We had lunch together while visiting this beautiful village. The restaurant is located in a former 13th-century Franciscan residence. The atmosphere is elegant and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Outdoor seating is also available. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting in a Franciscan convent. The waitress was very friendly, super kind, and helpful.
The bruschetta was top-notch, as was everything else we ordered...including the amazing tiramisu! Highly recommended for value! ♥️

A wonderful discovery in a small medieval village.
A restaurant located in an ancient Franciscan monastery, a very charming setting.
The waitress was friendly and very helpful.
The crostini with Colonnata lard were delicious, the first courses were good, in our case pappardelle with white Chianina beef ragù, which perhaps could have had a little more kick, and tagliatelle with ancient sauce (mixed meat ragù), which was really good. The second course, however, was excellent, a very tender stew.
The only complaint was that the chairs were slightly uncomfortable. But definitely recommended if you're in the area.

We had a Sunday lunch as a couple because we were passing through, and we had a really good time.
Generous portions and everything was delicious.
A well-kept and clean place.

Il Convento Ristorante. My wife and I visited a friend in Canneto, a hamlet of Perugia. After a tour of Lake Trasimeno and a quick aperitif, we were wondering where to have dinner. We decided to dine at Il Convento. Excellent choice, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it, and above all, let the staff advise you.

I recommend you visit the "EL CONVENTO" restaurant which is wonderful, excellent service (kind and polite), good seasoning in the meals and they have large spaces for meetings.

Take me to church mofos. What a beautiful setting. Went here for a sunday lunch and it did not dissapoint. Elegent and excellebt service. Felt we travlled back in time. Waiters in suits. Fresh home made pasta and the gnocchi was sensational. Cant wait to come back with a larger group.
