27/07/2025: Ho mangiato in questo locale diverse volte, durante la mia vacanza assieme ad un gruppo di amici internazionali. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale è gentilissimo e autentico! Sembrava quasi di mangiare in famiglia. Accolti sempre con calore e trattati divinamente. Consiglio vivamente sia a pranzo che a cena per le squisite pizze cotte con forno a legna. La vera esperienza italiana!

28/06/2025: Not knowing where to go for lunch, we relied on Google reviews… and we did very well! We had a divine lunch, tasty and well-prepared dishes. A truly pleasant family experience. We will definitely be back!

27/06/2025: I was very disappointed, not by the food but by the staff. I asked if they could turn up the air conditioning and they pretended (a joke), it was a very hot night and most of the customers were using a fan. The waitress was rude, she seemed annoyed when asked something. I will definitely not return.

14/07/2025: We frequent the restaurant and inn periodically for leisure and health reasons, given the exceptional hospital in Negrar, but as soon as I enter the room I've booked or the restaurant, even my worst worries vanish. The rooms are impeccably clean, with daily service and everything is always there! The rooms are tastefully and practically furnished! Nothing is missing! I even spend entire weeks there and never have any space or organization issues! The restaurant's ambience is elegantly understated! The spaces are carefully and intelligently organized... I love the open grill! Not only can I see the delicacies I'm about to savor being prepared live, but I can also watch them cook in a large, spacious, tastefully and expertly constructed fireplace! Each dish is crafted with mastery and expert hands, with flavors always perfectly combined and balanced like few others: after all, if you combine excellent quality ingredients with professionalism, you can only create exceptional dishes! The atmosphere, however, is what makes everything even more beautiful and appreciated: an impeccable family-run business supported by competent, always welcoming and smiling staff! I'm demanding, but I'm always satisfied with attention and availability! There's a sense of serenity and professionalism, without unnecessary formality or conventionality! The desserts offered are often skillful transformations of traditional bases into modern twists, and tasting them offers a truly intense sensory experience! 10/08/2025: We were there for the first time yesterday. I've known the owner for 30 years; he previously worked at two other restaurants. It's a family business. Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our expectations were even exceeded. Great atmosphere and excellent food. My wife had gnocci and I had tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. All the other guests also seemed very satisfied. I will be happy to eat there again. Thanks to the team there, and keep up the good work.

13/07/2025: Este lugar está perfectamente situado en el centro de Verona, cerca de la Arena. La comida es muy buena y los precios son moderados. Especialmente bueno es el servicio, muy amable y flexible.

06/07/2025: Visitamos este restaurante el 24 de julio, por recomendación de nuestro hijo, debido a su ensalada caprese de primera categoría (según su reseña de muchas durante su viaje anterior a la zona). Puedo confirmar que esta fue realmente una versión deliciosa de este plato, pero los otros puntos clave a incluir aquí fueron el delicioso vino de postre dulce Valpolicella, pero sobre todo el espectacular postre TrueType de un vinagre balsámico de Módena de 25 años, servido con 3 tazones: fresas, helado de vainilla y virutas de parmesano añejo. Servido con la máxima pompa y ceremonia, y con verdadero floreo por parte de los dramáticos camareros, este es un postre de triunfo total. Maravilloso. El restaurante está situado en un amplio callejón justo al lado de la plaza principal, con edificios a ambos lados que proporcionan una agradable sombra adicional.

04/08/2025: The food is truly delicious. This small trattoria is located right in the center of town, near Castelvecchio. The traditional dishes are delicious. The braised beef and Amarone ravioli are mouth-watering.

We had the full 10 courses with wine pairing, some very pleasant surprises, and outstanding service. We even had a quick chat with the funny and very creative chef. You can tell he understands his craft and knows how to use it. It's truly impressive.

27/07/2025: We had the pleasure of experiencing Leandro and his team yesterday – fantastic! We were excited about the many positive reviews – and our expectations were exceeded. A kitchen that offers traditional dishes with so much creativity, surprise, and excellent taste is unparalleled – all without any "molecular frills." Added to that is an atmosphere that blends "Welcome to us" with "Let us pamper you" – wonderful. The ambiance is modern and classic with plenty of taste and, of course, a stunning view. For us, it was a magical evening that we will remember for a long time – see you next time – thank you and a thousand graces.

22/07/2025: There is hardly a culinary place that I look forward to all year round as much as PARADISO PERDUTO. The food is simply incredibly tasty, beautifully presented and if you are lucky enough to have it served by Alba, you will have the prerequisites for a perfect meal with the most charming service. This becomes even more beautiful if you eat there in the evening with a view of Lake Garda as the sun slowly sets. Even our children (10 and 18 years old) like it there so much that we have to go there every year. And we like to do that. So see you next year.

14/07/2025: We ended up in Verona somewhat by chance. We weren't thinking of a place to eat, and we discovered Trattoria Pane e Vino. We were welcomed by a well-kept and intimate atmosphere, with very friendly and attentive staff. We chose several traditional Veronese dishes and were pleasantly satisfied. The cheese appetizer, accompanied by a tasting menu, deserves special mention (a particularly entertaining experience). Dinner was accompanied by an excellent glass of Valpolicella Superiore, recommended by the waiter. Good value, so we left with full bellies and a smile on our faces. Highly recommended.

My evening at the 3-Michelin-starred restaurant "Casa Perbellini" in Verona this winter was a journey that left an indelible mark on my soul. The restaurant is an oasis of luxury and sophistication, with a design that is a true masterpiece of style and elegance. The warm colors and refined atmosphere create an atmosphere that is both intimate and luxurious, where art and history blend in perfect harmony, like in a Fellini film, where anything is possible and food is the protagonist! Our server, a young man, was attentive and available to our every request with a courtesy and kindness that, along with the entire dining room staff, made our experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but our server guided us through one of the menus we chose with the precision of an orchestra conductor. Dinner was a unique sensory experience, with various textures, shapes, colors, flavors, and aromas that danced on my tongue like a ballet of musical notes. Exceptional raw materials! Each course was an explosion of emotions, an experience that left me breathless. The dishes were true works of art, culinary masterpieces that tantalized my senses and made me feel like I was flying. Every flavor was amplified; it was a journey through Italian cuisine, where passion and creativity are the key ingredients! However, during my evening, I also had an experience I wasn't expecting. In one of my dishes, I found a hair, like a grain of sand in a shell. A small detail that slightly ruined my very high expectations. I hope the Chef and his team have taken note of this small flaw and will do everything they can to prevent it from recurring in the future. Despite this, my overall experience was fantastic. Very serious and professional, especially for those with allergies and food intolerances. Congratulations to the entire team for their work; you were like a near-perfect orchestra. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Giancarlo Perbellini. I was thrilled to meet him, and even happier when he took a photo with us and his staff. He is a true culinary genius. An artist who creates culinary masterpieces that are both innovative and traditional, timeless. I will always remember this evening, thank you! Book a table at "Casa Perbellini" and prepare yourself for an evening of pure culinary madness! You'll forget everything except the taste of the dishes.
