28/09/2025: We were very satisfied here this evening. The prociutto e funghi con cipolle pizza was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The grilled fish platter was 10 out of 10. The fish, prawns, and calamari were juicy and hot. The long platter on which everything was arranged was a sight to behold, and all for €25. We paid €4 for the 1/4 glass of very good house wine, red/white. The pizza was €10 plus €1 for the extra onions. I think the photos speak for themselves.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The food wasn't a feast for the palate, and the prices were disproportionate to the quality offered – much of it seemed like frozen food. The service was also unfriendly. One thing is for sure: We won't be eating here again.

29/07/2025: Nourriture très bonne, nous avions pris une pièce de boeuf angus à se partager avec mon mari, c'était vraiment excellent ! Maiiiiis, je trouve le prix un peu excessif, ils pourraient le justifier par la vue mais il n'y a que deux tables qui ont vue sur le lac donc même pas. Nous avons mangé là lors d'un bel orage avec grêlons. Comme le restaurant est totalement vitré (parois amovibles) nous avons eu un peu peur pour nous quand les grêlons tapaient sur les parois. Comme c'est amovible, l'eau rentre dans le restaurant (plusieurs femmes ont eu leur sac à main trempé à cause de cela). Comme il pleuvait, ils ont dû fermer les parois. Il y avait un bruit ambiant, on ne s'entendait même plus avec mon mari et ma fille... Ma fille a reçu son plat bien avant nous, elle avait pratiquement fini lorsque nous avons été servis... Longue attente pour recevoir l'addition et je n'étais pas encore levée de ma chaise qu'on installait déjà une autre famille à notre table... Donc en résumé, très bon mais ça ne vaut pas le prix ni la qualité du service.

16/11/2025: Whenever we're in Bardolino, which is at least five times a year, visiting Ancora is always one of our highlights. It's a fantastic spot right in the heart of Bardolino, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere and service are second to none. Even though the owner is a bit of a local. Maurizio, we love you!

07/10/2025: A few years ago, the place was a bit more chic and had better reviews, but LaRocca is still a good choice in Peschiera. Here, you can enjoy a delicious pizza and a glass of wine in a beautiful setting. The Pizza Diavola for €12 is highly recommended! The pasta wasn't bad, but not outstanding either. The service is fast and attentive. I also picked up a pizza to go the other day; it was always quick and came straight from the oven. I would definitely come back :)

27/09/2025: The pizza is really not good; our dough was still partially raw, and the tomato sauce was completely tasteless. We were extremely disappointed; listen to the reviews.

26/06/2025: Good pizza ingredients and also good dough (not excellent but good). The only thing that didn't seem compliant to me was the price of the pizzas!! In my opinion they are excellent prices not good!!

14/07/2025: Superlekker gegeten bij Pitstop en op de verjaardag van de eigenaar krijg je er nog een feestje bovenop 👌🔝🇮🇹 Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten. Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

28/06/2025: Pizzeria Partenope has been a meeting place for me and my friends for over 6 years. Living abroad, not being able to see each other often, Paolo (the owner) has always made us feel at home every time. Pizzeria Partenope is a guarantee, much more than just a restaurant.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame! (Unfortunately, you can only post this information if you give a star)

13/10/2025: The restaurant looks very inviting, and it's also very nice to sit outside. I would have ordered gnocchi with tartufo and mushrooms, but unfortunately I got gnocchi with cheese (perhaps it was due to poor communication), which tasted a bit bland in my opinion. The portion was modest. The grilled meat and the mussels were okay. The price/performance ratio was okay. The drawback is that there are two restrooms used by men and women. One restroom couldn't be locked from the inside, so anyone could open the door from the outside, which doesn't really offer much privacy when these restrooms are used by men and women. The service was friendly. One thing I should note, sorry, is that if someone at a table is still eating, they don't have to clear the other people's plates.

24/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for one night, using the spa on a rainy day. We were greeted at the entrance by the manager, Olga, a delightful and polite person, always available to offer advice on the city and the hotel. It's always a pleasure to enter a place and be greeted immediately with a smile. The room was excellent, with chromotherapy in the shower and on the headboard, adding a touch of class that few hotels have. I highly recommend using the spa exclusively, paying a supplement that's worth every penny. We really enjoyed our stay; it's a beautiful place for a relaxing, romantic getaway in Verona. We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: My friend and I were in Verona for the weekend and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed everything, visited the spa, had a very good breakfast, all the rooms were new and not far from the center. I wanted to thank Olga and Marika, we will be back again, thank you, I recommend them.

18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

14/10/2025: Beautiful, stylish hotel in a wonderful lakeside location. Hot tub on the terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Good breakfast and friendly staff. A few hooks or towel rails in the bathroom wouldn't hurt. Parking is available for a fee, a 5-minute walk away.

14/10/2025: Absolutely not recommended, very unfriendly. The boss himself is the epitome of unfriendliness. There were six of us and we were immediately rudely addressed by the boss when a friend of ours lit a cigarette. As I am a non-smoker myself, I can fully understand why smoking is prohibited on the terrace, but you don't have to be addressed like that. With my order (tagliatelle with ragu), I asked for extra arugula, which the boss accepted annoyed and reluctantly. When my food arrived, I also asked for Parmesan cheese (which is usually served anyway) and a little more arugula. He gave me an angry look and didn't react. We waited, but nothing was brought. In the meantime, my food was already cold, so I went back into the restaurant to ask for Parmesan and arugula again, but this request went unanswered. When he was back on the terrace, I called him and asked him to remember my request. He turned around, annoyed, but then came back two minutes later with Parmesan and placed it on my table without a word. I didn't get the arugula. Our third bottle of water wasn't brought. The food: Pizza was too crispy but the toppings were good. Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted good but there was no separate plate for the bowls. Pasta con Ragu tasted okay. The wine was brought to our table without a cooler; other guests at the neighboring table received one. Note: The terrace wasn't crowded, so it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Conclusion: The food was okay, service was disastrous. We won't be back. Response to the owner's reply: We're very sure we were at your place. You don't have arugula ragu, which is why I specifically ordered it because I like to sprinkle it on top of my ragu. Whether it works or not is a matter of taste.
