06/01/2026: We stayed at this property on New Year's Eve and had a positive experience. The staff immediately proved to be kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel pampered and always striving to accommodate our every request. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, while the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. We highly recommend this stay.

05/01/2026: The hotel is located in modern Ragusa, a few blocks from one of the bridges leading to Ragusa Iblea. The rooms are very comfortable. Excellent service.

01/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, characterized by a rustic farmhouse atmosphere. It's a fixed menu, but neither the menu nor the price are listed. Trust me, though. I must say that we enjoyed the food (perhaps the portions could be a little more generous), but the service was decidedly slow, considering it's a fixed menu for everyone. Price is average (€35 each).

01/01/2026: The worst New Year's Eve dinner I've ever had. After twenty years of dinners at home, we decided to go out; we saw this menu, which seemed like an excellent choice for the price and the offerings. Instead, it turned out to be a complete rip-off, a complete rip-off. The portions were nonexistent, only small samples, even for small children: a disgrace. If you tried to ask for a second helping to get a decent portion, they wouldn't even answer; in fact, they'd just walk away without even considering you. The service was terrible, a New Year's Eve to forget. I'd advise the owners not to venture into areas where they don't have the expertise. I defy anyone to say otherwise.

04/09/2025: The pizza is decent and the location is very nice, but all of this is overshadowed by the staff, which to call inadequate is an understatement.

27/09/2025: We're having dinner at the restaurant. The menu says spaghetti carbonara. Okay, I'll order it. I ask several times if they make it a little bigger, and the waitress says okay. The plate arrives, along with a small baking dish, while I complain that the carbonara arrives cold. I'll let you imagine. Then, when I get home, I see the receipt. I see it written down. €26.00. I phone. At the restaurant. They tell me their policy is so big and it means two portions, and I'm in the business. I'm ashamed that I belong to this category. Restaurants used to exist today. No longer just a pursuit of the god of money.

14/03/2026: The lady forgot about us. We waited over an hour for our pizza. The Margherita pizza from the "offer" was a bit small and burnt on the bottom. I don't recommend it.

12/03/2026: We were a group of four. Three of us agreed that the pizzas we ordered were not authentic and tasty. We have been in too many pizzerias before and we expect a high level of authentic Italian pizza. Not impressed at all. Service was some kind of neglected. The better option was to go to L’antica pizzeria da Michele again a few blocks away.

15/02/2026: Horrible, inedible pizzas....we order a Nutella pizza and they bring a pizza with gianduia or something similar that they pass off as Nutella...I point this out and am told that this product is better than Nutella...speechless...to avoid, I will never set foot in there again.....

01/02/2026: After canceling a pizza out of town due to adverse weather, we decided to head to this place as a group. After booking, I checked the reviews and found they were mostly negative. The space is spacious with a wooden structure and roof, and there are few customers (I think because of the cold and rain). There's a hot appetizer for everyone (there are nine of us) and a variety of pizzas with drinks, and a small pastry with coffee to finish. Overall, the appetizer is good, nothing to complain about, the pizzas are also average, especially the dough, topped with excellent and standard notes, while the pastry is truly superb. Last but not least, the prices are very affordable. Bottom line: never be biased; many reviews don't really reflect the experience.

05/04/2026: Maybe it was beautiful before, the first time now is beautiful if you can't find it anywhere else. What you're paying for isn't worth the effort.

15/01/2026: The food was poor quality and very small in quantity. The room was unsuitable for dancing with the bride and groom, as it was very narrow and long. There were also several acoustic problems for the DJ, perhaps due to the glass walls and the distance between the walls.

23/01/2026: We came here at the end of january and it was one of few open places. We didnt read the reviews before coming in, but the owner was super nice and friendly, very little space inside. We ate arancinis, crepe and some kind of sandwich with coffee. Arancinis were good, 3.50eur each. Crepe and sandwinch were okay. It cost us 24eur so it was fine.

22/10/2025: The terrace with a view is spectacular. The hot chocolate is delicious. The desserts are varied and very good.

14/12/2025: During our city tour, we had 90 minutes of free time. We stopped here because our meeting point was only a few meters away. We had delicious pasta and a very good salad. Service was relatively quick, but with so many people, another server would have been helpful. This is how pasta should taste!

04/11/2025: Wonderful location, with a view of the Ortigia Cathedral next door. But the food was awful: pasta cooked incorrectly, and the toppings were frozen and not properly defrosted (the pasta arrived cold). It's a shame because the place is so worth it.

09/11/2025: We've been to this self-service restaurant several times, but since I'm celiac, I had table service and chose gnocchi with tuna and cherry tomatoes. It was excellent, simple yet full of flavor. My compliments for the quality of your dishes and the kindness of those who welcomed us. For us, you'll always be a culinary must-visit during our shopping trips to the Sicilia Outlet Village. Well done!

09/11/2025: Today I went to the outlet and, like always, I had lunch at FudSud. I had a first course with arugula pesto and tuna, which was truly exceptional. My girlfriend had a slice of salmon with basmati rice. It was good, but honestly, given the price, they could have made the portion a little larger. Overall, it was an excellent lunch.

11/08/2025: Il ristorante era molto accogliente. I nostri primi erano molto buoni. I secondi anch'essi buoni. I dolci buonissimi, in particolare la crema al pistacchio.

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.

05/01/2026: A historic and ancient restaurant, it is said that the then King of Italy specially dined there (hence the name "La Napoletana" in his honor). It had been closed for months for reasons unknown to the public. In truth, it had recently fallen into serious disrepair.
