Always good quality of service and food.

It was such a nice experience having dinner here. The food, service and ambiance were all good!

We had looked at the hotel as a possible wedding venue, and our first impression was definitely 5 stars. Then we went to the restaurant, and it was a mixed bag. The food was good, but half the service team didn't speak English, and even though there were only two of us, it was a bit of a challenge for the waiters to offer recommendations. What bothered me most, however, was that when we sat down, the waitress handed us the menu along with a bread basket, and then we were simply seated without a plate of bread on the table. Long story short, the food arrived, and the bread was cleared away. The bread was charged like cutlery, which is common in Italy. I pointed this out, and it took three waiters to come and get it, which was ridiculous, and then it was just left there. A 4-star superior hotel should offer more class, but in Italy, hotel star ratings are just handed out randomly anyway.

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Le Ali del Frassino. The venue offers beautifully curated settings, helpful staff, and excellent event planning. As a wedding photographer, I particularly appreciated the beauty and tranquility of the setting, the quality of the food, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.
