13/03/2026: A wonderful place with a view of Lake Trasimeno. The place is small, seating about 6-8 people outside and about 20 inside. I love it during the week for lunch when there's hardly anyone there; the outdoor table with a view is my all-time favorite. The dishes are very generous; the seafood spaghetti is enormous and delicious, but the raw fish and mussels are also excellent and plentiful. I finished lunch with a fantastic lemon sorbet, also plentiful. I spent €45 for an appetizer, first course, dessert, and water; the cover charge is €2. The staff was friendly and quick. The place was clean, including the bathroom, which is very spacious. Reservations aren't necessary during the week, but I highly recommend it on weekends to enjoy the outdoor view. A few cars pass by, but not too much to bother you. Parking is about 200-300 meters away, and there's a fee.

24/02/2026: Lovely seafood, beautiful view if you get a table on the terrace. Seemed to be a very popular place, so I recommend making reservations (so did we). A very enjoyable lunch.

17/02/2026: I highly recommend Agriturismo Il Melograno, a beautifully maintained place surrounded by nature. The food was excellent; we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff were always attentive and courteous, the rooms were clean, and the spa was super nice.

15/02/2026: We spent a wonderful weekend in Umbria at this agriturismo and can't recommend it highly enough! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the exceptional food, to the kindness and helpfulness. Elena, a fantastic person! We felt pampered from the first moment: the atmosphere is relaxing, with attention to detail, and immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The cuisine was a real surprise, with authentic, flavorful dishes prepared with great care. Everything was delicious and made with love. An experience we will treasure and definitely repeat. 20/11/2025: The restaurant is located in the square in front of the fountain, a beautiful setting. The restaurant is not very large, but it's welcoming. The table setting is very well-designed, with decorative plates; the tables are small. The menu isn't extensive, and choosing can be difficult due to the unique flavors. The food is decent; honestly, I would have expected more, especially considering the slightly above-average prices. The service was professional, but rather cold and clinical. It was unpleasant to hear the staff chattering in the kitchen.

17/11/2025: We loved this restaurant! We ate their twice during our stay weeks stay in Panicale, a charming hillside town. It was was off season in November so we were able to walk in without a reservation. The food was excellent, non-traditional Italian cuisine with a great wine selection and the service was great. The commute was fantastic as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. We will definitely go back on our next trip back to Panicale. We definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area or staying in town.

04/12/2025: Stop in Perugia: a delightful discovery! We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance on a return trip from Tuscany, looking for a welcoming place for lunch in Perugia. It turned out to be an excellent choice and provided us with a truly memorable experience. 🍽️ Top-Notch Food and Hospitality The quality of the food was excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and top-quality ingredients. But what really won us over was the courtesy and impeccable welcome. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our one-and-a-half-year-old son, demonstrating a rare thoughtfulness. Even our littlest one loved his pasta with tomato sauce! ✍️ A Small Helpful Tip The only small comment we feel we need to make concerns the services for younger guests. For us, who were traveling with a baby, the lack of a changing table in the bathroom and high chairs was the only drawback. In my opinion, these small touches would be enough to make the experience perfect, even for families with babies and small children. 💖 In Conclusion Despite this small complaint, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, warmth, and overall quality deserve top marks. We will definitely return next time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel at home.

02/12/2025: We had lunch there, drawn by the word "bottega" (shop), but it was closer to an osteria, but it didn't have bulk wine. A good platter of cured meats, which I would have paired with some cheeses.

16/12/2025: I was passing through Terni and was looking for a place to have dinner alone. I chose this osteria based on the reviews. I agree with what others have said: a welcoming place, an attentive and friendly host, good food, and a fair price. A place to return to.

24/11/2025: I was here last Saturday. I wasn't familiar with the place, but it was a pleasant discovery. The owner welcomed us with a smile and, even though we hadn't booked, he let us dine (there were three of us). For my first course, I had the caserecce with pumpkin, bacon, and parmesan. Spectacular! For my second course, I had delicious pork ribs with BBQ sauce. I also had dessert: a cinnamon crumble with cream and pears—not bad! What can I say... I recommend anyone passing through Terni to stop here. Very good dishes at fair prices. I'll be back.

27/02/2026: We found this beautiful villa immersed in the countryside thanks to Instagram. We found a property with meticulous attention to every detail. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with a beautiful country chic style. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet served in a conservatory. The fireplace in the entrance hall is perfect for an aperitif after the spa. The massage therapist is excellent.

23/02/2026: The property is a true gem surrounded by greenery, very well-maintained and clean. The service is excellent. Our compliments also go to the restaurant chef for his refined cuisine and excellent ingredients. We will definitely be back in the spring, thank you, and see you next time!

12/10/2025: I went there with my wife. Excellent pizza and excellent service, even when the place was full (Saturday night). The vegetarian selection is also decent (we're in Umbria, after all). Recommended if you're in the center of Todi.

23/02/2026: Great experience! We stayed as a couple over Valentine's Day weekend, taking advantage of a Smartbox offer. We found a warm and friendly welcome, and the room was spacious and tidy. The Valentine's Day dinner was delicious (especially the braised beef cheek), and the live music was a pleasant touch, in addition to the handmade decorations in the room. They truly care about detail and their guests, and they exude enthusiasm and creativity in their work! The offer also included a cooking class, which was also very thoughtful and detailed, but above all engaging (and hands-on from the start!). Breakfast was complete and varied, even savory if desired. Overall, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!

17/02/2026: My partner and I visited this agriturismo for Sunday lunch, and the food was excellent, with authentic, high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best for enjoying the outdoors, but the place is truly stunning, and you can tell it's even more pleasant in the summer, thanks to the pool and the large, tranquil spaces. We can't wait to return when the weather is nice to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommended! ☀️

09/07/2025: A must-try. This restaurant has been open for about 70 years and has been run by the same family for generations. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is superbly prepared. When the lady saw we'd really enjoyed the crostini with pâté, she spontaneously brought us another portion. I call this a little treat. I personally had the Italian-style appetizer, made with delicious local ingredients, but the incredibly delicious pappardelle with hare was a cut above, and then the guinea fowl with its cooking juices you could dip your face in. Superb! To top it all off, the homemade desserts were accompanied by coffee and grappa, which she left with the entire bottle. But the incredible thing is the prices. We're talking first courses between €6 and €9 with truly sizable portions, and second courses between €9 and €15—basically, prices stuck in the '80s, with truly high-quality food, believe me. So if you're passing through Narni, pop into Trattoria Tiberina in Taizzano and you won't regret it.
