09/05/2026: I went here for dinner with my partner. We asked for "typical" Venetian food and received excellent recommendations. The food itself was delicious and the service was good. If you like fish, this is a great place. The only downside is that it's very expensive.

23/04/2026: The dish was oversalted, 2 glasses of water were added to the bill, although they brought one), the bread was stale and not fresh. The bill was significantly different from the menu.

15/05/2026: We took the ferry from Riva, a nice trip, and spent half a day in Malcesine. We popped in here for a some lunch. A couple of pizzas and some grilled vegetable to share between 4. The food was good as was the service. The only disappointment was the downstairs toilet. The seat was broken and down steep stairs. We found out later that there was another toilet in another part of the restaurant, across the walkway.

10/05/2026: An absolutely disappointing restaurant experience. The beef fillet was initially served cold and, after I complained, came back completely overcooked – dry, tough, and utterly inedible. I've rarely experienced anything like this in a restaurant. Apparently, no one there cares how the food leaves the kitchen. The service was just as bad as the food. The waiter was unfriendly, annoyed, and anything but attentive. Instead of looking after the guests, we felt like we were intruding. The bread was carelessly placed on the table in a bag without a plate – that's more fitting for a fast-food joint than a restaurant with any standards. Overall, a miserable evening: bad food, bad service, and absolutely no welcoming atmosphere. Definitely not a second time.

05/05/2026: The food was good and the service was friendly. It's a shame I couldn't pay with my Pluxee vouchers even though it was listed as a participating restaurant on the app. A malfunctioning POS terminal should be reported in advance, as many workers and students come here.

03/05/2026: A perfect restaurant if you're near Ca' Foscari University and don't want to pay too much for a good meal. You have to go through the university courtyard to get there.

The tiramisu was especially memorable – simply unforgettable! We would come back for that alone anytime. We're already looking forward to returning and enjoying Felona's again. 02/05/2026: Hotel Ristorante Giardinetto After searching for several restaurants and finding them all full, we were actually on our way to a restaurant where we had eaten the previous day when we saw the Hotel Ristorante Giardinetto and decided to give it a try. We received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. My spaghetti was delicious, and the panna cotta was also very tasty. However, my husband's fritto misto wasn't particularly impressive, and the ice cream had a rather artificial taste. The espresso, on the other hand, was excellent! Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't clean: there was paper on the floor and no paper towels, which somewhat detracted from the experience.

23/04/2026: Loved the location. Really enjoyed the aperitivo and food. Great atmosphere. Not going back for the service. The waiter was very rude and didn’t care about us at all. Table next to us were not happy about his behaviour as well so we got talking to them complaining about the poor service from the guy but how lovely it was looking at the sunset by the lake.

12/04/2026: Staff avoided clients, when approached they got upset and in the result they served wrong product with higher price. Always check recepits with what they serve you.

06/04/2026: This cafe, located in Piazza della Signori in the center of Vicenza, is a lovely spot often seen on social media, with a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace. The Mont Blanc here is expensive, but delicious! This cafe generally has a higher price point for everything. Even at night, the cafe is lively with loud background music.

24/03/2026: We arrived in Vicenza and I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional Aperol Spritz, but I have to admit I was disappointed. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of Piazza dei Signori. I drink this all the time and I know exactly how it should taste—and this, unfortunately, wasn't even close.

13/04/2026: Dined at the courtyard tables on fish soup and grilled monkfish. Attentive service in a quiet location close to the Rialto bridge.

11/04/2026: The food is just food. I can't say anything bad or particularly good. The service would have been fine if they hadn't tried to rip me off. The bill included a "coperto" (essentially a legal tip), and I was alone, but they charged for two, plus 15% service. After my outrage, they removed the coperto, but refused to remove the service. I wouldn't recommend it.

07/04/2026: We went here for Easter lunch, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing: the staff was unfriendly and rather rude, and the wait was truly excessive. A real shame, because the outdoor setting is pleasant. The food quality was mediocre, and the dishes were poorly thought out. We felt almost like a nuisance, as if the customers' presence were unwanted. No one cares about providing good, enjoyable dining anymore, and the excuse of a holiday is no longer acceptable. Definitely not recommended.

06/04/2026: The place is 1980s-style, but overall nice! We were seated right away, but unfortunately, after an hour and a half, only an appetizer arrived, so we decided to leave! I have to say, we weren't even the first ones to leave... We definitely won't be back!

18/05/2026: I visited the restaurant in May 2025 and I really loved the atmosphere. The view over the water was absolutely amazing and created a very relaxing experience. I had a pizza along with a glass of wine, and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend the afternoon and I would definitely recommend it.
