03/01/2026: Everything was excellent. A lovely experience with the chef who sat down at your table. But the prices were perhaps a little too high. A little less would be enough and it would be top notch.

30/12/2025: We were two at La Martinatica and had a truly positive experience. The service was extremely kind and attentive; the chef's presence was also a real pleasure, coming to the table every now and then for a casual chat, always with great charm. We chose a nine-course tasting menu, all meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and with great attention to detail. A gastronomic journey that completely satisfied us from start to finish. The price was absolutely in line with the quality of the food and service. A highly recommended experience; we'll gladly return.

The interior is beautiful but we ate outside (inside was not allowed) which was nothing specia and cars are driving by. We mayl return to eat inside. The price is on the high side compared with same level restaurants.

Friendly and attentive service, a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Miranda is a gem you'll want to visit over and over again.

06/02/2026: Since this amazing restaurant is located one street away from the sea.. it’s easy to miss it. And that would be a big mistake! La Fascina is very popular so booking a table in advance is a good idea. Their Gran Crudo was probably the best I had in Lido while my beautiful wife enjoyed the Dolci. We had a great time. Grazie!

14/01/2026: We visited L’Angolo Tondo on January 1st and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional – very attentive, warm, and dedicated. We especially appreciated that the staff took the time to explain the menu and their recommendations to us perfectly in English. We were a group of four adults with a baby in a stroller, and they were incredibly accommodating. They actively helped us choose a table, ensuring we had plenty of space and felt comfortable at all times. The food was excellent: We opted for the chef's five-course tasting menu, which we absolutely loved. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented – a true culinary delight. We will definitely return as soon as we are back in Lucca and wholeheartedly recommend L’Angolo Tondo.

Located on a panoramic hill just a minute from the center of Capezzano Pianore, in summer you can fully enjoy the garden surrounded by nature. The food and service are top-notch, and the owner makes you feel at home. There's nothing better in the area.

03/02/2026: The best steakhouse in Viareggio. A rich meat menu for all tastes, with the addition of a few fish dishes, all grilled or char-grilled. An extensive wine list, all of excellent quality and provenance. The service is impeccable. Highly recommended!

19/01/2026: At Osteria Dal Manzo, the food is excellent, yes. But stopping at the food would be reductive. What remains is the expertise: present, fluid, never ostentatious. A professionalism that effortlessly combines a smiling courtesy, widespread and consistent at all levels. Here, you are welcomed, period. The atmosphere is refined, clean, intelligently balanced. Just the right amount of sophisticated. And then there's a detail that says much more than many words: the owner dines as if he were a guest. He doesn't control, he doesn't dominate, he doesn't direct. He shares. And that's not at all predictable. The open kitchen does the rest: transparency, rhythm, safety. You watch them work and understand that everything is in its place. A place that works because it doesn't force anything. Excellent food, yes. But above all, a rare harmony between expertise, elegance, and humanity.

17/12/2025: On Saturday we stopped and enjoyed some excellent tordelli with ragù. The dessert was exquisite: Buccellato with vanilla ice cream. We'll definitely be back.
