30/06/2025: Siamo ritornati ed è stato sempre una piacevole cena ottima la pizza della casa la quale mi è stata proposta dalla cameriera l molto simpatica e gentile ottimo il perfetto al pistacchio per concludere la serata rapporto qualità prezzo una pizza 15 euro se ottima ci può stare ci ritorneremo

28/09/2025: We were very satisfied here this evening. The prociutto e funghi con cipolle pizza was one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. The grilled fish platter was 10 out of 10. The fish, prawns, and calamari were juicy and hot. The long platter on which everything was arranged was a sight to behold, and all for €25. We paid €4 for the 1/4 glass of very good house wine, red/white. The pizza was €10 plus €1 for the extra onions. I think the photos speak for themselves.

19/07/2025: We stayed at the hotel and had many drinks and our last lunch in Venice here. The food was very fresh, flavorful and good value considering the level of service and views of the main canal. We regretted not having more meals here. We ate at a few local places near the hotel and Antinoo’s is leagues ahead of them. The seafood spaghetti and mixed fried seafood was wonderful. Unbeatable views and ambiance. This is the place for drinks and meals on this side of the canal.

01/07/2025: An iconic restaurant overlooking the Grand Canal, with high standards of quality and luxury. We were pampered and services with extreme attention and care. Superb food accompanied by high quality wine. Spectacular!

10/10/2025: Tourist trap restaurant. If your tour guide recommends a 3 course meal with fish, pasta, and dessert for 30 euros that means cheap tilapia, spaghetti with canned tuna and tiramisu with not even proper mascarpone. These restaurants solely exist to scalp tourists.

03/11/2025: We're regulars at Rossopomodoro, and as always, we've had a great time. This time, however, there was a small hiccup: I'd ordered a pizza, but they brought me another one with different ingredients. They then explained to me that they'd recently changed the menu and, by mistake, had prepared the previous version of the pizza. I mentioned that I didn't like one of the new ingredients, and the staff, incredibly kind and helpful, immediately apologized and brought me a new pizza without any problems. I must say, the second pizza was delicious, truly as always! We asked for the bill, and we noticed that they'd even given us a discount for the inconvenience. Mistakes can happen, but the important thing is how you handle them—and here they did it perfectly. The owner made an excellent choice of staff; they're young, courteous, and cheerful, something that's not at all a given these days. We'll definitely be back, as always.

11/11/2025: A truly traditional and welcoming place in the heart of Venice! The atmosphere is lively yet pleasant, and the staff is friendly and always smiling. Excellent cicchetti, a perfect spritz, and all at a reasonable price. There was a wide selection of cicchetti, even vegetarian options (not a given). The atmosphere is authentic, far removed from the touristy spots. Ideal for an aperitivo with friends or a casual dinner. Highly recommended if you want the true Venetian bacaro experience!

26/09/2025: I don't understand. It was recommended to us by a local woman. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly to us. Our dog was welcome. I think the restaurant gets a lot of negative reviews from discerning people. Definitely worth a visit. They also spoke English. Excellent value for money.

20/06/2025: Bellissima locale con una meravigliosa terrazza sul Mincio . Persona molto gentile ( cosa non da poco) . Abbiamo preso un tris di polente e con calice di prosecco. Tutto per 9,5 a testa. Ci hanno inoltre portato ulteriori sneack… . Offerta superiore alla media della zona turistica. Ci torneremo sicuramente se in zona

29/07/2025: Nourriture très bonne, nous avions pris une pièce de boeuf angus à se partager avec mon mari, c'était vraiment excellent ! Maiiiiis, je trouve le prix un peu excessif, ils pourraient le justifier par la vue mais il n'y a que deux tables qui ont vue sur le lac donc même pas. Nous avons mangé là lors d'un bel orage avec grêlons. Comme le restaurant est totalement vitré (parois amovibles) nous avons eu un peu peur pour nous quand les grêlons tapaient sur les parois. Comme c'est amovible, l'eau rentre dans le restaurant (plusieurs femmes ont eu leur sac à main trempé à cause de cela). Comme il pleuvait, ils ont dû fermer les parois. Il y avait un bruit ambiant, on ne s'entendait même plus avec mon mari et ma fille... Ma fille a reçu son plat bien avant nous, elle avait pratiquement fini lorsque nous avons été servis... Longue attente pour recevoir l'addition et je n'étais pas encore levée de ma chaise qu'on installait déjà une autre famille à notre table... Donc en résumé, très bon mais ça ne vaut pas le prix ni la qualité du service.

