18/11/2025: Very kind staff, very fast service. They mad one of the best Carbonara and Lasagna what we ever ate. Carbonara sauce is just perfect and delicious, the pasta was super al dente and the Lasagna was just the best. Nice texture, nice portion and well made sauce. The price is a little bit high, but you get a wonderful view and it totally wort it. "Complimenti!"

17/10/2025: We had bad experience with this place. The waiter was annoying and inappropriately invited passersby in. The worst thing was paying, when we gave the waiter a tip even after this experience, he still entered the wrong amount into the terminal and purposefully robbed us of 4 euros. This experience has never happened to me and I strongly do not recommend the restaurant, even it was at good location…

15/12/2025: We went to Al Porto again, but unfortunately this time, it wasn't good at all. We were with a group. The spaghetti allo scoglii wasn't to our taste; some of us still had stomach aches the next day, and the pizzas were already cold when they arrived. Staff members were constantly shouting from the back of the kitchen to the staff at the counter. The manager even handed an envelope to an employee, who counted the money in front of all the guests. The manager also shouted a few times in the dining room to the other employees about how good someone was at rating the restaurant. They didn't take the guests into consideration. They were mostly German vacationers, perhaps for this very reason. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend this place.

10/12/2025: I tried the Venetian-style fagato, which was delicious and very, very filling. Nice atmosphere, excellent location, fair prices.

14/12/2025: Had lunch with friends. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was also beautiful. We ate on the veranda with a lovely view of the garden. The price was average.

09/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant nestled in a truly magical village. The ambiance is impeccable: a beautiful place, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The service was also good, courteous, and punctual. Regarding the food, the experience was mixed: The Fassona beef tartare was truly excellent and perhaps the highlight of the meal. The steak that followed was good and of high quality. The local tortellini (from the Mincio) with butter and sage were disappointing: the butter was almost nonexistent, and the pasta was overcooked, despite the filling having a good flavor (and we, as Bolognese, understand that!). The chicken was stringy and dry, not very pleasant. It's a shame, because the quality and the location deserve more attention.

09/12/2025: Excellent location, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent and plentiful breakfast. There are a couple of flaws, one of which is worth mentioning, but only to complain to the municipality or the relevant authorities: the very noisy converter fan and the non-functioning Vortex in the bathroom. These issues have certainly been resolved (it's a shame we left before they were resolved). However, given the lack of parking, it's incomprehensible not to have an agreement with the car park about 200 meters from the hotel: €2 per hour... parking from 3:00 PM on Sunday to 9:30 AM on Monday... €24! In any case, a wonderful stay.

09/12/2025: The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied. Attention to detail, the owners were friendly. The grilled meat was excellent.

16/10/2025: Great experience, always a wonderful place to stop for lunch or dinner. Delicious pizza. Beautiful location on the Canale di Mezzo del Mincio, in the center of Peschiera.

14/10/2025: We went in for coffee and cake. The most expensive coffee on the entire trip. The selection of coffees was small. The coffee was sour, not good. The cakes were okay, although the tiramisu was very sweet, and the other one we had was so full of alcohol that it was hard to eat. Friendly service, nice view of the canal.

29/07/2025: Tucked behind a wine shop in Hotel Veronesi La Torre , Signorvino La Torre opens out into a bright, lively space. The decor is modern yet warm, featuring marble tables, green and rust-toned elements, exposed brick, and industrial-style lighting. The restaurant was at around 60% capacity at 8:30 PM but filled up considerably by 10 PM, mostly with a local crowd, which added to the lively — though at times noisy — atmosphere. Service was friendly but a bit disorganised; we had to wait for cutlery even after the food arrived, slightly delaying the meal. That said, the staff made an effort to create a special moment with a playful relighting candle on the tiramisu. Food & Drink • what was meant to be the Complimentary bread had a 3 euro charge for each person. It was a nice touch, though it would have benefited from butter or oil. • Set Menu (35€) offers great value — two courses and two wines. À la carte options are also available, including a bottle of Amarone for just 34€, a real find. Starters: • Fried Mix Platter: Courgette flowers, stuffed olives, and cheese arancini. Rich, crispy, and satisfying — ideal for sharing. Mains: • Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara with Black Truffle (+4€) Rich, creamy, and deeply flavoured with Romano cheese and truffle flakes. The crispy pork jowl added great texture — a standout dish and excellent value at 17€ total. • Cotoletta Rustica (“Zorzi” style) Thin, crisp, and well-seasoned. Served with roast potatoes — simple but satisfying. Desserts: • Tiramisu was a letdown — the sponge-to-cream ratio was off, lacking the lightness expected. • Sbrisolona Mantovana (crumbly nut biscuit with crème anglaise) was average — pleasant but unremarkable. Verdict: Signorvino La Torre delivers good food at fair prices, especially the pasta and wine. While the service had minor flaws and the desserts underwhelmed, the vibrant ambiance and solid main courses make it a worthwhile stop — especially if you’re a truffle lover or wine enthusiast.

28/06/2025: Signorvino, un bel negozio dove osservare, pensare e assaggiare vino per ogni gusto . Guidata da Vanessa ho scelto alcune bottiglie di Amarone Ca' La Bionda, Lugana Ca'dei Frati, Lugana le Marzaiole e altri. Professionalità e anche buoni prezzi . Grazie

23/11/2025: I was passing through downtown Verona. I'm celiac and wanted a hot chocolate given the cold temperatures outside. There were NO bars/cafés in the historic center that offered gluten-free hot chocolate! But they did ❤️ and to think it doesn't take much to make customers happy. So thank you!

07/12/2025: This evening, December 7, we arrived from Verona for dinner, after having difficulty finding the restaurant. The website itself said it was open, but everything was barricaded. Not serious.

28/11/2025: We had a private party here and it was simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable. The food and drinks were excellent.

07/10/2025: Pizza was not good at all. Traveled through Italy and here Pizza was the worst. It's difficult to call pizza even.

17/10/2025: The food was delicious. Unfortunately, they didn't have pizza for lunch, which we were really craving. The spaghetti was delicious, though.

13/10/2025: At lunch, I found a birthday party with more than half the room occupied by people screaming, children running around, and a DJ blasting music. It was so loud it was impossible to talk, and the service was embarrassingly slow. When I asked to turn the music down, the answer was, "They paid, so they can do it!" Not recommended.

28/07/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo bar per assaggiare il dolce Torta delle Rose. Ottima presentazione, servito caldo e molto buono. Ci è piaciuta la gentilezza delle ragazze.

20/06/2025: Bellissima locale con una meravigliosa terrazza sul Mincio . Persona molto gentile ( cosa non da poco) . Abbiamo preso un tris di polente e con calice di prosecco. Tutto per 9,5 a testa. Ci hanno inoltre portato ulteriori sneack… . Offerta superiore alla media della zona turistica. Ci torneremo sicuramente se in zona

04/12/2025: I'm used to traveling for both work and vacation. I chose this hotel because my standards are very high, so I wasn't expecting a 4-star superior room with a headboard in such poor condition that only the photos can tell you. Shocking... incredibly hard bed... I've never experienced such a hard mattress, and never in 50 years of hotel business (but obviously this is just my personal opinion) without a topper...
