appetizer was excellent, as were the first courses, including the burrata-filled ravioli with a sprinkling of truffle. Then we moved on to dessert, where the coconut and mango mousse on a biscuit base truly stood out. The service was excellent. Top.

22/10/2025: The location is beautiful, located in Piazza San Zeno, one of Verona's most beautiful neighborhoods. That said, the quality of the fish is average, the fish salad is mediocre, and the fried fish is modest, greasy, and lacks crispiness. The bill is exorbitant for the quality.

19/10/2025: near the Cathedral of San Zeno, a good seafood restaurant that has been appreciated for years. Tasty and good. The pasta sauce is delicious.

29/09/2025: We went to Ali del Frassino and ordered a first course and a second course each. Unfortunately, one of the first courses arrived only after the other had already finished, somewhat ruining the experience. Furthermore, the waitress who greeted us and took our drinks order wasn't particularly friendly. It's a shame, because in a location like this and given the hefty bill, you'd expect more attentive and cheerful service.

18/10/2025: Very good menu. All our pizzas arrived quite quickly even though it was a Friday evening and busy. I believe the restaurant must have a very good name as it fill up very quickly with a lot of locals which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly and polite, On a down side I had the impression they wanted you to finish and leave to get the next sitting started as they had people waiting for tables. We had just finished our pudding when they asked if we want a coffee , after saying no the bill was straight under ours nose. Would we go back, yes would be the answer

05/10/2025: Absolutely fabulous. We were here 2 years ago and had good memories, so wanted to visit this Osteria again. It was by no mean less great. The staff, the service, the food and the wine all was perfect. When we will be in Verona next time that Osteria will be on top of our agenda!

28/09/2025: I had severe stomach pains after eating a carbonara that I can easily consider the worst of my poor existence. The place is also nice, but it was very noisy and it was difficult to pass between the tables. Note the extremely high prices. The menu consisted of two pages dedicated to food and... another 8-9 pages for wines (the only thing that would have filled at least 10% of the emptiness I felt after leaving this place). In general: if you're looking for good food or just a quiet place, this place isn't for you.

14/10/2025: Stayed here for a week. Perfect location and loved Malcesine. Staff from reception to restaurant all very friendly and helpful. The rooms as others mentioned are basic which was fine for us. Our room felt a bit cramped and shower cubicle was tiny. Rooms are super clean 👍, though some TLC is needed with decor and furniture. Great view from the balcony, spoilt by having noisy Aircon unit and pipes sat on the floor next to the table and some issue with a leaking pipe that seemed to have a towel wrapped around it. Ate in the restaurant twice, food was ok but nothing amazing, lack of atmosphere in the back room where we got put twice despite reserving a table in the front part. Preferred more interesting eats out in Malcesine. Breakfasts really good and lots of choice.

10/10/2025: We had a very good meal here—not for the first time. Grilled trout and Fritzi the Mare. It was reasonably priced.