29/07/2025: Tucked behind a wine shop in Hotel Veronesi La Torre , Signorvino La Torre opens out into a bright, lively space. The decor is modern yet warm, featuring marble tables, green and rust-toned elements, exposed brick, and industrial-style lighting. The restaurant was at around 60% capacity at 8:30 PM but filled up considerably by 10 PM, mostly with a local crowd, which added to the lively — though at times noisy — atmosphere. Service was friendly but a bit disorganised; we had to wait for cutlery even after the food arrived, slightly delaying the meal. That said, the staff made an effort to create a special moment with a playful relighting candle on the tiramisu. Food & Drink • what was meant to be the Complimentary bread had a 3 euro charge for each person. It was a nice touch, though it would have benefited from butter or oil. • Set Menu (35€) offers great value — two courses and two wines. À la carte options are also available, including a bottle of Amarone for just 34€, a real find. Starters: • Fried Mix Platter: Courgette flowers, stuffed olives, and cheese arancini. Rich, crispy, and satisfying — ideal for sharing. Mains: • Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara with Black Truffle (+4€) Rich, creamy, and deeply flavoured with Romano cheese and truffle flakes. The crispy pork jowl added great texture — a standout dish and excellent value at 17€ total. • Cotoletta Rustica (“Zorzi” style) Thin, crisp, and well-seasoned. Served with roast potatoes — simple but satisfying. Desserts: • Tiramisu was a letdown — the sponge-to-cream ratio was off, lacking the lightness expected. • Sbrisolona Mantovana (crumbly nut biscuit with crème anglaise) was average — pleasant but unremarkable. Verdict: Signorvino La Torre delivers good food at fair prices, especially the pasta and wine. While the service had minor flaws and the desserts underwhelmed, the vibrant ambiance and solid main courses make it a worthwhile stop — especially if you’re a truffle lover or wine enthusiast.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The food wasn't a feast for the palate, and the prices were disproportionate to the quality offered – much of it seemed like frozen food. The service was also unfriendly. One thing is for sure: We won't be eating here again.

01/11/2025: A lovely place, located in a quiet square (thankfully) where you can finally breathe in the Venetian atmosphere. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff who take care of your every little request, with a smile and warmth! The food is excellent, not too elaborate to appeal to foreigners, but it shows what Italians are capable of (at least at the table)—that is, they know how to cook with simplicity and flavor. The entire menu is tasty, but I personally recommend the squid ink fettuccine, which is truly delicious, and the baked sea bass, excellent dishes and generous portions. Highly recommended, and try it!

01/11/2025: We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of locals. The welcome was truly pleasant, with uncommon professionalism and great attention to detail (the plate had been placed slightly askew and the waiter straightened it immediately), which left me pleasantly impressed. There are indoor and outdoor tables; we opted to dine outside. The tables are expertly arranged, occupying a small portion of the square, and although the space is limited, there's no sense of cramped or cramped spaces. The square can be a bit noisy, but then again, it's impossible to imagine eating outside in silence; we're in Venice, not in a forest. The dishes are delicious and well-balanced, the portions are just right, and the delicate flavors leave a light aftertaste in the mouth, without being heavy, with a pronounced, just-right savory character. The fish is truly fresh, served pre-boned, a real touch of class and joy for anyone who doesn't like cleaning fish. Highly recommended for a pleasant and satisfying dinner.

13/09/2025: Our vacation lasted seven days. On the first day, we ate at a different restaurant, and on the second day, we ate here. I can only say that from Monday to Saturday, we only ate at this grill. Everything was perfect; the waiters speak German, Italian, and English, and there's a Romanian, but the chef is also Romanian. Everything was perfect for us. We hope to have the same waiters next year.

12/09/2025: A very nice place with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback was that we sat outside, and there's an arcade next door, so it was a bit noisy. The food was delicious; there was gnocchi al ragu, spaghetti cacio pepe, and a steak, all cooked to perfection. We would gladly return here anytime.
