08/03/2026: The exact opposite of what was promised. We booked with the intention of having the children's play area, but it wasn't available at lunch. The menu included pizzas and club meals, but they weren't available at lunch. We waited 90 minutes for main courses, even with small portions. The table service was truly lazy. Finally, we had to pay in cash because they didn't have a card reader.

03/02/2026: We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant because we arrived late, and we opted for pizza. The waiter recommended an "Antipasti" and suggested we swap one pizza so we could try both. What a great suggestion! We had a wonderful dinner, and the pizzas were only €10-15, a fantastic price.

Intanto la Cordialità, disponibilità del personale, oltre al servizio impeccabile. Attenzione ai dettagli, perfetti i tempi di servizio oltre che ai consigli sui piatti e i fuori. Il menù variegato ma non esagerato, attento a valorizzare anche il pesce del territorio. Ho provato la crudite come antipasto (una meraviglia al palato), ed un primo di spaghetti alla granceola, gustosissimo. Per finire un'ottima frittura, delicata, perfetta nella panatura, il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino. Il zuccotto come dessert ha chiuso in modo ineccepibile la cena. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, considerando che si mangia pesce di alto livello. lasciate perdere le persone che scrivono recensioni negative perché non hanno capito proprio niente di questo ristorante e tantomeno della qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo presto sicuramente ! Fantastici!!

16/02/2026: An unacceptable experience in every respect. I categorically do not recommend this property. I stayed three nights on a bed and breakfast buffet in a double room for a work assignment during the Olympics. From day one, I encountered hostile and arbitrary behavior from the owner. On my first morning, I was denied free access to the breakfast room, even though it was practically empty. I was seated outside the buffet area and limited to a small plate with a few packaged snacks and a juice chosen by others, with the argument—which proved unfounded—that "the agency staff should be there." My managers later denied this claim and, given the situation, decided to change properties the following week. The housekeeping service was equally disappointing: in three days, the room was never truly tidied, the towels left on the floor were not replaced but simply folded, and the bathroom amenities were minimal. On my last day, I was informed at 9:20 that I would have to leave the room by 9:30, without ever having been informed of the check-out time. This was a disorganized and disrespectful approach to customer service. The quality of breakfast, when it was finally available, was still very limited and with low-quality products. During my stay, I also received loud, offensive and derogatory comments from the owner. This attitude is incompatible with any minimum standard of hospitality and respect for guests. In short, the property is poorly managed, with methods that do not reflect the basic requirements of the tourism industry. I will obviously never return, and I do not recommend it to anyone seeking professionalism and integrity.

10/01/2026: The interiors are elegant and modern; the service is impeccable and very professional; and there's plenty of parking available. The hotel is just a short distance from the town center and is strategically located for easy access to popular ski resorts.

There were six of us and we were immediately rudely addressed by the boss when a friend of ours lit a cigarette. As I am a non-smoker myself, I can fully understand why smoking is prohibited on the terrace, but you don't have to be addressed like that. With my order (tagliatelle with ragu), I asked for extra arugula, which the boss accepted annoyed and reluctantly. When my food arrived, I also asked for Parmesan cheese (which is usually served anyway) and a little more arugula. He gave me an angry look and didn't react. We waited, but nothing was brought. In the meantime, my food was already cold, so I went back into the restaurant to ask for Parmesan and arugula again, but this request went unanswered. When he was back on the terrace, I called him and asked him to remember my request. He turned around, annoyed, but then came back two minutes later with Parmesan and placed it on my table without a word. I didn't get the arugula. Our third bottle of water wasn't brought. The food: Pizza was too crispy but the toppings were good. Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted good but there was no separate plate for the bowls. Pasta con Ragu tasted okay. The wine was brought to our table without a cooler; other guests at the neighboring table received one. Note: The terrace wasn't crowded, so it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Conclusion: The food was okay, service was disastrous. We won't be back. Response to the owner's reply: We're very sure we were at your place. You don't have arugula ragu, which is why I specifically ordered it because I like to sprinkle it on top of my ragu. Whether it works or not is a matter of taste.

08/03/2026: Very bad experience I do not recommend this cafe, especially being used to the typical Italian hospitality this place does not reflect the spirit of this country. The waiter was clearly not happy of taking our order. We have waited forever and got very bad quality drinks.

16/09/2025: While strolling through Lazise, ​​we stumbled upon the restaurant somewhat by chance. My girlfriend and I ordered the house wine, which was truly excellent. For starters, we shared a charcuterie board—which offered four different types of sausage and a variety of pickled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for pasta with arugula pesto and shrimp, and penne amatricana. Both dishes were a good size and tasted excellent. The restaurant is highly recommended, as it has an authentic Italian flair and is a bit off the beaten track.

The staff was rude and disorganized; we waited 15 minutes to order. The fries were left out in the open, unhygienic and unappealing. I definitely won't be going there again.

28/10/2025: The food was fine but not good enough for the price. The fried calamari was soggy and the salmon lacked any flavor. The service was horrible. Our first waiter clearly did not want to be there, and our second waiter was incredibly sexist. My aunt asked for the check, he did not bring it to her, then my dad asked for the check and he brought it to him but my aunt had the credit card in her hand and still refused to give her the check. Then, my aunt finally handed my dad HER card, he tapped it, and the waiter said “thank you sir.” Terrible food. Even worse service.
