Steak was underwhelming and overcooked, fries were harder than chips with no soft center, no wine served with the meal, and the wine offered after was clearly mismatched. Sides arrived late, and presentation was sloppy. Far better meals elsewhere in Città della Pieve at a third of the price.

07/07/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha. 02/07/2025: Impeccabile: la qualità delle materie prime, il personale, la gentilezza, l’accoglienza che ti fa sentire a casa ma in una realtà orientale. Piatti ricercati e materie prime difficili da reperire, per ciò che ti offrono i prezzi sono più che onesti. Bravi.

08/05/2025: On the recommendation of a local girl my friend and I went here for dinner. Not knowing the places we trusted her and we did well! A nice place to taste typical local dishes. I will definitely come back next time and the owners are really smart, polite and approachable.

05/05/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Bevagna, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Umbria. The environment is welcoming and well cared for, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff is friendly, although service can slow down a bit when the place is full. The highlight is the tasting of appetizers: a rich and varied tray with cured meats, cheeses, croutons, vegetables and local sauces, well presented and very tasty. The first courses are also excellent, in particular the gnocchi with Sagrantino and the cappellacci with truffle. Among the second courses, the tagliatelle with truffles is an excellent choice. It ends on a sweet note with the cantucci served with Sagrantino passito, perfect to end the meal. A genuine and tasty experience, recommended for those who love traditional cuisine and local flavours.

27/06/2025: So by chance today I went to Gubbio for a tourist tour and after the tourist tour we decided to go eat in a typical restaurant of Gubbio and so we stopped at the locanda del duca. Pisto excellent friendly staff and a menu that is nothing short of sublime. I recommend it to everyone

27/06/2025: Really delicious dishes. I recommend trying: The selection of typical cured meats and cheeses The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms The pork in porchetta (it melts in your mouth) And for dessert, both the cheesecake and the panna cotta. There are no photos because I didn't have time 😂

23/06/2025: PIZZA? No way! Worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. 1. Reservation for 10: they put 2 round tables for 5, but no way. 2. Order at around 9:15: there were 2 other tables besides us and they were at dessert, ours was the only order, 10 pizzas, more than an hour between the first and the seventh... the reason was the following: "we have a wood oven and the pizzas are rolled out by hand".... really? 3. The pizza chef did the math wrong (I'm sure he's a cook who improvises as a pizza chef): on the seventh pizza the unthinkable happens. A waitress arrives with 2 plates accompanied by the owner of the restaurant who tells us that the pizza chef did the math wrong and they ran out of dough, on the two plates there are two "pizzas" with a diameter of 15 cm.. I'm speechless! Then comes the tenth, normal... 4. The order is gone: we go to ask for the bill and the order is gone, we go over everything again to do the bill. 5. THAT PIZZA IS NOT PIZZA...from the "abandon all hope ye who enter here" series The ham on my son's pizza was good, STOP. Maybe as a restaurant it works, I don't know, it was the first and also the last time for me, but as a pizzeria they deserve the title of worst pizzeria ever seen! AVOID IT!

25/06/2025: The flavors of each dish were of excellent quality and perfectly balanced: the main ingredient, the truffle, seemed to expertly guide the direction of taste, in a highly refined cuisine. The staff was attentive without ever being intrusive, for a truly impeccable service. We really liked the intimate and welcoming environment of this historic place, the furnishings and soft lighting create the perfect atmosphere. I highly recommend, definitely going back.

The hotel itself is charming and spotless, with breathtaking views and a perfect location in Spello. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and grace. We’ll forever be thankful to them for playing such a special part in our wedding weekend. Highly recommend this beautiful, family-run gem!
