16/01/2026: After several experiences with different menus that didn't entirely convince me, the last time I was served a truly awful roast pork, overcooked and lacking in salt. At these prices, you expect more!
06/01/2026: Traditional dishes with a modern twist, a welcoming atmosphere with a large fireplace, and reasonable prices. I'd happily return to try other dishes.

11/01/2026: We were five at the Conte Fabiani restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent.
We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and top-quality ingredients. The owners were extremely kind and attentive: a truly appreciated gesture was offering us white truffles at the price of black truffles, a rare courtesy that demonstrates great passion and respect for the customer.
The service was impeccable, professional yet warm.
We had a wonderful experience in every way: the quality of the food, the hospitality, and the atmosphere.
A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to.

27/12/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant, with efficient and friendly service. Stefano was an excellent host, welcoming, friendly, and always available to answer any questions.
The food is primarily local (Umbrian) and very good! You can taste both the passion in the kitchen and the care with which the ingredients are chosen, which immediately made it clear they were of excellent quality.
Highly recommended, and I can't wait to take another trip out of town to Orvieto and have the opportunity to dine again at this lovely restaurant, which is also a historic venue in Orvieto, located right in the center.
27/12/2025: It seems like a family-run place. They are very kind and available to answer any questions. I called yesterday to reserve a table for today, December 27th, but it wasn't possible due to the Christmas holidays. We arrived today and the table was booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. Two families ate there, and all the food was truly exceptional. We went there specifically for the truffles, and I must say that there was no shortage of both quality and, above all, quantity. I highly recommend it!

04/11/2025: We had lunch here on our last day in Orvieto. We had focaccia with prosciutto, stuffed rabbit with a side dish, and pavlova. The food was very good, the place was very nice, and the service was attentive. Everything was great.
17/10/2025: We booked with The Fork. Excellent welcome. An unsolicited entree kicked off the meal. We asked for a carbonara with a pasta substitution, and they accommodated us without further ado. However, I found the carbonara a bit disjointed, although good. But my 10/10 goes to the Argentine Angus steak with soy sauce reduction. A stroke of genius.

09/01/2026: A restaurant with a large, cheerful vaulted dining room, carved out of charming Gubbio stone. A few simple, traditional local dishes, well-executed and recommended by the lively owner. The braised beef ravioli are excellent. Excellent value.

02/01/2026: We found this place by chance, having celebrated New Year's Eve nearby. We booked at short notice, 17 people, and they still tried to accommodate us, and I must say they succeeded completely. The place is intimate, quaint. Excellent service, Ella was very kind, as was the other guy who waited on the tables, but I don't know his name. Delicious food, excellent raw materials. I recommend the scamorza with truffle, tagliatelle with Chianina beef, carbonara with truffle, and the wild boar stew. Mr. Luciano is a true host, friendly, polite, and super helpful. In short, my friends and I left our hearts here. If I were to return to Deruta, I definitely know where to eat again.

24/10/2025: It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁♂️

30/11/2025: After the summer, we returned in the fall to a new menu featuring seasonal produce. It was a confirmation of the quality of the food, prepared according to tradition. The ribollita was superb. Highly recommended.

13/01/2026: An old-world atmosphere for a traditional restaurant, far removed from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism! As soon as we entered, the atmosphere and the warm, wood-toned decor welcomed us like a big hug! The service was fast and very attentive. The food was truly delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices!

The restaurant is intimate and exudes a soft, relaxing atmosphere.
A professional and distinguished welcome, and many thoughtful touches from the wait staff ensure excellent service.
The cuisine is fast but respectful of customers' time.
The menu is delicious and original.
The cured meats for the appetizer are delicious and refined.
The strangozzi are excellent, the pasta is good and well-combined with the Norcina sauce.
Prices are slightly higher than average, but in line with the quality and quantity of the dishes.
An experience worth repeating.
11/01/2026: Tradition done to perfection. The family-run business adds the cherry on top; some of the waiters, even the very young ones, were incredibly knowledgeable and polite. The dishes speak for themselves; they're beautifully cooked and made with quality ingredients. The prices are fair.
Excellent selection of cured meats, and the Norcina pappardelle were amazing. We were also surprised by the wide selection of desserts; we tried the chocolate cake, and it was among the best we've ever tasted.
We'll be back.

The traditional Umbrian flavors were meticulously showcased, and each course was beautifully presented. Definitely worth a try, I'll definitely be back!
