10/12/2024: Bacarando in Corte dell'Orso” in Venice: I leave very few negative reviews as I know how difficult the mission of the service is. In this case, however, an unpleasant experience: a place that disappoints expectations. I hope it's better next time. Good work. The place is very characteristic, beautiful and in line with the philosophy of the Venetian baccari. However, the overall experience was very disappointing, especially due to the service and the quality of the dishes. Service: The staff appeared inattentive, not at all empathetic and with a clear preference for "local workers" over tourists. This lack of professionalism was also reflected in the manner and type of service: dishes arrived out of order (a second course served together with the first!), and a general tired and unwelcoming and not at all empathetic attitude. Service cost: 12% of the total. (!) Dishes: Despite a varied and interesting menu on paper, the execution was mediocre: • Spaghetti with clams: with sand present (score 4). • Bigoli in sauce: good on the palate, but ruined by an excess of onion (score 6). • Lasagna with pumpkin and sausage: good but clearly poorly reheated, resulting lukewarm inside (score 6). • Soup of the day: absolutely to avoid (rated 4). • Spaghetti with mussels and clams: finally a worthy dish, the best (score 7). • Mixed fried food with polenta: served at the wrong time and of very poor quality, with very few main ingredients (rated 3). • Venetian-style liver with polenta: basically an onion dish with some traces of liver, very far from the traditional recipe (rated 5). Drinks: Natural and carbonated water is served in unsealed bottles, but is charged as such (3.50 euros for 0.7L). Definitely unprofessional. The wine was not ordered due to the disproportionate prices (bulk wine at 14 euros per carafe). Only positive note: There is no cover charge, a detail that could make the difference if the service and the quality of the food and staff were better. Conclusion: Despite the promising atmosphere, the place turns out to be a disappointment. Unfortunately, it is the people who make the difference, and in this case both the dining room and kitchen staff are not up to par. With mediocre service and cuisine that leaves something to be desired, the experience was not pleasant at all. Overall rating: 2/5

The fish dishes were prepared to Perfection, the Lemon Sole gave us a new culinary experience. good wine selection and first class service despite the busy Saturday shopping crowd. should not be missed, indeed. 12/09/2024: A place chosen randomly, as we were passing through during a bike ride along the beautiful cycle path that runs along Lake Garda. I would say excellent choice: both the pizza and the fish dish (trout) were delicious....not to mention the kindness of the staff and the wonderful location on the lake shore.

11/12/2024: They offer us a menu of €27 per person, which consists of pasta bolognese or pasta frute di mare (spaghetti with tomato and some mussels on top) as a starter and meat or fish as a main course, with dessert (industrial tiramisu cake), water and came. Poor quality and scarce, quite slow service. The only thing we liked was the man who played the accordion while we ate (who, by the way, also passed the cap) We had heard good things about this place and it was the worst restaurant we ate at during our visit to Venice.

05/01/2025: Finalmente un’osteria vera senza troppi fronzoli. Era tutto buonissimo, peccato per il tavolo vicino all’ingresso. Personale molto gentile.

26/12/2024: A pochi minuti dal meraviglioso centro storico di Verona abbiamo scoperto questa piccola e deliziosa osteria di grande atmosfera. Bella la saletta di ingresso con le travi (appena un po' fredda), gentile il servizio della signora al tavolo. Il menù prevede la scelta tra due primi e un paio di secondi. Abbiamo assaggiato delle incredibili zanzarelle, una minestra antica che ricorda la stracciatella romana e che è stata perfetta per la fredda giornata. Buono il bollito con la salsa peara e la salsa verde. Buona la bollicina con cui abbiamo accompagnato il pranzo. Prezzo correttissimo. Siamo stati felicissimi di avere scoperto questo luogo così speciale.

01/09/2024: Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Schönes Ambiente am Rande der Altstadt, kurz bevor der Trubel los geht. Guter Hauswein. Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten Fisch und Salat bzw Pizza. Wir hatten über the Fork reserviert , problemlos den 20% Rabatt bekommen.

03/10/2024: We were guests at the Acapulco in Bibione Pineda at the end of September. Okay off-season but: the staff was always very friendly, attentive and very quick. The food was good, the menu has something for everyone. Mary and team: thank you very much for the great time, see you again!

22/12/2024: Posto molto elegante ed accogliente Ottimo per passi veloci ed economici ritornerò sicuramente molto molto buono. Buoni i cicchetti ampia scelta di vino

14/09/2024: Gnocchi al pomodoro = insalata di pomodori con gnocchi del supermercato dentro. Niente pane a tavola. Lasagna con speck da mensa aziendale della peggior specie. Non abbiamo preso altro perché non abbiamo avuto il coraggio, letteralmente. Forse doveva allarmarci il fatto che di sabato sera fosse praticamente vuoto... Personale gentile, ma direi che non tornerò.

04/11/2024: Very poor food quality and extremely rude staff, including a bald Italian man who displayed discriminatory behavior. I highly recommend avoiding this place to make your trip smoother and more enjoyable.

24/08/2024: A place to recommend to those who like Italian cuisine! Speaking Italian is recommended, but if not, you can communicate with your hands and feet :) Thank you for the delicious food and the local wine ☺️

16/07/2024: You can eat very well for both lunch and dinner Very good pizza. Traditional Veronese dishes such as horse pastisà or lasagne with white meat sauce and vegetables or very soft homemade gnocchi. Desserts like grandma's, from biscuit pudding to amaretto semifreddo.

02/01/2025: Nice atmosphere to eat in a replica ship restaurant. The two brothers are very friendly and multilingual and are in a good mood with their guests. The food is okay without being shiny. The prices are fair, so I can recommend a nice visit to everyone here.

21/09/2024: First of all The food is good. We were there for dinner with our dog. We asked if dogs were allowed. Answer but of course ohhh beautiful dog... After we had eaten and paid, friends of ours stayed seated. As soon as we left, our table and chairs were cleared away and the place was wiped and scrubbed as if we had the plague. All the guests were watching. They'll never see us again!!!!!

06/11/2024: Pizza wasn't good, bottom was burnt, went back. Wine and beer very expensive. Only the boss speaks German and the staff doesn't speak German.
