La Piazza Bistro In Merano

Nice cafe and restaurant! Directly on the Passer opposite the old town, you can stop off here with a beautiful view of Merano and the mountains, with seating both outside and in the winter garden. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. In just a few minutes you can be back in the city.

There were five of us eating and we were very satisfied with all the dishes. The veal steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. The service was attentive and friendly. The prices are normal to slightly higher, but the quality of the food is very good.

The food was okay, the club sandwich with wedges was particularly good. The prices are high. The mountain view and places outside are very nice. The staff is terrible: unfriendly, inattentive, doesn't even ask if everything is okay. For example, we didn't get a spoon for spaghetti and couldn't ask a waiter for it because they were all gone.

Siamo andati qui perché era comodo e il posto davvero carino. E’ alla base del Merano Terme Hotel, e ne riprende un po’ lo stile chic. Personale gentile. Il menù e’ ampio in generale, con snack e cucina. Proposte tirolesi e carne/pesce Abbiamo preso canederli in brodo, fettuccine al tartufo, ravioloni tirolesi e una (mini) cotoletta di vitello. Tutto buono, ravioloni non esattamente gustosi ma va bene. Esperienza piacevole un attimo interrotta al momento del conto, ma posizione e livello si pagano.

Sono stato in questo locale in occasione di una visita a Merano, bellissima location, piatti curati e ben serviti, personale attento e capace. Ottima esperienza. Grazie….
