12/07/2025: Purtroppo non siamo stati bene. Servizio disorganizzato. Le pietanze dei commensali sono arrivate con tempistiche molto diverse con il risultato che ognuno ha mangiato in momenti diversi mentre gli altri aspettavano. Sgradevole.

But the phone didn't get a signal and I couldn't notify the relatives! There was only Wi-Fi! Everything else is ok... Just a piece of advice... We are in 2025, use some modern technology in your hotel! P.S: Magnificent breakfast! 5 star service!

24/07/2025: Great place, very friendly staff, and fabulous pizza, with a breathtaking view. The only complaint is that the prices are a bit high, but not for the pizzas, but for everything else (for example, water is $4.50 for 0.75 liters).

27/07/2025: Savoy Hotel restaurant. Elegant and intimate, very pleasant atmosphere. Dishes were certainly sophisticated and well-prepared, but not "perfect" in every way, as one might expect in a restaurant where starters and main courses cost between €30/40 and €60. The wait for starters and main courses was long, almost half an hour, despite the restaurant being very busy. All in all, a pleasant experience, and the quality was undeniably top-notch! The service was courteous and friendly. I only felt a slight, unpleasant pressure at the end of the meal to charge us, since we were the only customers left. I would have understood this had it been particularly late, but it wasn't. Overall, however, very good.

14/06/2025: Historic restaurant and pizzeria in Bagni di Lucca, run with passion by Ilario and his staff. It offers a menu of meat, fish and mushrooms from the area. The fillet with black truffle from the surrounding hills is excellent. Good value for money. In the evening, the wood-fired oven serves excellent pizzas to eat on site or take away. The wine list is interesting.

26/06/2025: Review is about the dinner - didn’t stay at the B&B. First of all it’s CASH ONLY. Just a fyi. Basically they will serve you various courses for about 40€ a head. All the food was clearly fresh and excellently prepared. We had various appetizers, 4 different pastas, 3 different meats and two different desserts

22/06/2025: I’ve been coming here since I was a small child and have fond memories of Mimmis! Returning after 15 years was a joy. A classic trattoria with no menu. They do cater for vegetarians but the vegetarian dishes weren’t as strong as the rest of the dishes. The service was warm and friendly and the decor is stunning!

Qualità sempre eccellente, i ragazzi sono molto gentili e disponibili :) È un peccato che abbiamo assistito a una situazione in cui un signore si è arrabbiato con la cameriera perché non voleva stare vicino ai nostri bambini. La direttrice è intervenuta immediatamente e molto educatamente, li ha spostati in un'altra sala, ma loro, scontenti, l'hanno comunque insultata davanti alla cassa. Noi torneremo sempre perché Berberè accoglie tutti e non solo due fighetti che credono di poter uscire a mangiare da soli. Ragazzi giovani professionisti con voglia di lavorare, non si trovano ovunque, continuate così! Eugenia e Paola

In reality, my daughter, who is lactose intolerant, wasn't properly warned, and when she ate dishes that were listed as lactose-free, she felt terrible. It was a horrible experience, unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. A disgrace.

Siamo stati attirati semplicemente dal posto e dal fatto che in quel momento ci fosse molta gente, ma in realtà abbiamo subito capito che non era il massimo della ristorazione e che non dovrebbe nemmeno avere come nome “trattoria” (poiché è una offesa alle vere trattorie) da quando alla consegna dei piatti da noi ordinati, la cameriera ha dato tutti i piatti in mano a una ragazza seduta al tavolo da noi, dicendogli di consegnarli lei i piatti, giustificandosi dicendo che non sapeva a chi dovesse andare ogni singolo ordine.Successivamente abbiamo riscontrato vari particolari che già ci avrebbero fatto recensire questo “ristorante” con massimo 2 stelle, poiché abbiamo trovato bicchieri sporchi, piccoli pezzettini non alimentari (specificatamente pezzettini di plastica) all’interno dei piatti e portate che sembravano congelate.

29/07/2025: We ate here yesterday, and this is the worst establishment in all of Pisa. They rip off their guests by charging extras that aren't used and aren't requested. The food is terrible, and the staff is unfriendly. Then they try to threaten you. Bad, bad, bad.

18/07/2025: A lovely evening at Roberto Dini's pizzeria. The staff was lovely and very welcoming despite the language barrier. Excellent dishes and desserts!! I highly recommend this simple but very effective restaurant. Thank you 🩷

05/07/2025: We were so glad we stopped here. Mr Roberto Dini met us personally, made us great pizza and calzoni and amazing cold cold beer. We got some local advice, warm service and were sent on our way very happy. Would highly recommend

05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. 05/06/2025: Recientemente pasamos 3 días en Fattorio Poggio Alloro y fue nuestro favorito 3 días de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas! La gente es maravillosa allí, la comida era excepcional y las vistas eran espectaculares. Cerca de San Gimgnano, así que mucho que hacer. Nos encantó la sensación relajada del lugar y el hermoso campo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Ma.proprio questo sottolinea la loro professionalità: non è facile tenete botta a numeri importanti riuscendo a non perdere ritmo e qualità, e a far sentire tranquillo il cliente di potersi godere il pranzo, una volta conquistato, con grande tranquillità e servizio comunque cortese nonostante l'impegno. Cucina semplice ma perfetta, genuina e familiare, solida. C'è mestiere e passione, e si sente.

01/11/2024: Sono 30 anni che veniamo in questo ristorante e ogni anno assaporiamo le loro delizie. La cortesia e l'efficienza nel servizio sono impeccabili. La qualitá delle portate é di livello elevatissimo. I prezzi sono nella norma ed anzi neppure eccessivi. Consigliatissimo
