14/06/2025: Al estar en un destino turístico, no esperaba comida fantástica, pero lo que llegó fue ciertamente malo. But… . . El mayor problema era que ellos trataban de poner una taza de café en mi factura que no debería estar allí Querían cobrarme 5€. 00 para un expreso, y cuando señalé que no debería estar ahí en la factura, incluso trataron de discutir conmigo y continuaron tratando de hacerme pagar. Es un truco antiguo, pero desearía que dejaran de robar a los clientes.

10/06/2025: Excelente comida, lo visitamos en familia, el precio fue similar a otro restaurant en Giudecca pero la comida valió la pena el precio, pagamos 110 euros por 3 menues, con postre y vino, cerveza, shot de lemoncello de regalo. Al pie del Rialto, cenar adentro o afuera, en un ambiente familiar después de un largo día, merece la visita.

11/03/2025: The prices are set completely at random and the lady at the counter asked me, the customer, which glass should be used for a sparkling wine. Ah, he didn't know what a classical method was. It seems incredible, but it's the truth. Absolutely embarrassing.

11/03/2025: Sono entrato in questa enoteca con la mia compagna per un aperitivo. L'oste era in quel momento assente e in sua vece c'era una tizia totalmente incompetente. Non sapeva cosa fosse un metodo classico e ha chiesto a me quale calice fosse quello corretto per servirlo. Il vino era mediocre (sebbene l'oste al suo ritorno ne abbia decantato la qualità). Non mi è stato servito niente da mangiare e ho pagato la bellezza di 20€. Peraltro, il prezzo è stato stabilito totalmente a caso. Da come mi è parso, si tratta di un luogo frequentato da una compagnia di amici del proprietario, invero poco eleganti, che lo usano come fosse il proprio soggiorno. Se avete pretese poco più che minime, vi consiglio di evitare questo locale.

04/11/2025: I decide to stop for a coffee and a glass of water. When I entered, there were three people drinking at the counter, so I positioned myself behind it and waited my turn. Shortly afterward, a woman comes in and sits at a table. She's served immediately, so as soon as a seat becomes available at the counter, I step forward to order, but I'm still ignored until I'm served a coffee. I point out that I still have to order, but a coffee and a glass of water are fine, so the barista prepares and serves me a coffee as requested, but the water goes to the two customers at the counter next to me. I wait for the glass of water, but I realize I'm wasting my time and I learn that I wasn't a welcome customer, since the other customers at the counter had a simple coffee like me, but with water added, except that I had asked for it. I won't be returning due to the terrible service.

12/11/2025: Small hotel in a central location, just steps from the Rialto Bridge and five minutes from San Marco. The room is small but comfortable, located on a quiet street. Not recommended for those with trouble with stairs.

08/11/2025: The location is unbeatable, the hotel has its charm, although we got a bit hot in the room at night and we don't know why.

01/11/2025: Off the beaten track, highly recommended. The menu is only in Italian, but with the help of the friendly staff and Google Translate, it's no problem.

27/09/2025: The best pizza on the Venice Lido. All the other dishes are excellent as well. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere is rustic yet refined, warm and welcoming, and the summer garden is lovely. The live music evenings are special.

24/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for one night, using the spa on a rainy day. We were greeted at the entrance by the manager, Olga, a delightful and polite person, always available to offer advice on the city and the hotel. It's always a pleasure to enter a place and be greeted immediately with a smile. The room was excellent, with chromotherapy in the shower and on the headboard, adding a touch of class that few hotels have. I highly recommend using the spa exclusively, paying a supplement that's worth every penny. We really enjoyed our stay; it's a beautiful place for a relaxing, romantic getaway in Verona. We'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: My friend and I were in Verona for the weekend and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed everything, visited the spa, had a very good breakfast, all the rooms were new and not far from the center. I wanted to thank Olga and Marika, we will be back again, thank you, I recommend them.

