A wonderful place aesthetically, clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind with professionalism and impeccable service. The breakfast is extremely rich, with the girls at the reception recommending coffee or any other drink. We leave with the best impressions! Well done.

Such a wonderful hotel. Would definitely go back and stay there again. Incredibly close to the centre of Verona, 10 mins walk from the main attractions. very filling and varied breakfast of cooked and continental food. We had a lovely birthday treat left for us in the room of sparkling wine, vino spumante, on ice. Room very clean. When we had problems these were fixed within 10 minutes and the handyman was absolutely delightful. One of the sockets wasn't working and the hotel gave us a plug to use that would fit. The bathroom was very clean as well. Variiety of Complimentary toiletries and slippers to wear in the room. Kettle with twinnings tea, complimentary bottle of water and crisps. Nice mini bar fridge as well. 10/10!

My wife and I stayed on a Saturday night. Arriving early in the morning, we were able to park inside the hotel for €9 per day, until Sunday afternoon. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of tips for accessing the fair on Saturday and visiting Verona on Sunday. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the fair and the city, about 30 minutes on foot in either direction (the hotel is between the fair and the city). The building is very impressive, with a spacious, bright lobby. The room was clean, warm, and welcoming. There were a few flaws, which are significant for a 4-star hotel, but the same ones for a 2-star hotel; they could be overlooked. Excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was substantial, with sweet and savory options, fruit, yogurt, etc., but that's what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. Small croissants, limited selection, coffee, cappuccino, and tea from the vending machine...at this level, it needs to be made fresh.

I didn't love it, it's not spectacular at all, the vintage furniture is nice but dirty and the service isn't good.

A pleasant stay in a good location, with the Arena reachable on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The rooms are a bit dated, but still functional and clean. A positive note is the general service and the varied and well-prepared breakfast. Definitely a good value. Approved!
