27/08/2025: Fresh produce and authentic cuisine. Nonna's tortellini took me back to when I used to spend time with my Italian family on vacation. Reasonably priced 👍🏼. I recommend this restaurant.

20/08/2025: A wonderful discovery: creative and refined cuisine, very pleasant setting, friendly and relaxed service. The slow-cooked duck breast is simply incredible!

08/10/2025: The food was good, the friendliness was something else, and all after asking the waitress why they charged (in some places they charge 4, in others 3, and in very few places 2) for each diner's cutlery. The waitress explained that in Spain we had to tip, but they didn't accept it. Well, in Rome, we found a restaurant where they asked for a tip and then charged you for the cutlery! I'll see if I can give this place a review! The problem is that they charge the same amount for cutlery, no matter how much you consume. There were 4 of us. In 15 days, we would have bought a good set of cutlery! Thank goodness it was a village trattoria, in Vigasio! The Aperol wasn't as good as we expected either.

27/09/2025: We may have been unlucky, but we ordered two pizzas with fresh porcini mushrooms and they literally tasted of nothing, so much mozzarella and you couldn't taste the tomato or the mushrooms, it was like eating water, 45 euros for two pizzas and two beers

05/10/2025: Was my first time on vacation in Italy. I have never eaten a better pizza! Everything was great. Quiet location not so many tourists a gem!😀😋

16/09/2025: Staff very friendly and helpful. They have an English menu which was great. So many pizzas to choose from and all sounded amazing. They use a wood fired oven therefore the pizza tasted fantastic. Pizza was good sized with great crust. Wine was very reasonably priced and with great flavours.

06/10/2025: The location on the Piazza Brà side is beautiful. The service is a bit slow, but they make up for it with a complimentary tiramisu. The food is average. The fillet steak Rossini, ordered rare, unfortunately arrives well done.

07/08/2025: I visited this place recently and had an overall very positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant feel that immediately puts you at ease. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to answer questions or special requests.

06/08/2025: A delicious meal at a good price. The service was exceptionally friendly and English-speaking. We felt very comfortable and returned home full and happy. The air conditioning was available, but the main room was extremely cold. The conservatory was pleasant, although quite noisy due to the fans. Therefore, one star deducted for the ambience.

10/10/2025: The waiters are very kind, but the prices are outrageous. Four euros for a canapé and three euros for the cover charge. But the most absurd thing is that they charged me for the canapé with cured ham and the one with soppressa... In short, 25 euros for three canapés, water, coffee, and a glass of wine.

08/10/2025: I come here often, and it's always a testament to the quality and deliciousness. A very nice location in the heart of Verona, even the outdoor tables are well-kept. Excellent and extensive wine selection. The canapés and food are delicious. Highly recommended.

10/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! We stumbled upon it almost by chance, with limited time to attend a concert at the Arena. It was a flawless evening: a lovely place, fast and friendly service, and simply excellent pizzas! It's impossible to ask for more! Well done, we'll be back just for the pleasure of trying another delicious pizza!

09/10/2025: In addition to the rather irritated and inattentive staff, we were unfortunately not impressed by the pizza, which my companion and I had a substantial pool of oil on it. The nonchalant way they slammed the drinks in cans onto the table also doesn't help the service. There are gluten-free options, which is a positive, but there are probably better places in Verona to enjoy gluten-free pizza. Still, the incomparable ambiance, of course, when Zucchero starts playing in the arena during the meal—that saved it. All in all, it's fine, but for us, there's no reason to come back.

20/09/2025: The pizza and beer were very good! You can watch the games during dinner, but despite that, you can still enjoy dinner in peace! A quiet but very welcoming place, and the staff were very friendly.

14/09/2025: Rustic. Perfect wood-fired pizza. Large selection. Delicious house wine.

09/09/2025: A good local pizzeria/restaurant. Mostly fish based pastas besides the extensive pizza menu. Kids liked the pasta, wife thought the mussel and clam pasta was better than the competitors across the street. My pizza was small but very tasty, Neapolitan style. Service was excellent!

08/09/2025: We went out to eat here for the second time today. The menu was straightforward. The pizzas and salads were very good and reasonably priced. The service was prompt and friendly. We'd be happy to come back and will definitely recommend "Di Pulcinella."

09/09/2025: Trattoria San Basilio alla Pergola is the place where you understand: happiness exists and it smells like ruddy lamb ribs. So tender that it seems they jumped from the plate straight into the heart. The waitress providing us with service is personal and absolutely excellent and a delightful bonus: she doesn’t just serve, but as if she meets an old friend, only without awkward questions like “why haven’t you been here for so long?” The waitress is so warm-hearted that there is a risk of confusing her with relatives who have finally decided to feed you properly. The atmosphere is simple, lively, without ostentatious glamour, but with that very comfort for which you go to Italy. If you are looking for gastronomic therapy for sadness and fatigue, here it is, personally tested.

04/10/2025: This historic restaurant is a must-visit for those who want to eat seafood in the area. Super fresh fish, carefully prepared and generous dishes, and excellent value. Highly recommended, they're excellent!
