The food was excellent, top-notch. Aside from the cicchetti, which were simply divine, I had the bigoli with masorin cheese, which were spectacular. In addition to what was on the menu, there were also some off-menu dishes, including grilled eel. Coffee made with a Bialetti Moka pot. The owner, who is also the chef, is a huge cheese enthusiast; in fact, they have a huge selection, including international ones... this place is definitely worth a try. P.S. We looked for a place that offered traditional dishes and a good glass of wine. Nothing beat Osteria Ponte dei Carri. Warm welcome, a few well-crafted dishes using local produce, and a good wine recommendation. Well done to these guys, you can tell they put all their passion into what they do.
