I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Venezia

23/02/2025: Ein sehr schönes venezianisches Lokal in der Nähe des Campo Santa Maria Formosa, vom Markusplatz in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Lokal befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Palazzo der Familie Zorzi aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, der Hauptsaal mit einem wunderschönen Kreuzgewölbe. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Unsere Erfahrungen waren unterschiedlich: an einem Abend unseres Besuchs hatten wir eine sehr gute Fischvorspeisenplatte (Antipasto di Pesce alla “Buranella”), ausgezeichnet waren auch die Frittura Mista dell’Adriatico und die Gnocchi mit Jakobsmuscheln. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren die gegrillten Jakobsmuscheln (capesante) leider vollkommen übergart und trocken, wurden allerdings problemlos ausgetauscht. Das Fischrisotto "Risotto alla Pescatora” war sehr geschmackvoll. Eines der highlights der Osteria ist scheinbar die “Granceola” Olio e Limone (Spinnenkrabbe) als Antipasto, die wir jedoch nicht probiert haben. Der uns angebotene Wein (Pinot Grigio aus biologischen Anbau) war die perfekte Weinbegleitung zu den Meeresfrüchten.

22/02/2025: Cercavo un ristorante non turistico e mi hanno consigliato questa osteria e faccio altrettanto. Gestione familiare e tutto buonissimo. Speciale mensione ai tagliolini al granchio: spettacolari. Posto da ricordare nelle prossime visite a Venezia.

31/03/2025: Adelaide is a real gem in the heart of Venice! Despite some unjustified negative reviews, my experience was exceptional: the fish is of excellent quality, fresh and perfectly prepared. The waiter Alessandro, with his contagious charisma, made the evening even more enjoyable, while the owner, super easy-going, welcomes you with a sincere smile and an evident passion for Venetian tradition. An authentic Venetian osteria that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to taste the best of fish in a genuine and relaxed atmosphere. Truly a beautiful evening.

27/03/2025: Came on recommendation. But not Roman food at all. And not really related to Italian tastes. The wine was good - red Cabernet Franc. And bread.

25/03/2025: Restaurant specializing in meat from all over the world! The first courses are also excellent. Gnocchi with pork ribs sauce are exceptional. I tried the artichokes alla Giudia (fried) and the stuffed courgette flower, really good. A bottle of Spanish red wine but grown in Lazio, super. To finish, a Saker with zabaglione with a sweet white wine, excellent. I've been there before, I'll go back, it's really worth it.

30/03/2025: We have been customers of the pizzeria since the restaurant opened. We recently stopped in for dinner with some friends. The pizza is always excellent, the environment comfortable and refined, the service, despite the large number of customers, fast and professional.

29/03/2025: Op een stralende dag hier samen lunchen is natuurlijk een feestje. Beeldschoon dakterras op toplocatie met schitterend uitzicht over de lagune. Goed eten kun je op meer plekken, hier kom je voor de unieke plek en de uitstekende service. Danieli is een van de oudste en meest gerenommeerde hotels van Venetië. Op dit dakterras wordt chique geluncht (hoewel niet alle gasten dat begrijpen. Alleen een kop koffie kan niet en dat wordt middels de forse coperta vriendelijk uitgelegd). Ons menu was goed, maar niet heel uitzonderlijk. De vrouwelijke sommelier liet steken vallen: twee van de vier wijnen werden pas ingeschonken toen het gerecht al op tafel stond. En bij de uitleg keek zij alleen mij aan en niet de gastheer: heel ongemakkelijk. De toiletten zijn voorzien van Acqua di Parma ammenities. Let ook op de schitterende glas in lood ramen uit Murano met Venetiaanse voorstellingen, op weg naar het dakterras. Natuurlijk zijn de prijzen hier enorm. Wij hadden een fantastische middag.

29/03/2025: A place very close to Santa Lucía station. A must-stop at this typical tapas bar. We stopped twice for a drink and thought it was very good. The price was around 12 euros for two drinks and a tapa. I recommend it.

08/04/2025: Myself and my wife stayed at the hotel for a weekend and had the pleasure to dine at what I believe to be the best restaurant on the island. We started our evening with 2 cocktails which were twist on the classics, orchid daquiri and ginger sour. And second set of cocktails were recommended by the staff to try their aperol spritz and negeoni spritz with another twist which was just brilliant. Again, from the entire island the best cocktails handsdown. However expect to pay €25 per cocktail. The dinner started off with red prawn tartar with sweet flavours from the prawn and apples. Another starter was slow cooked port belly with sweet leek sauce and artichoke mash. We skipped the pasta dish as we tried this plenty of times on the island. Instead opted for pumpkin risotto, pumpkin chunks with demi glaze sauce and grilled quail. And turbot stuffed with its fatty belly meat and served with roasted sweet potatoes. The desserts just didn't stop. First we were sent a red dessert wine on the house, which again we didn't expect but highly appreciated. First round of desserts started with a soft cookie topped with fresh cream, custard and berries, no bigger than half the size of your index finger. Second came another small plate of chocolate, peach jelly and one another I cannot remember. And finally they brought out our desserts that we ordered, which was a bread and butter pudding accompanied by vanilla gelato and rum cream. And plate that resembles mushrooms in a field, the base of the mushroom was meringue with a soft cookie like cake filled with white chocolate and the red on top was a tangy berry flavour. The green on the plate was matcha cake crumbles with a few berries and raspberry jam. This is an experience well above other restaurants such as impronta which felt like a complete waste of money. I believe this restaurant doesn't get quite the attention as it's attached to the hotel, from 25-30 tables that were present only 3 were filled that night but this will change I'm sure. The bill will be close to €500 and unlike many other reviews here, the service and the food here do match that.

24/10/2024: 5 stars for consistently professional beach staff members who genuinely care about guests. Chairs and umbrellas are fair price. Water and beach are clean. The restaurant and bar experienced subpar service in past years. However, this year 2024, the staff are all sophisticated, diligent, professional, and kind. The improvement in service is remarkable. Food is good to eat but pre cooked pasta should be considered, they are always over cooked.

08/10/2024: Excelente comida y personal muy amable. Interior rústico y lugar muy acogedor. La lubina era muy buena, y el vino hizo que la comida fuera inolvidable.
