09/04/2026: Our group tried several dishes here, including seafood, lasagna, pizza, and pasta. Unfortunately, we would not recommend the seafood at all—the fish we received was overcooked and burnt. The pizza and lasagna were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The service was good and the staff were polite and attentive, which we appreciated. That said, while the overall experience was okay, we wouldn’t necessarily recommend the food.

07/04/2026: We had lunch there with a large group. The man at the entrance was super nice and very friendly, and the food was delicious! We'd love to come back again :)

28/09/2025: A fairytale wedding at this estate, nestled in the greenery and overlooking the lake. Even though it was drizzling yesterday, the photos captured the beauty of the view perfectly. The dishes were excellent, my favorites being the appetizers. The cold cuts, polenta, and salami were delicious. Many thanks to the owner for her kindness.

08/04/2026: I don't usually like tough meats like beef but their Lasagna was next level. The Amarone Risotto was really nice also. However, keep in mind that this is a fine-dine. The prices are steep. We usually always try one costly restaurant everywhere we go and I'm glad that it was this one in Verona.

21/03/2026: This place was recommended by our Airbnb host, we were so glad to be able to eat here. The service was friendly and top notch. The risotto was amazing and different, ragu was great, and finished off with an excellent tiramisu.

08/04/2026: Excellent family meal! We ate as a party of five, including three children, and there was something for everyone. The pizzas were excellent, as were the fresh pasta dishes – a real treat! The service was top-notch, friendly, and attentive!

14/03/2026: I've been to many pizzerias in Verona, but I have to say that the vegetarian pizza I had today at San Mattia is one of the best ever! With seasonal vegetables! Well done!

10/03/2026: Stunning view, very good pizza, and a picture-perfect location. We hiked up to San Mattia, and it was definitely worth it. The restaurant is located on the Torricelle, in an incredible panoramic position: from the terrace, you can see practically all of Verona lit up, with the Arena in the distance and the surrounding hills. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially if you manage to snag a table outside with the warm weather just around the corner. One of the best pizzas I've had in Verona lately, nothing like the typical touristy ones in the city center. The service was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being packed (it was a Saturday night). The waiters were quick and available to offer recommendations. The prices were reasonable for the quality and location: nothing out of the ordinary considering the view and the quality of the ingredients. The only small drawback: parking can be a bit chaotic on weekends if you don't arrive early, but there is free parking nearby. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxed evening with a breathtaking view and a pizza (or other typical cuisine) that's above average in Verona. We recommend it to anyone passing through Verona! 🌄🍕

05/04/2026: A family-run restaurant serving authentic lake fish, just like in the olden days. The staff is friendly and knows how to tell stories and offer excellent advice. They're excellent; it's rare to find someone this good these days.

03/03/2026: Parlo served us and we had lovely meal beside the canal with the canal view. It had a lovely romantic and homely feel to the place and all the staff were lovely. The food was very nice and good potion sizes for a reasonable price.

25/02/2026: We were passing through Verona and stopped for lunch. The wine he recommended was too cold for a Valpolicella Ripasso. The owner was very arrogant and didn't take criticism. He showed up at the tables dressed as a farmer; he'd be better off changing professions.

14/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere with a beautiful open view of the lake. I'd say the value for money is okay given the location. For two people, including an appetizer and a main course, we spent about €40 per person.

06/12/2025: An excellent property for a pleasant stay in Soave. The rooms are quiet, spacious, comfortable, and modern. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, excellent, and varied. Prices are average and in line with what's on offer. Parking is available in front of the property or in the large free parking lots nearby. Highly recommended.
