27/04/2025: Liebevoller freundlicher professioneller Service durch Fam. Trafoier. Hervorragendes 5-Gänge-Menu, alle Gerichte sehr gut, außergewöhnliche Patisserie. Hervorzuheben sind noch die offenen Weine kleiner Winzer und die sehr gute Weinberatung. Und: sehr gut zu erreichen mit der Vinschger Bahn. Danke!

26/04/2025: All in all, a successful short break thanks to the excellent hospitality. The hotel, the staff, the food, the wellness area, and the overall ambiance were exceptional. We would especially like to highlight Jacqueline's anti-stress massage.

25/04/2025: A nice historic hotel with stube near Vipiteno, family-run with a beautiful park; across the road their farm with the possibility of visiting. The hotel has a small spa with wellness center and a heated indoor pool. Pleasant breakfast, certainly the plus is being able to enjoy the half-board coordinated by Peter G. and also being able to choose to eat at his starred restaurant Einhorn using local products or from their farm or from the garden on the edge of the park behind the hotel. During our pleasant stay in the Easter period every day there were surprise events with gourmet tastings accompanied by wines. The park is equipped with some games for children and adults certainly pleasant to use in the summer. The room was large but needs a modernization in style and a reorganization of the layout of the spaces. The small spa has been modernized as well as the pool and the relaxation center, we recommend trying their massages during your stay. There is a children's room where activities related to the Easter period have been organized.

The ambience is a little more comfortable than Peter Fox's (“neon lights and plastic chairs”), but that's not the deciding factor: very warm hosts in a very familiar atmosphere and really sensational cuisine!!! Strong recommendation! Please go and enjoy.

06/05/2025: Das Ambiente des Gasthauses, modern aber zum Wohlfühlen. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet liegt das Gasthaus im Herzen von Tramin. Das Essen von hoher Qualität, wir hatten den Zander und das Steak. Wunderbar angerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen besonderen Abend. Auch der Service wsr sehr aufmerksam.

20/02/2025: I don't understand if so many reviews are bought or put there by relatives and friends, let's start with the positive things, the Stefano staff, the two Sardinians whose names escape me, the excellent girl, without them I wouldn't have given the 5 stars, excellent cuisine, with a few errors, but excellent, let's move on to the negative things, a hotel that has gone through the years with lots of junk of all kinds, the large room with a bed that apparently costs a fortune, but I slept very bad, after the first night I woke up with back pain and pain all over, the second night I made my wife sleep on my side and the next day she also got up with back pain, I talked about it with the owner, telling him the situation, but he reiterated that the beds are the flagship of his hotel, ok but I sleep badly, can we put some boards under the topper? He reluctantly agrees, having arranged the bed with some tables, I slept a little better, we get to the SPA...🤣 those who comment praise the spa have never seen a real SPA, point 1 old, outdated over the years, the sauna is very small with a maximum capacity of 3 people, infrared cabin, old, a Dampf sauna which is also small, a shower that blocks the drain 🕳️ and fills with water, another shower cubicle never seen in my entire life so senseless, then not to mention the fruit that is put in a tray 3 apples for the duration of the days until they run out they don't put them back, a SPA should have many types of fruit, there is no basket to put the rest of the apple in 🍎, I have never entered the swimming pool because it made me feel dirty, here is the truth about the fantastic SPA, an old town, which gives no emotion, and no possibility of activity. What I find excessive is that they charge 25 euros for a mini sized dog, but now from the Dolomites I'm not too surprised, at the end of the holidays at the reception no one apologized for what happened, having slept badly, a sorry or a discount would have been the minimum, however none of the owners showed up. One thing is for sure we will never return.

29/04/2025: Great cuisine, a culinary delight and top service in the Unterwirt Gufidaun! We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the Unterwirt restaurant in Gufidaun! A huge thank you to the entire team for the outstanding menu! What is brought from the kitchen to the plates here is truly culinary art at a very high level. It was a great menu where you could taste the attention to detail, the quality of the fresh, seasonal, mostly regional products and the creative sophistication in every component. The dishes were not only visually beautifully presented, but also perfectly balanced in terms of taste, excitingly pointed and consistently a delight. The service was in no way inferior! Very attentive, warm and simply perfect. Thank you very much again for so kindly implementing the wish I expressed in advance via email. Not only was everything as hoped, but it was also handled so personally and warmly - that really made the evening special. You can feel the passion for excellent food and outstanding service here. If you don't stop here, it's really your own fault! An unreserved recommendation for anyone who wants to experience excellent cuisine and an unforgettable evening. 25/04/2025: Excellent experience! The place is well-kept and the atmosphere is made welcoming and pleasant thanks to the friendly, joking and present but never intrusive staff. We started with an appetizer of smoked goose breast with horseradish and continued with a first course of rye tagliatelle with venison ragout. Both dishes were tasty and well presented and the portions generous. The bill was in line with the quality offered and we left more than satisfied!

25/04/2025: Restaurant with attention to the smallest details. We had speck, eggs and potatoes as a starter to split in two, followed by a slice of beef and a Tyrolean steak, both generous and we concluded with vanilla ice cream with hot raspberry fruit cream. All very good and tasty, friendly and nice staff and an adequate bill.

27/05/2025: An excellent restaurant with very friendly service and a lovely ambiance. The food was outstanding. A large wine selection. A real recommendation. And the best part: there's plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.

24/05/2025: We had tartar and lobster with tagliatelle here. Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly service. We highly recommend this restaurant.