18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

01/06/2025: Se volete una vista mozzafiato sulla laguna, se siete amanti del pesce in tutte le sue forme e siete in gita a pellestrina, non potete non andare da celeste. Intanto la Cordialità, disponibilità del personale, oltre al servizio impeccabile. Attenzione ai dettagli, perfetti i tempi di servizio oltre che ai consigli sui piatti e i fuori. Il menù variegato ma non esagerato, attento a valorizzare anche il pesce del territorio. Ho provato la crudite come antipasto (una meraviglia al palato), ed un primo di spaghetti alla granceola, gustosissimo. Per finire un'ottima frittura, delicata, perfetta nella panatura, il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino. Il zuccotto come dessert ha chiuso in modo ineccepibile la cena. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, considerando che si mangia pesce di alto livello. lasciate perdere le persone che scrivono recensioni negative perché non hanno capito proprio niente di questo ristorante e tantomeno della qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo presto sicuramente ! Fantastici!!

13/11/2025: I'm making a complete statement because it said online that the restaurant was open until midnight. We drove an hour and a half, arrived there, and the restaurant was closed.

21/10/2025: I went there for a business lunch. The first course was basic: pasta with tomato sauce or saffron risotto. The second courses, however, were good. The service was very poor: the cutlery was dirty, the knives encrusted. The staff replaced our knives without apologizing for the incident. The atmosphere could use a makeover. The price was high, even for the set menu, given the selection and the service. I won't be returning.

23/10/2025: The food is nothing special, but the service is terrible because they even dare to comment on how someone sits and how they eat their meal. The comments made by the staff, and especially the public ones, towards the customer are slightly inappropriate.

22/10/2025: Please, not... that bad! The fillet had no flavor. The pizza chef took a bowl out of the fridge, looked inside, and pulled a face! The spaghetti caramel was also terrible. Still Coke. You don't need to go there!

14/10/2025: Absolutely not recommended, very unfriendly. The boss himself is the epitome of unfriendliness. There were six of us and we were immediately rudely addressed by the boss when a friend of ours lit a cigarette. As I am a non-smoker myself, I can fully understand why smoking is prohibited on the terrace, but you don't have to be addressed like that. With my order (tagliatelle with ragu), I asked for extra arugula, which the boss accepted annoyed and reluctantly. When my food arrived, I also asked for Parmesan cheese (which is usually served anyway) and a little more arugula. He gave me an angry look and didn't react. We waited, but nothing was brought. In the meantime, my food was already cold, so I went back into the restaurant to ask for Parmesan and arugula again, but this request went unanswered. When he was back on the terrace, I called him and asked him to remember my request. He turned around, annoyed, but then came back two minutes later with Parmesan and placed it on my table without a word. I didn't get the arugula. Our third bottle of water wasn't brought. The food: Pizza was too crispy but the toppings were good. Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted good but there was no separate plate for the bowls. Pasta con Ragu tasted okay. The wine was brought to our table without a cooler; other guests at the neighboring table received one. Note: The terrace wasn't crowded, so it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Conclusion: The food was okay, service was disastrous. We won't be back. Response to the owner's reply: We're very sure we were at your place. You don't have arugula ragu, which is why I specifically ordered it because I like to sprinkle it on top of my ragu. Whether it works or not is a matter of taste.

14/10/2025: Beautiful, stylish hotel in a wonderful lakeside location. Hot tub on the terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Good breakfast and friendly staff. A few hooks or towel rails in the bathroom wouldn't hurt. Parking is available for a fee, a 5-minute walk away.

21/06/2025: Location molto deludente e ci sono tantissimi moscerini. Si mangia da dio!! É tutto buono!! I gelati non buoni soprattutto il sorbetto che é amaro!!!!

13/06/2025: This is the kind of restaurant where the locals eat. It appeared the staff knew their diners and treated all guests respectfully. It was recommended to us by numerous locals for its truly great Italian food. We walked in when it opened and it was full within a half of an hour. It's off the beaten path in an alley but well worth it. The food was fantastic and the service was great.
