16/01/2026: I went last Saturday, and while prices have increased by 20%, neither the quantity nor the quality have improved. I suffered from the cold in the room, and the dessert was a warmed-up cookie with cream, not what I expected. I strongly advise against it.

12/01/2026: My partner and I had lunch yesterday, spending €170 for two appetizers, a first course, a second course, two glasses of wine, and two coffees. The appetizers were good, though a bit pricey for the portions. The pasta with lobster and black truffle was definitely tasty, but the price of €35 per dish is quite high. Unfortunately, the fried food was a huge disappointment: very heavy, the vegetables greasy, and the calamari hard and dry. The service didn't live up to the bill: the wine was poured into our glasses without being tasted first, the bread wasn't brought back to the table once it was finished, and the coffees arrived incorrectly. Overall, the quality was good but not commensurate with the prices, and the service could be more attentive, especially considering the restaurant's price range. For the same price, or for a little extra, you can definitely eat better at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

24/03/2026: For me, going to Jesolo means only one thing: coming to Bucintoro. It's become a true legend. I'm fortunate to be able to come here often, but even when I happen to be in the area, even if it's just for one night, this is a regular and indispensable stop. The quality of the food is always top-notch, consistent over time, and the service is simply impeccable—something increasingly rare these days. An absolute must-visit. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: They finally opened on Friday! Another great restaurant along with Ostemar and Laguna! , also on Via Bafile! What more can I say other than they're excellent! One word is enough! Excellent! I highly recommend them, and for those who like raw fish like me... well, it's finger-licking good even for those who don't! Compliments to the chefs, staff, and owners!

Just a few tables, cleverly distributed throughout the various rooms, all beautiful, guarantee space, privacy, and a truly romantic atmosphere. Every corner exudes elegance and harmony, without ever being cold or impersonal. And then... the food. A true delight for the palate. Probably one of the finest restaurants in the Veneto: dishes with intense yet balanced flavors, delicate yet bold, always refined and surprisingly tasty. Every course is a "wow." 16/09/2025: Three for service only because the waiter sets the table for five, as we have a baby in a stroller. As soon as we point out that there are four of us (the baby wasn't eating), he angrily tells us, "Never mind, you're five." At which point we accepted (remember, in Italy you pay a cover charge). In the end, it was a lovely evening. The food was excellent.
