29/07/2025: Locale molto carino e autentico. Nulla a che vedere con i ristoranti turistici. Un posto dove assaporare la vera cucina veneziana in un’atmosfera intima e accogliente. Ottimo cibo e personale cordiale. Da non perdere il fegato alla veneziana e le seppie al nero!

01/07/2025: Nice atmosphere at the outdoor tables in this restaurant nestled in a corner of the walls, great for intimate and quiet situations. The menu does not offer many options but offers imaginative solutions. I recommend the beef tartare with burrata and hazelnut and as a first course the trofie with red pesto and lime (I leave a photo). Fair prices for what we ate.

28/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and excellent food. The waitress who served us was very kind and very polite. Go there and you will not be disappointed. Definitely going back 👍

12/07/2025: We went for dinner on a Friday evening, and we ate mixed fried fish, fried calamari, and a side of French fries! These dishes are pretty basic and easy to make, but we enjoyed them. The staff were friendly, and the prices were in line, perhaps even a touch lower than the competition. The only flaw that kept it from giving it five stars was the lack of perfect table cleaning, which could be improved. In any case, for a dinner or a less refined meal, I recommend it!

03/08/2025: Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was expecting quality service, amenities, and accommodations but it couldn’t be farther from that. The room was what I would expect from a 1 star hotel. A bed and a bathroom. No coffee maker, no amenities, just a bed and a bathroom. Not even a coffee maker? I booked a premiere stay that included a $100 experience credit. They said it was, in fact, only $90 and that it only applied to lunch, despite what the terms and conditions stated. Additionally, lunch just so happened to be between 12-2pm. Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at 12pm so it’s impossible to take advantage of this premium benefit you pay for. This place is a scam. The front desk couldn’t care less. Do not book from this place despite what other reviews might suggest.

01/08/2025: We always enjoy returning to this magical hotel for its elegant spaces, the courtesy of the staff, and the unwavering attention to guests. The restaurant is excellent, and the two terraces, one overlooking the Grand Canal and the other on the hotel's rooftop, offer breathtaking views. The event organization is impeccable. Highly recommended!

04/05/2025: Un buon posto dove assaggiare cucina tipica: antipasto in saor e fegato alla veneziana ottimi; la tagliata di manzo buona. È possibile mangiare fuori lungo il canale, ma ha anche una sala interna. Il valore aggiunto sono sicuramente i camerieri: attenti, professionali, super gentili e cordiali, ma mai invadenti.

28/03/2025: A great pit stop. Friendly staff, pizza was spot on and the seats next to the water a nice touch. A little gem in a sea of tourist focused places.

02/07/2025: An unplanned stop for lunch resulted in the best meal we've had in Italy in the week we've been here! Gnocchi, caponata, beef... So lovely.

24/07/2025: We went to the restaurant The staff was incredibly friendly, the setting and atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the lake were amazing, the food quality and prices were exceptional.

18/07/2025: A very nice restaurant on the Casamicciola seafront. They also serve pizza, and the food is good. There's also an outdoor children's play area.

10/08/2025: We returned this year, a very positive experience. (My 4-star rating has gone up to 5.) (I'm posting photos from last year and this year.) We opted for the fantastic raw tuna on a bed of mixed vegetables, dusted with cocoa and citrus. I don't usually try anything special, but I found it exceptional. I had a trio of tacos. I chose to have them all vegetarian, but there's the option of one with mixed vegetables, avocado, and guacamole; the second with chicken; and the third with shrimp. Very good. Finally, we shared some scampi, which were also excellent.

04/05/2025: Nei nostri periodici giri a Venezia questo locale è diventato il riferimento per il pranzo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, locale ben curato, buono il servizio, interessante il menu' e cosa non scontata, uno dei pochi locali dove si respira Venezianità

02/05/2025: Hungrig nahmen wir zum Mittagessen im schönen Innenhof Platz. Durch unsere Anwesenheit war jetzt jeder Stuhl besetzt. Der Service war trotz vieler Leute schnell und freundlich. Frische, feine Salate und grossartige Pasta wurden uns serviert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

24/07/2025: The pizza was delicious. The burger seemed to have been fried in a pan that had previously held fish... The atmosphere was truly beautiful, with the colorful houses in a narrow alley under the trees. The server was very attentive to the children and immediately put away the knives, brought seat cushions, plastic cups, and finally, there were lollipops. Great service!

23/07/2025: We recently dined at this restaurant as a group of six. Overall, the food was good: the tuna steak, shrimp, bolognese (with minced meat), carbonara (a little thick but tasty), and the fish and octopus (a little too grilled) were all well-liked. On the other hand, the service was very disappointing. A bleached-blonde waitress was rude from start to finish. The wine was served much too hot, almost like tea, even though you'd expect it to be at least slightly chilled. Furthermore, five of us had already finished our meals while the sixth was still waiting for his fish dish—we had to wait over 20 additional minutes. When we asked what was going on, we were curtly told that there were "over 300 people" to serve, without the slightest apology or consideration. Ironically, when it came time to get the bill, the same waitress came running back to take the money—and that was when you really shouldn't have waited. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the service really leaves something to be desired.

19/08/2025: We had dinner for two with our little dog. He was welcomed with respect from the start. The staff let us choose a seat and brought him a bowl of water. Excellent food, super staff! Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: The menu says: mixed fried seafood with calamari, rubbery shrimp, low-quality frozen shrimp, other items that didn't arrive, and tzatziki sauce that turned into parsley mayonnaise. I spent €66 for two terrible fried foods, a glass of wine, and a bottle of water. If I were allergic to eggs and had eaten the yogurt sauce with conviction, I would have ended up in the hospital. Is this how you treat tourists? A terrible experience, and the waiter/manager was unprepared and uneducated.

12/08/2025: We were 2 and went for dinner there. 1st of all, non the waiters speak any other language but Italian. The menu came and wow, they are so extremely overpriced. I ordered alcohol free beer and I got a bottle without a glass, they removed my partners water glas and our wine glasses without even asking if we want to order wine. Then we did order wine and said only 1 glass is needed, they brought us 2, we ordered a bottle of water, it was brought to the table without glasses and we had to ask twice until we got them. As a starter we had a tomato bowl with basilicum, they serve it with a basket of crackers and bread, and it was really delicious. They removed the basket without asking if you want to have some more. We ordered a mixed grilled fish for 2, there were 5 small different pieces of fish and seafood but definitely not enough for the price and not to make you full, there aren't even any side dishes, no potatoes, nothing. It was delicious, yes, but very overpriced. I don't think we would ever visit there because to oay that much I would expect to get a better service. We are in the same business and we know how it is.
