23/02/2025: We arrived by chance, we had lunch in 3. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the lake and a beautiful porch with a small garden. The interior is a bit disappointing, but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is good, fresh, the seafood salad fresh, the anchovies very good, and also the sote of mussels and clams in white fresh and tasty. The first courses are good and tasty. The grill is also good. We had a very good time and ate well. Advised.

08/03/2025: It's difficult to find fault with this place. Characteristic and suggestive location, friendly, courteous and professional staff, excellent cuisine and quality raw materials. Even the background music was excellently chosen for a quiet dinner, prices based on quality. If you are in Assisi it is a must to stop by.

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto! 11/01/2025: Ho mangiato male, era meglio trovare un fast food, avrei mangiato meglio e spese molto meno. Il servizio lascia desiderare, la pasta scotta di bassa qualità, l'antipasto misto con dei prodotti di scarsa qualità come la pasta per non parlare del dolce!

06/01/2025: Purtroppo devo confermare l’idea che già avevo di questo posto. L’ultima volta che ci ero stata risale al 2021, non mi era piaciuto, torno (su invito) due settimane fa speranzosa e invece…peggio che mai. Servizio indecente, piatti che arrivano in 10 riprese, c’è sempre qualcuno che mangia e qualcuno che aspetta troppo. Il riso Venere alla zucca…un film horror. Riso Venere STRACOTTO (spiegatemi come avete fatto che a me esce sempre crudo 😂) e “crema di zucca” che chiamerei più “pappone senza gusto”. Una cosa immangiabile. Slegato e sgradevole. Una settimana dopo ricevo un secondo invito presso il suddetto ristorante che ho gentilmente declinato, portando tutti a mangiare da un’altra parte!!! Mai più. Due pallini solo per l’ambiente che è carino e per il bagno, che ho trovato pulito e non è da tutti.

26/02/2025: I stayed at the property on the weekend of February 22/23, a wonderful structure that allows you to take a journey into the history of the place, a beautiful view of the lake and the owner is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

I thought I had tasted quality products until now but after their cold cuts I understood that the bar can still be raised, Fast service and competitive prices create an excellent place to spend a pleasant evening, I always recommend booking given the small and refined place is normally crowded...

24/02/2025: Ristorante chiuso da tempo, settimane, mesi? Non si sa. Prenotato online su the Fork, con tanto di email di conferma della prenotazione....... e poi arrivato sul posto, tutto chiuso. Non è corretto.

28/01/2025: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene all’Abbazia in una caldissima serata di estate che si è un po’ “raffreddata” nel momento del conto finale. Di altissima qualità gli spaghettoni con gamberi diMazarra e la loro bisque,buoni anche il polipo su vellutata di patate e zafferano e la guancia/spalla? di maiale,il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di bianco(non ricordo tipo e cantina),buono ma non eclatante.Tutto molto buono ma,esclusi gli spaghetti,nulla che giustificasse un prezzo finale a nostro avviso esagerato(€ 65 cadauno x 4 persone). Gentile il personale di sala,anzi cortile,seppur non particolarmente presenti e professionali. Complimenti a tutti anche se a certe cifre scegliamo altri posti del cuore.

20/10/2024: We had a good time. Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, you eat local and well-cooked products, good wine, fair price, one of the best (in my opinion) visited in the area.....we will return.... recommended.

02/04/2025: Typical Umbrian-Roman food. We ate umbricelli with sausage and then two parmigiana, one classic and the other with artichokes. All very good, shame about the artichoke parmigiana because it was still frozen inside.

06/03/2025: Antica trattoria nel centro storico di Perugia che offre semplici piatti della tradizione umbra, curati nella presentazione e di ottima qualità. Superlativo antipasto misto, composto da torta al testo ripiena di verdure, da uova e da bruschette con olio umbro, il tutto cosparso di profumatissimo tartufo. Speciali i tortelli al cacio e tartufo seguiti da una sublime e tenerissima tagliata arricchita di rucola, frutti di bosco, pinoli e scaglie di mandorle in un cocktail di gradevoli sapori. Un vino di carattere, il Rosso di Torgiano 'Rubesco'. E per finire un delizioso struffolo di carnevale con piacevolissimo alchemis e miele. Simpatico e cordiale il titolare Giuseppe che, nel proporre e descrivere i piatti, li fa pregustare anzi tempo. Grazie dell'ospitalità e sicuramente alla prossima..

22/02/2025: Tried it by chance, we had some amazing oysters and then a lobster risotto, with a scent of citrus fruits and black garlic that was mind-boggling. Absolutely worth trying, it is worth going to Lake Trasimeno and stopping by them

21/01/2025: Bella terrazza e veranda, piatti molto curati con ottimi abbinamenti. Prezzi nella media per mangiare del buon pesce. Ottimi gli antipasti, soprattutto la tartare di tonno e il polpo, così come gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare o scampi e cacio e pepe. Deluso dallo scorfano ma davvero buona la cheescake. Molto gentili proprietario e camerieri. Lo consiglio

23/09/2024: Good food, but of the two first courses only the ones with truffles were good, the other was bland and flavourless. Decent appetizer. Medium-high prices for the quality offered. The view of the hills is very beautiful.

27/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia. Menù fisso. Cibo molto buono e genuino, sfizioso e abbondante. Io e mio marito intolleranti al glutine e al latte. Sono stati davvero disponibili, cortesi e aperti alle nostre problematiche. Nessuno per il pranzo di Natale sarebbe venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze, adeguando il menù fisso. Davvero davvero bravi e professionali. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Bravi. Come sempre torneremo!
