21/07/2025: A truly unique discovery. A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, I recommend going in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space. I have to say that the pizzas are made differently than other types of restaurants, and the high-quality ingredients are also a highlight. The tartare is incredible, high-quality, and offers a great combination of flavors. The Magliale Espacial is definitely a must-try, as it's a dish in which the flavors and tenderness of the meat play an important role. I will definitely return.

12/07/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5/5) This is my second time back at L'Archibugio, and I can confidently say it's become a must-try every time I visit my daughter. This time, too, the experience was impeccable. We had dinner, and in addition to the delicious dishes, we enjoyed the pleasant evening breeze: the restaurant is immersed in the greenery of the beautiful Umbrian hills, in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, a place that tastefully blends Umbrian and Tuscan traditions, both in its flavors and its hospitality. There were four of us, and we started with a cheese platter designed for two, but so rich and delicious that everyone was satisfied: a sublime selection! Next, we ordered the famous "padellino," tasty and generous, followed by pappa al pomodoro (a dish I've never had), and then a tender slice of beef that literally melted in your mouth, accompanied by crispy, flavorful fries. To finish, a delicious dessert and, like true Neapolitans, a coffee that capped off the meal perfectly. All accompanied by water, local wine, and impeccable service: very kind, attentive staff, always ready to make sure everything was going well. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and friendly service: top marks.

05/08/2025: Viaggio in famiglia con tappa di un giorno a Orvieto. Scegliamo questa trattoria in ricerca di sapori umbri e non siamo stati delusi; primi della tradizione, piccione ripieno e faraona squisiti. Il tutto accompagnato da un Orvieto di buon livello, consigliato dall’appassionato proprietario. Dessert all’altezza del resto. Sicuramente consigliato!

01/08/2025: A Orvieto si mangia bene quasi ovunque ma questo ristorante ha una marcia in più e si sente. La qualità delle tagliatelle al tartufo è ottima come pure l’agnello e il cinghiale. Unico appunto che sul menù era riportato tra i piatti del giorno il tagliere di formaggi ma … i formaggi erano finiti! Prezzi nella media. Utile la prenotazione.

29/07/2025: Beautiful and delicious. I recommend I enjoyed the meat and pasta dishes very much, but, as a Venetian, I appreciated the many seafood dishes they served to the other customers, who were all satisfied.

19/07/2025: Carefully prepared dishes that were quality. Not the usual tourist establishment. Well worth the drive we made from Orvieto.

18/07/2025: We stopped for dinner while passing through the E45. The restaurant is well-decorated, with some truly beautiful, unique ceramics. The dishes are delicious and plentiful, with the tagliatelle with white ragù deserving a special mention. The waiters and owners are friendly and welcoming. If we're ever in the area, we'll definitely stop by again. Thank you!

06/07/2025: Excellent location, located in the historic center of Deruta, PG, where hospitality, kindness and experience reign supreme, where the dishes are one better than the other, the wine served with Deruta majolica. A place to try at least once, then you'll come back.

28/06/2025: Per la scelta di questo ristorante ci siamo affidati ad una persona di cui eravamo ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la pizza ottima e una tagliata cotta al punto giusto ma tenerissima. Abbiamo cenato in terrazza e si stava veramente bene. Consigliatissimo

