07/08/2025: Schönes Lokal. Sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service. Küche schlicht einfach hervorragend. Einziger Schwachpunkt, die Weinpreise Glasweise sind doch eher grenzwertig hoch. Ansonsten gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältniss für das gebotenen.

05/08/2025: We went there because of the excellent reviews. There wasn't actually any space left, but the owner and her daughter (?) made it possible, as there was still an hour left at a table before the next guests arrived. Extremely delicious, like homemade!

06/08/2025: La comida era absolutamente delicioso! Todo lo que probamos estaba lleno de sabor y perfectamente cocinado. Esta es una de las mejores comidas que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Cada plato era una obra maestra – fresca, sabrosa y bellamente presentada. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de buena comida.

04/08/2025: Este es probablemente nuestro restaurante favorito en Selva. IT está en un sótano, IT es agradable y acogedor, pero también hay mucho espacio, ya que no hay tantas mesas. Esto significa que tienes que reservar, pero eso es un inconveniente menor. IT no es el menú más expansivo, pero lo que hay es realmente muy bueno. Me atendría a la comida local - canederli, goulash, pasta, carne y risottos y evitaría las pizzas, que no son nada especial. El personal es muy amable, y IT es difícil imaginar cómo no disfrutar de una noche aquí con su familia.

08/08/2025: Very good restaurant and well located in Bolzano. We arrived around 2:30 pm. The waitresses were very welcoming and the service lasted no more than 10 minutes. The pasta was very good. I can HIGHLY recommend stopping by Nussbaumer to try their spaghetti. Even though it might not look like it from the photos, the dish is still generous.

05/08/2025: Sadly this night and morning my wife is sick of eating beans that were not cooked in her summer salad. The pizza was great though.

15/07/2025: An enviable location with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Marmolada, off the beaten track. We sampled several traditional dishes, and each one was better than the last, with a special mention for the mountain pine risotto.

20/03/2025: Wow! Excellent service. I’m a vegan, and every night they specifically created a special 4 course meal just for me! Service excellent. Nothing was ever a problem. Never waited more than 5 mins for the shuttle bus. They truly go above and beyond. Excellent views and so conveniently located to everything you can need. It’s the best hotel in the area for sure!

13/02/2025: The hotel has a very nice hotel bar, there was even live music that evening, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there were few guests on site that evening. The cocktail 🍸 prices are appropriate for the high-quality location.

03/08/2025: We ate in the restaurant after a long day of travelling by car and were welcomed by a very friendly waiter. The food was very good!

29/07/2025: We dined without a reservation, but they still managed to seat us! The place is very cute and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The selection of traditional dishes is varied and beautifully presented. The prices (for Selva di Val Gardena) are reasonable! They also do takeout!

29/04/2025: Great cuisine, a culinary delight and top service in the Unterwirt Gufidaun! We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the Unterwirt restaurant in Gufidaun! A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding menu! What is brought from the kitchen to the plates here is truly culinary art at a very high level. It was a great menu where you could taste the attention to detail, the quality of the fresh, seasonal, mostly regional products and the creative sophistication in every component. The dishes were not only visually beautifully presented, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste, excitingly pointed and consistently a delight. The service was in no way inferior! Very attentive, warm and simply perfect. Thank you very much again for so kindly implementing the wish I expressed in advance via email. Not only was everything as hoped, but it was also handled so personally and warmly - that really made the evening special. You can feel the passion for excellent food and outstanding service here. If you don't stop here, it's really your own fault! An unreserved recommendation for anyone who wants to experience excellent cuisine and an unforgettable evening.
