28/06/2025: Pizzeria Partenope has been a gathering place for my friends and I for over six years. Since we live abroad and can't see each other often, Paolo (the owner) has always made us feel at home. Pizzeria Partenope is a guarantee, much more than just a restaurant.

13/10/2025: By far the worst steak I've ever eaten. No flavor at all, just a piece of meat grilled without seasoning and served on a plate with a lemon and some lamb's lettuce, for 20 euros!! The grilled vegetables for 5 euros were also completely tasteless. This wasn't a real chef who served this, but a worthless amateur 😡 I didn't want to ruin the evening for my companion, otherwise I would have returned it and left!!!

14/07/2025: Superlekker gegeten bij Pitstop en op de verjaardag van de eigenaar krijg je er nog een feestje bovenop 👌🔝🇮🇹 Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten. Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

07/04/2026: We went at 9pm and while the restaurant wasn’t packed it certainly wasn’t empty either. The staff were quick to take our orders but then seemed to lose all interest in us as they stood around chatting in the door way. Our bread was “served” in a paper bag which was practically thrown onto our table as the waiter rushed past and while that could have been forgiven the mains were launched onto our table in much the same manner. We hoped the food would redeem our experience but the carbonara was fairly bland and while the sea bass tasted ok it was so small that we ended up having to order a pizza to go as well just to feel full.

02/04/2026: They offer delicious pizza, pasta, and gluten-free options. The service was very attentive and friendly. Inside it was nice and warm, and the atmosphere/music was wonderful – pure holiday bliss.

18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame! (Unfortunately, you can only post this information if you give a star)

15/04/2026: Me and my family come from Ireland, and are in Malcesine during the off-peak season, so the town is pretty quiet and empty. Therefore we have been looking for a restaurant that really made us feel like we are in Italy and Ristorsnte Pizzeria Albero did just that! Not only great looking food, but also delicious, especially the frittura mista. You must have it! We also had the home-made lasgna, the seafood risotto and pasta. In short, we were all really happy with our food. We were given complimentary limoncino at the end which was a great surprise. And the nicest staff gifted us a bottle of Garda wine. They left an above-expectations impression and we would hugely recommend!

15/04/2026: The food was delicious, very much what we were looking for in an italian restaurant: differnt types of pastas, risotto, pizza, sea food. There even was fritto misto. Very kind staff, and a perfect location: close to the port, the malcesine castle and parking. I would definelty recommend!

05/10/2025: I got takeaway, it arrived 2 hours later, they made a mistake in making them and on top of that I called but they didn't answer, congratulations 👏👏👏

18/07/2025: I often get poke with raw salmon. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes it's good, other times it smells bad. Maybe it depends on how old it is, I don't know... Overall, not bad.

29/04/2026: Chosen at random among all the lakeside restaurants... everything was superb! Very good pizza, perfectly cooked fish! Service? One of the most professional and friendly ever! The complimentary limoncello was appreciated!

04/05/2026: We were absolutely thrilled with this restaurant! The food was simply outstanding, the service warm and attentive, and the ambiance very stylish and cozy. The tiramisu was especially memorable – simply unforgettable! We would come back for that alone anytime. We're already looking forward to returning and enjoying Felona's again. 30/08/2025: Nice enough place, 1 Spritz and 1 Hugo were watered down for €12, and the fries were a ridiculous portion; if all goes well, there were 6 fries, some of which were soft and had gotten damp. The staff was rude and disorganized; we waited 15 minutes to order. The fries were left out in the open, unhygienic and unappealing. I definitely won't be going there again.

02/05/2026: Hotel Ristorante Giardinetto After searching for several restaurants and finding them all full, we were actually on our way to a restaurant where we had eaten the previous day when we saw the Hotel Ristorante Giardinetto and decided to give it a try. We received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. My spaghetti was delicious, and the panna cotta was also very tasty. However, my husband's fritto misto wasn't particularly impressive, and the ice cream had a rather artificial taste. The espresso, on the other hand, was excellent! Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't clean: there was paper on the floor and no paper towels, which somewhat detracted from the experience.

06/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant with attentive waiters and a great atmosphere. We had a very pleasant evening enjoying a delicious three-course meal. We'd love to come back next time.

31/03/2026: We had to wait 90min for the food. The heater did not work. What they lagged in service they were not able to compensate with their food.
