09/11/2024: I feel sorry for anyone calling this pizza place a 5. This is at best a 3. I gave it a 3 bc the people running the store seemed really nice and dedicated to making pizza. We couldn’t sit down even though no one ever came in and the 2 tables were never used. The dough is so plain. Cheese over cooked. Just really disappointing pizza. I have much better all over Italy and in the states.

Piatti buoni, se pur tendenti a prezzi medio alti.
Salone abbastanza affollato ma non si sta male. Accettano i clienti fino a tardi.
Non mi sento di dare oltre tre stelle per via dei servizi posti ad un piano rialzato accessibile con scale ripida non consona a persone con difficoltà motoria.
Altra cosa sui tavoli non è prevista una tovaglia con i piatti e posate poggiate sul nudo legno del tavolo.
19/12/2024: Trippa alla Volterrana molto gustosa, davvero davvero buona!!!! Porzione abbondante, staff molto gentile...bravi avanti così!!

18/09/2024: Esta fue una cena fantástica en un complejo espectacular en la Toscana.
Tuvimos risotto de langoustina y ensalada de jardín para empezar y principal de pato y cochinillo seguido de un postre de frambuesa y avellana. Una deliciosa selección de pan se sirvió en el lado.
El servicio fue muy bueno y los alrededores, en el edificio principal del complejo hermoso.
02/09/2024: Immersed in the splendid Tuscan hills, absolute quiet; beautiful landscapes, friendliness and relaxation in the swimming pool.
Ps. Several cute little dogs that add value to the place 🤩
I would go back immediately

07/11/2024: Cozy place, with excellent service and very attentive waiters. We tried the eggplant parmigiana which was delicious and pizza. The shame of the pizza is that it had too much oil, which made it a bit greasy. To top it off, millefeuille which was delicious!

06/08/2024: I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Pizzas were very basic and bare. Few ingredients, I've had them much better elsewhere! We ordered 4 ice teas, we were not asked if we wanted a large or a can. As a result, we ended up paying €5 per glass of ice tea. We saw at the bar that the ice tea came from a bottle from Lidl! When I pointed this out, it was simply “too bad for you, we always do this”. Also charge 15% extra - “for the use of fork and knife”….. hmm, special 😂. I would find another restaurant!
05/08/2024: Just good. Very good pizza. Drinks well taken care of. Nice and attentive waiter who thinks along and advises. Nice atmosphere with excellent rock music in the background. You rarely experience that.

We asked for information about dinner and we are right now having dinner at Trattoria Da Badò in Volterra, as recommended by Sigra. Her homemade cakes are absolutely recommended!! Beautiful people with the right soul! 🧡
25/08/2024: Ci hanno consigliato di andare in questo posto a mangiare la pizza.... ma ci siamo trovati un po fuori luogo ....avendo prenotato il tavolo con un seggiolone entriamo e non c'era nemmeno un tavolo con il seggiolone .... il cameriere non trovava il tavolo, poi nel immediato lo ha trovato, ci sediamo poratno il seggiole ovviamente sporco di bricciole di altei bambini ma qua ci viene anche detta una frase mai sentita nella nostra vita ! Non abbiamo menu..il che io e mia moglie ci guardiamo e ci mettiamo a ridere perché una frase così mai sentita nemmeno in Africa a fare il safari, sorvolando questo particolare che penso ci rimanga in mente per sempre , pizza buona ma un ora di attesa per 4 pizze con le persone che si guardavano in faccia come per dire ma tutto ok ?
4 pizze 50 min di attesa , infatti non abbiamo preso ne dolce ne caffè dato il tempo sprecato e il caldo soffocante di questo periodo.
Mi spiace ma non fa per noi troppa attesa, pulizia non adeguata a partire dalle tovaglie a tavola al seggiolone del bambino .
camerieri gentili e cortesi ma.... non basta .

29/11/2024: Excellent fresh pasta. Mine, sage-filled ravioli with a butter sauce and my husband's, a type of long pasta with Tuscan ragu sauce. The chocolate dessert was heavenly, very light and not over-sweetened. Ditto for the orange and cointreau confection. Very kind, patient owner who paired a lovely wine with the meal.
Highly recommend this restaurant.
04/11/2024: We book intrigued by the discounts and the positive reviews I don't know how! We order gnocchi with ginger and cheese with grated olives and flavored chickpeas and sliced beef with truffles and potatoes... tasteless and lukewarm gnocchi which arrived after a short time so the dish was absolutely not fresh, everything was except that cheese to me it looked like a thin slice or cheese but it wasn't creamy, in fact...I wasn't able to eat more than 4/5 of them, my husband finished them out of desperation...the sliced beef, as you can see from the photo, also arrived lukewarm and after a very short time, so it had already been cooked but not fresh, it must have been frozen, we're not joking, the meat was cut and was dry inside..!! The wine must have been the one from the horrible supermarket cardboard! NEVER AGAIN. It takes courage to give that food to customers.. but I wouldn't go back even with the 70% discount.
