19/05/2026: Excellent dining experience. We had the Pappardelle with wild boar and sliced steak with truffles. Both dishes were delicious, nice hearty wild boar sauce and tender medium steak with tasty potatoes. Good desserts and wine too.

07/06/2026: Full of expectations, I'm sorry to admit that good food isn't for everyone. Clean mussels floating in a sea of oil, paccheri with tomato sauce (the fish was tasteless), and pici with shellfish that tasted only of pistachios. An experience to forget.

Osteria dell'Olmo confirms itself as an excellent restaurant in the Perugia area, where the quality-price ratio is consistent and fair. The staff is friendly, never intrusive, but always available.
The wine list offers options for all budgets. It's especially suitable for a meal enjoyed in peace and quiet. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out, in the courtyard and garden. I can only hope that the owners will always take care of the place, striving to improve and never neglecting the details.

We were also lucky; thanks to a timely cancellation, we were able to have lunch, otherwise we would have been fully booked.

16/05/2026: We had lunch with wild boar cooked in a "dolceforte" sauce and toasted pine nuts, a side dish for two, and a bottle of mineral water (no wine).
The dish was delicious and unique, but honestly, €71 seemed a bit excessive for the portions served. Overall, the price seemed a bit inflated.

01/05/2026: We stumbled upon Le Cisterne almost by accident (we were looking for another restaurant). The staff were truly friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes were generous and well-prepared. EXCELLENT! The prices were more than fair. Highly recommended.
21/04/2026: Fantastic experience! The food was excellent and carefully presented. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need or request. There was a small hiccup during the service, but the staff was brilliant at resolving it.
The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Excellent value for money.
I would definitely return and can't recommend it highly enough!

10/05/2026: This little osteria is located just steps from Spoleto Cathedral. We had a wonderful meal, in an intimate setting and with very friendly staff. The best tiramisu I've ever had!
02/05/2026: A small but charming family-run osteria in Spoleto's historic center, near the Duomo. Excellent Spoleto cuisine, featuring quality ingredients and always friendly and helpful staff. Truly excellent; reservations are appreciated and almost mandatory. Highly recommended.

04/04/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch and ordered the 13 euro menu. I'd say it was plentiful and good... the staff were welcoming and super friendly... a rarity... congratulations!
14/03/2026: We only visited the restaurant as passing tourists, two couples, and ordered the tourist menu. The price was excellent, and the food was very tasty and well-portioned. The kitchen was spotless, and the restrooms were well-maintained. The young people at the tables were extremely courteous, extremely polite, and attentive. The owner's daughter, who is also a talented chef, was friendly and empathetic at the counter. Perfectly family-run, highly recommended. Reservations are recommended due to the large number of guests.

01/06/2026: We arrived at 9.15pm as per reservation, at the entrance there was an unpleasant situation, a couple of tourists had booked via email but they hadn't read the email. They apologized but the bad thing was that they couldn't find them a table and the two tourists left a little angry and that's okay anyway we sat down there were 4 of us we noticed immediately that there was confusion, we ordered and for getting water we waited a bit the food we ate wasn't great and the service I think they broke about twenty glasses and even a few bottles "I don't think I'll go there again"
31/05/2026: Generally a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, no outdoor seating. The food was very good, but we found a fat maggot in the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms – we pointed this out to the waiter. The chef simply relayed that this was normal, no further comment...

If you're looking for a place where hospitality meets culinary excellence, Le Civette is a must-see.
From the start, you can tell the evening will be special, but it's with the appetizer that the magic happens: their liver pâté is simply divine. A velvety texture and a flavor so balanced it's breathtaking; it's rare to find such quality.
But the real highlight is the pici. To say they're delicious would be an understatement: they're literally a dream come true. The pasta is rolled to perfection, and the toppings are an explosion of authentic flavors that taste of home and haute cuisine at the same time.
A place that warms the heart and satisfies the palate. I'll definitely be back!
20/04/2026: A very intimate restaurant, with dishes that are unconventional, even surprising, and excellent in both presentation and quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and we'll return to enjoy the terrace view.

13/05/2026: A restaurant serving lake and land specialties prepared with care and love. Professionalism, cleanliness, and empathy distinguish both the managers and the dining room staff.
We were welcomed with courtesy and cared for from the beginning to the end of our stay: we discovered it by chance and returned every evening to savor their dishes, always preceded by a sample of the warm torta al testo.
