14/07/2025: We returned to Peperosa, which we had loved four years ago. The food, including pizza, and the service were always excellent. We just noticed a bit of neglect, like the badly damaged umbrellas and other neglected details that we couldn't help but notice since everything was perfect the previous time. I recommend it for its excellent value and lakeside location.

22/06/2025: Almost everything is fine. Except for the cover charge (without bread). It is not possible to pay 2 €uro per person. On a total of 20 €uro, that is 20%! I pointed this out when I paid the bill, and they replied: "and what can I do about it". 🥺

19/05/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo domenica in occasione di un evento a Todi. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese ma, devo dire, non so quanto sia stata sua la responsabilità di classificare il posto come "economico". Capisco la flessione del lavoro dovuta ai lavori sulla strada ma, non ci si può rifare su quanti capitino dopo un periodo di magra. Il cibo non memorabile, 2 bambini, un antipasto condiviso e 1 primo a persona (di cui 1 piatto di piatto di pasta al sugo), vino della casa x 2 adulti, no dolce e 1 solo caffè...non si si spossono spendere oltre 30 euro a persona per una sosta. Tra l'altro nessun menù. Solo piatti disponibili descritti a voce...siamo rimasti malissimo. Per la nostra esperienza, non credo ci torneremo

24/04/2025: Ogni volta che vengo è sempre una certezza, ottimo cibo , personale gentilissimo, locale tipico Eugubino con cucina casalinga e di qualità, tutto fatto a mano, con ricette della tradizione, consiglio vivamente!!!!

02/01/2025: Bel locale, tranquillo. Estrema cordialità del cameriere e ottimo servizio. Ho preso una buona pasta e fagioli e una grigliata mista. Molto buono anche il friccó di pollo. Pane e olio squisiti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo top!

13/02/2025: Premetto che ero stato qui qualche anno fa', e mi era piaciuto molto, si poteva mangiare alla carta, a differenza di quanto è successo adesso! Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio...siamo stati costretti a scegliere un menù "percorso " tra tre tipi di menù e ci è stato imposto di scegliere lo stesso menù per entrambi......non va bene!!! a mio parere chiaramente!!! Comunque ho gradito antipasto e dessert, primo e secondo da dimenticare.....la mia compagna non è riuscita proprio a mangiarli..... Ho speso troppo per quello che ho bevuto e non ho mangiato!!! Servizio così così

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

19/07/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of Assisi, with just a few tables in an intimate space. Sometimes, when reservations exceed expectations, service can be a bit chaotic, considering the restaurant is run by just two people: a chef and a waitress. However, despite the chaos, the waitress does her best to ensure a pleasant experience, always remaining kind and helpful. The food is good and the dishes are carefully prepared, demonstrating the chef's attention to detail and passion. It's a shame that yesterday the bread ran out at 8:40 PM, a frustrating detail, especially considering that the truffle-poached egg is one of the menu's signature dishes. Despite this inconvenience, the quality-price ratio is excellent, thanks in part to a discount that made the meal even more affordable. Overall, a restaurant worth visiting, especially if you're willing to forgive a few small mistakes.

16/07/2025: We tried this little place based on the good reviews; it must be said right away that the dinner itself was average, with good, average dishes. The problem, however, is dessert: €8 for three spoonfuls of tiramisu is excessive...

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella

Peccato perché è un luogo antico bello con tante possibilità e inoltre una panorama con una terrazza strepitosa ma a noi sembrava mal gestito. Si vedeva la mancanza di cura e purtroppo in reception non siamo trovati proprio bene per conto della mancanza di preparazione dello staff. Una era proprio disinteressata. Ma la cosa ancora più deludente era lo spa. Puzzava di sudore nel bagno turco...e certe situazioni ci hanno portato a capire le pulizie non erano al massimo. La sauna era tiepida e l'aria era come in cantiere. Non tutte le opzioni della vasca idromassaggio funzionavano. Il motivo per le 3 stelle anziché 1 era grazie al ristorante. Il cibo era delizioso e il vino una sorpresa molto gradevole - prezzi giusti. Servizio ok, staff in training. Il responsabile di sala era gentile e disponibilissimo.

20/06/2025: Best experience in Città della Pieve – the hospitality was truly exceptional. Amazing food and wine, perfectly cooked meat, and a unique view of the indoor grill. The cozy location in the narrow streets made it all the more memorable.

14/06/2025: This is a real gem! Limited menu but everything on it is prepared with the same taste. Been there several times now and ordered a different dish each time. Service is great and the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed. Highly recommended

09/07/2025: I had high expectations, being a meat lover and considering it's a themed restaurant, I don't know if I got the wrong dish or it was a little late. We arrived just before 9:30 pm. The fact is, the Florentine steak was decent for part of it, but the majority was much less so. The service was inattentive. I repeat, perhaps it was just an unlucky evening. The fact is, this is the first time I've had a bad meal in Umbria. The bill was a little high, despite the restaurant's very fair prices. I couldn't check the weight of the meat because it wasn't marked. All in all, so-so...

06/07/2025: On the suggestion of a friend we try this place in Bevagna. Rustic and extremely warm and welcoming environment. You are already amazed by the prices on the menu, decidedly reasonable! The appetizer and meat are delicious. I will return soon to try other things!!
