My favourite restaurant in Padova!

I loved this place in the historic center of Padua. The atmosphere is relaxed, like a tavern with tables illuminated by candlelight. I found the menu very well done, with traditional Venetian dishes but at the same time with many original ideas that perfectly follow the seasonality of the products. The portions are very generous, filling the belly and also the soul with seasoned and tasty dishes. The selection of wines is also beautiful and the service is kind and attentive. Absolutely recommended if you are in the center of Padua.

Good venetian food, not the typical food you will find in your regular italian restaurant, so the perfect option to try new things.

Osteria nane della Giulia is a typical tavern from the past, decorated according to a theme. The environment is small but welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service was quite quick. When I read the menu, I admit that it didn't make a positive impression on me at the time because I found the choice of dishes rather limited and that it didn't really meet my tastes (subjective) but then I convinced myself to try the "musso e polenta" and I must say that the quality was really excellent; Very soft meat that almost melted in your mouth! My girlfriend got the braised beef shoulder and I have to say that was fantastic too! I didn't get dessert but she got a slice of cream tart and said it was delicious. Two glasses of wine to worthily accompany dinner. Prices are not cheap but I would say in line with the offer and the location. I'll be back just to see how varied the offering is!

Come fare un salto indietro nel tempo in una vecchia osteria che fu!location splendida e curata ,cibo tipico e davvero degno di nota,il tris di pesce con baccalà mantecato,sarde in saor e piovra era una festa per il palato per non parlare della zuppa di fagioli con i maltagliati!il personale sempre molto cortese e disponibile,tutti ragazzi super carini e il mio cagnolino è stato trattato da re!prezzi abbastanza in linea ,forse un po' caretti ma soldi spesi bene!super consigliato !bravi
