11/05/2026: The food is very good, however, it should be noted that, for example, the crispy crust on a pizza costs extra (sesame crust). The service was excellent at first, but unfortunately, it deteriorated after we ordered. Despite numerous waiters passing by and seeing my empty glass, I had to ask several times if I could order anything else. Otherwise, the restaurant and service are excellent. Another point of criticism is the cash register; sometimes you have to wait a very long time before you can pay.

12/06/2026: While searching for a good, yet down-to-earth restaurant in Malcesine, we stumbled upon this exceptional place. First, I must mention that anyone looking only for Italian classics like pizza and pasta won't find them here. However, anyone wanting to broaden their culinary horizons and experience what is typically eaten in Italy will find exactly what they're looking for here. As usual, we ordered the house red wine and a bottle of water. The wine is highly recommended. For starters, we shared the three different kinds of bruschetta. One was topped with pesto and burrata, another with tomato and mozzarella, and one with grilled vegetables. The starter alone was absolutely delicious. For my main course, I had the slow-braised pork tenderloin with peppercorn sauce, Mediterranean vegetables, and mashed potatoes. My wife ordered the lightly seared tuna steak from the daily specials menu (which features two different dishes each day in addition to the regular menu), also with Mediterranean vegetables and spinach. During and after the main course, we were simply happy. I think these dishes might not be Michelin-starred, but they go straight to the heart, and that, in my opinion, is worth so much more. The wonderful ambiance in a charmingly decorated courtyard also deserves mention. The excellent service was equally outstanding; everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful evening.

The ingredients were of the highest quality and the wine paired perfectly. We were speechless. It's been a long time since we've enjoyed a restaurant this much. Clean, well-maintained, and pampering. 17/04/2026: What an amazing experience one hundred percent recommend more on the expensive side but for all the right reasons. The food was incredible and the service out of this world. The location is intimate and relaxing, they were incredibly accommodating and kept open longer just for us not to feel rushed. The food itself was an experience and the service exceptional with incredible knowledge. Amazing experience will be going again for a special occasion as soon as I can defenetly to try and enjoy if the opportunity presents itself.

17/06/2026: We had lunch at Country House della Cate on Sunday and the experience was truly excellent. We booked the day before and were met with great availability and courtesy from the very first moment. Once we arrived, the table was ready and the welcome was impeccable. We loved the menu: six appetizers served one after the other, all different and truly delicious. Each course was carefully prepared, authentic, and full of flavor, so much so that it's hard to say which was the best. The attached photos speak for themselves! To round out the meal, we received an excellent first course, prepared with great attention to quality. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The value for money is exceptional: we spent €30 per person, including two bottles of water, for an experience that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and a welcoming atmosphere. A word of advice: book in advance, because it's definitely worth it!

02/06/2026: I wanted and searched for a location that was different in every way. You arrive and immediately they offer you an aperitif under the vineyard in an enchanting corner, with lights, colors, scents, and so much sophistication! A varied surprise menu (surprising) from their garden and produce, with appetizers and first courses! Nothing is predictable. A breathtaking view. The owners are sweet and very friendly. What can I say? As a wedding planner 😃 happy and inspired.

06/07/2026: A beautiful evening in a quiet spot surrounded by green vineyards and olive groves, just a short distance from Lake Garda. The restaurant is well-kept and has a familiar yet elegant atmosphere. The maître d' was very knowledgeable and friendly, even recommending wines. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert! Fair prices for the area! We'll definitely be back :)