16/08/2025: I had dinner with my family at this restaurant, which my sister had been telling me about for years, having been there several times and always been satisfied. We began the evening by discovering that there were daily specials off the menu, so I decided to order one: an arancini stuffed with sausage and truffle on a pecorino cream. It's not a bad idea to offer an Umbrian version of an arancini, a standard dish (the cheese base was especially good). The other appetizers we ordered (one with prosciutto and finocchiona, the other with fried polenta) were also good. After the appetizers, perhaps due to the fact that the place was busy, we waited a bit for the main course, but that can happen, no big deal. I had ordered the pork terrine with caramelized onions and cardoncelli mushrooms. Since nothing else was specified, I expected the terrine and vegetables, but to my surprise, I didn't find any caramelized onions either on the terrine or in the meat. When asked specifically, the waiter stated that the onion was in the bowl. I politely reiterated this when he came to clear our plates, but got no response or further explanation. The funny thing, however, happened later: another waitress came to bring us the dessert menus and abruptly placed the ones for me and the person sitting next to me in front of me, visibly irritated. Shocked by this, we passed by and checked the desserts; we wanted to order something, but we gave up due to the wait, which in my opinion was unjustified, since at that point in the dinner the place was almost empty. Nothing else was asked of us, we paid (a fair amount) and left. What can I say? I'm sorry for how the evening went and for the treatment I received, with a question asked politely but seen as something profane that should be avoided, which revealed unprofessional behavior. Strange, because in 2025, I thought it was normal to receive a question from a customer and give an answer, especially if the question was repeated. In summary: nice location (village), "ok" food and prices, so-so service. I'm glad the place is doing so well, but I wouldn't go back.

20/07/2025: Hotel in the center of Gualdo Tadino, perfect for visiting the many museums and churches. Our triple room was spacious and bright with three windows, comfortable beds, pleasant colors, and two TVs. The perfect place to relax. Wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. The restaurant we tried for dinner was also worth a visit. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Several parking lots in the area are available, both free (toward the Rocca) and paid.

16/07/2025: Excellent stay, spotlessly clean room. The location is very central for visiting Gualdo. I highly recommend the property and the restaurant. We will gladly return.

20/08/2025: Located on the edge of Foligno's historic center, strategically located so you don't enter the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), yet a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 5-minute drive to the main road junctions for other towns. Pet-friendly hotel, with final sanitization for €10. Quiet and well-insulated rooms. Elevator to upper rooms. Excellent restaurant serving Umbrian dishes. Every area is immaculately clean, from the rooms to the reception, from the breakfast room to the TV room. Extremely friendly and professional staff in every area. Public paid parking is available on the adjacent street, with a maximum rate of €6.15 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, then free. The building and rooms are classically designed, yet functional. Bathrooms have a bidet and generously sized shower. Breakfast offers a wide variety of pastries, yogurt, juices, coffee, hard-boiled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, and more. In front of the hotel, in addition to the public parking, you can stroll along the walls of the historic center alongside the river. Highly recommended.

22/07/2025: Traditional restaurant with exceptional value. We had dinner with six adults and ate traditional food prepared with care and no frills, but with plenty of substance. Exceptional appetizers: I ordered two different dishes to share and I loved them (cured meats, cheeses, crostoni with various toppings, fried foods, etc.). After the appetizers, some of our guests were already full! For the first course, we ordered two portions of cappelletti pasta with truffles, excellent in quality and quantity (plenty of black truffle). Second courses: mixed grill (modified with only lamb and veal), pan-fried guinea fowl, roast lamb, veal steak. 3 or 4 side dishes. Various desserts for four people, three glasses of wine, and a few bottles of water. Spent less than €200!! Fast and super friendly service; it's a pleasure to be served like this, which is not at all a given in tourist areas. If I ever pass through Gubbio again, I'll definitely stop here again. Well done, keep up the good work, offering the traditional flavors of your cuisine at a fair price. I almost forgot, the rustic, clean, and spacious atmosphere is quiet.

10/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant via The Fork. It was a great experience. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, the only thing we weren't crazy about was the amount of oil in the pasta dishes. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options. Order the tiramisu with Pandistelle because it was truly out of this world.

14/08/2025: What an experience, you have no idea... The owners, the lady and her daughter, are incredibly kind. You can tell they are serious restaurateurs. I think I ate a wonderful strangozzi with truffle. Plus, there's an anecdote: they were able to handle my daughter's crying fit as soon as she woke up with disarming calm, fully satisfying her needs. And then we ate a superb grilled rib-eye steak, drank an excellent 2019 Sagrantino di Montefalco (Antonelli), not to mention the sensational tozzetti and the delicious rocciata (or strudel).
