02/08/2025: The food was good, the pizzas were good, with thick crusts. I also had a sorbet, which is served like ice cream, in scoops, and it was delicious. There's no parking out front; you have to look around, and if you want an aperitif first, either outside on the sidewalk facing the street or inside. Welcoming staff

The place is sooo beautiful, both inside and out, with a spectacular terrace that transports you to another world because it feels like you're at the seaside... the waiter is very kind and helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, and discreet... the food is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and plentiful fish!!! In short, for a light evening with good food where courtesy and hospitality are the order of the day, this is the place! The hostess is super kind!!!!!!!🩷🩷🩷

11/08/2025: We came to this restaurant a while ago, and we vividly remember how delicious our meal was. Everything was exquisite. And the restaurant is beautiful too. They have one Michelin star. Back then, they had two tasting menus and a à la carte menu so you could choose any dish you wanted. We were treated extremely well. The wines are from their vineyards.

01/08/2025: The experience at this osteria fell short of expectations. Starting with the negatives, something quite serious occurred in my opinion. Two allergies were reported at my table at the beginning of the dinner, and both were ignored. Luckily, we noticed in time that the dishes contained the reported ingredients! A significant oversight. We opted for the tasting menu, including a vegetarian one with a wine pairing. Overall, the regular menu was quite delicious and varied. However, the same couldn't be said for the vegetarian menu; the two main courses were both eggplant-based. In this regard, one of the two options didn't match the corresponding wine pairing (which, however, was perfect for the fish course). A 10, however, for the dessert, with its delicate, floral notes and perfectly paired with its glass. After the excellent experience at Venissa, I had much higher expectations, which unfortunately weren't met at Osteria Contemporanea. A 10+ for the superb location on the wonderful island of Mazzorbo!

09/08/2025: Excellent place to accommodate various dietary needs (celiac, vegetarian) without sacrificing taste and quality. Its location is a big plus, super convenient for a stroll downtown. Tried it several times, it's a sure thing.

07/08/2025: The waiter was very pleasant and spoke some Spanish. The place is nice and well-located. The food was good, but not delicious. It's true that my limit is way above it; for anyone else it might be 5 stars, but not for me. I always strive for perfection. It's delicious, not expensive, but it's not the best pizzeria out there; there are certainly better ones. It's also true that they make a thinner crust here, and I prefer a thicker crust, but in my opinion, the food wasn't the best. That doesn't mean it wasn't good; it was quite good, and I don't regret going. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10, and other people who prefer a thinner crust would probably give it a 10/10 because the place is elegant, the service is friendly and fast, and there's a great selection. Plus, almost everything has a gluten-free option.

22/07/2025: We bought two Hugo Spritz and two Aperol Spritz from the street vendor. They were relatively large and tasted good. The price was €5.50 per cup.

29/07/2025: You can get there by all private means including water, excellent quality food, trained and smiling staff and above all the cleanliness is 10 just look at the kitchen when you enter the room ... Obviously I have not mentioned the view, a picture.

24/07/2025: We had lunch at this really cute little place near the canal. The fish was delicious, and the fried food was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even took care of our dog's needs. We'll be back.

23/07/2025: PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We had lunch here with our family at the end of June on the recommendation of a friend and we had a truly wonderful time! The restaurant is well-kept both inside and out, just steps from the fish market. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, and it's important to mention the portions: very generous! In touristy places like Chioggia, it's often difficult to find the true quality of traditional dishes, but La Sgura proved it can be done! Definitely recommended; I've already invited others to dine there, and they've all been satisfied.

05/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant in July. Despite it being crowded, the service was quick. We had a truly delicious meal. The perfect place for a seafood dinner! Excellent value!

02/08/2025: The food was excellent and the location was beautiful. What really struck me, however, was the service, which was definitely superior; kudos to the guy with the glasses for his friendliness and professionalism. I never leave reviews, but this time it's deserved; I'll be back.
