04/01/2026: Aside from the five burnt pizzas we had, we felt reprimanded by the owner for wanting to seat us right next to the stove. Other customers complained that the stove was too close. The outdoor area was so crowded that it was impossible to get up to use the bathroom. Courtesy is another matter entirely. We would have also liked decent cutlery, but we received bent forks. We won't be returning.

28/06/2025: Pizzeria Partenope has been a gathering place for my friends and I for over six years. Since we live abroad and can't see each other often, Paolo (the owner) has always made us feel at home. Pizzeria Partenope is a guarantee, much more than just a restaurant.

15/07/2025: The pizzas are authentic and very tasty. There is a lively atmosphere and the owners are very friendly. We had a lovely time.

14/07/2025: Superlekker gegeten bij Pitstop en op de verjaardag van de eigenaar krijg je er nog een feestje bovenop 👌🔝🇮🇹 Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten. Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

29/07/2025: Nourriture très bonne, nous avions pris une pièce de boeuf angus à se partager avec mon mari, c'était vraiment excellent ! Maiiiiis, je trouve le prix un peu excessif, ils pourraient le justifier par la vue mais il n'y a que deux tables qui ont vue sur le lac donc même pas. Nous avons mangé là lors d'un bel orage avec grêlons. Comme le restaurant est totalement vitré (parois amovibles) nous avons eu un peu peur pour nous quand les grêlons tapaient sur les parois. Comme c'est amovible, l'eau rentre dans le restaurant (plusieurs femmes ont eu leur sac à main trempé à cause de cela). Comme il pleuvait, ils ont dû fermer les parois. Il y avait un bruit ambiant, on ne s'entendait même plus avec mon mari et ma fille... Ma fille a reçu son plat bien avant nous, elle avait pratiquement fini lorsque nous avons été servis... Longue attente pour recevoir l'addition et je n'étais pas encore levée de ma chaise qu'on installait déjà une autre famille à notre table... Donc en résumé, très bon mais ça ne vaut pas le prix ni la qualité du service.

18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

07/10/2025: Pizza was not good at all. Traveled through Italy and here Pizza was the worst. It's difficult to call pizza even.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame! (Unfortunately, you can only post this information if you give a star)

29/12/2025: We sat inside the restaurant because of the time of year; there are also several tables facing the street. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. The service was friendly, perhaps a little too attentive. We had spaghetti with seafood (very good), spaghetti with sea bass, bruschetta, and a mixed salad. A liter of wine and water came to about €80. The price was perfectly fair!

20/10/2025: Fast service, good value for money. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, and the waiter (a bit older) could use some practice smiling. The younger waitresses were very friendly and always with a smile. Otherwise, a very nice atmosphere.

10/10/2025: We had a great meal with vitello tonnato as a starter...very tasty and a huge portion...and then a pizza that was also perfect...plenty of toppings and crispy. The house red wine was also very good, albeit a bit pricey at €12 for a half liter, but the atmosphere made up for it 👍 we would come again 😉

05/10/2025: I got takeaway, it arrived 2 hours later, they made a mistake in making them and on top of that I called but they didn't answer, congratulations 👏👏👏

18/07/2025: I often get poke with raw salmon. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes it's good, other times it smells bad. Maybe it depends on how old it is, I don't know... Overall, not bad.

23/10/2025: The food is nothing special, but the service is terrible because they even dare to comment on how someone sits and how they eat their meal. The comments made by the staff, and especially the public ones, towards the customer are slightly inappropriate.

22/10/2025: Please, not... that bad! The fillet had no flavor. The pizza chef took a bowl out of the fridge, looked inside, and pulled a face! The spaghetti caramel was also terrible. Still Coke. You don't need to go there!

14/10/2025: Beautiful, stylish hotel in a wonderful lakeside location. Hot tub on the terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Good breakfast and friendly staff. A few hooks or towel rails in the bathroom wouldn't hurt. Parking is available for a fee, a 5-minute walk away.

14/10/2025: Absolutely not recommended, very unfriendly. The boss himself is the epitome of unfriendliness. There were six of us and we were immediately rudely addressed by the boss when a friend of ours lit a cigarette. As I am a non-smoker myself, I can fully understand why smoking is prohibited on the terrace, but you don't have to be addressed like that. With my order (tagliatelle with ragu), I asked for extra arugula, which the boss accepted annoyed and reluctantly. When my food arrived, I also asked for Parmesan cheese (which is usually served anyway) and a little more arugula. He gave me an angry look and didn't react. We waited, but nothing was brought. In the meantime, my food was already cold, so I went back into the restaurant to ask for Parmesan and arugula again, but this request went unanswered. When he was back on the terrace, I called him and asked him to remember my request. He turned around, annoyed, but then came back two minutes later with Parmesan and placed it on my table without a word. I didn't get the arugula. Our third bottle of water wasn't brought. The food: Pizza was too crispy but the toppings were good. Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted good but there was no separate plate for the bowls. Pasta con Ragu tasted okay. The wine was brought to our table without a cooler; other guests at the neighboring table received one. Note: The terrace wasn't crowded, so it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Conclusion: The food was okay, service was disastrous. We won't be back. Response to the owner's reply: We're very sure we were at your place. You don't have arugula ragu, which is why I specifically ordered it because I like to sprinkle it on top of my ragu. Whether it works or not is a matter of taste.

05/03/2026: I've been a waitress for years, and when a customer leaves THE WHOLE PLATE out of politeness, they wonder what was wrong. I ordered a sandwich, only took one bite, and then spat it out. Instead of asking why I left everything, the waiter asked me where I was from.
