24/10/2025: We had a lovely quiet lunch here during our day exploring Catania. The gentleman serving us was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals (especially the caprese). Would certainly come back if we return to Sicily!

07/10/2025: Me and my 4 sisters attended this restaurant for a birthday lunch, can I start off by saying the restaurant itself is beautiful! The decor is very unique alongside the placement of all the random vintage pieces along the wall magnificent! We ordered a few dishes and the total amount (€160) was extremely affordable we live in London so the price difference for the seafood was great! If you come definitely get the grilled sea-bream it was cooked to perfection, the mussels were very tasty so was the octopus salad! The only downside was the grilled prawns I feel they could have grilled them for longer maybe split them down the middle so they are cleaned better and included more seasonings as they were very bland. Apart from the prawns everything else was amazing the service was excellent and we was even offered lemoncello on the house. I would definitely come back when we are next in Sicily.

27/07/2025: Tutto molto buono, accompagnato da una vista stupenda e da un servizio rapido e attento. Abbiamo preso antipasto le terrazze, tutto veramente buono. Le cozze molto buone e I primi spettacolari. I dolci anche non ci hanno deluso!

29/08/2025: Stumbled upon this place when wondering around and we were all very pleasantly surprised. Group of 6 inc. 2 kids. Great portion sizes. Cabonara was the best I've had so far in Italy. Lasagne was very cheesy but ok. Tiramisu was really nice and finished with a coffee. Staff were friendly (a little hard sell but not overly) and spike good English. Would recommend.

08/08/2025: Excellent food. We had three different meals and all three were excellent. Lasagna, ravioli and carbonara - made just right. The tiramisu dessert was excellent. And all this with excellent, friendly service and reasonable prices. Perfect.

17/10/2025: If you like pre-cooked pasta, this is the place for you, otherwise go elsewhere...

16/10/2025: I don't recommend it. We ordered a plate of ravioli and two focaccias. After a 20-minute wait, the four ravioli arrived with some kind of eggplant and tomato sauce. 15 minutes later, the focaccias arrived. I finished eating before the other dishes arrived. I asked for the bill, followed by another 20 minutes of waiting. I had to go to the counter to get a charge, and it turned out they didn't accept cards. I was finally able to pay by card, but they overcharged me. The service was terrible, and the food left much to be desired. Additionally, they charged me for table service when the menu doesn't mention it. We won't be returning, and I won't recommend it to my friends.

20/10/2025: The ambiance seemed cheap, but we wanted to give the restaurant a try nonetheless. Unfortunately, the food was completely underwhelming, and I can only agree with the previous comment that restaurants like this are the reason why people don't like going to vegan restaurants. We paid almost €30 for a meal that was absolutely inedible. My boyfriend still ate it (except for the soggy fries) because we didn't want to throw away any food, and we'd have to pay for it anyway. My boyfriend also personally gave the owner a shout-out after paying, and he told us that everyone else had enjoyed it and we were the only ones complaining... A vegan alternative in Syracuse is MOON. We didn't eat there, but the place made a very good first impression. We also got vegan arancini from PASTA RUN afterward. These are also highly recommended! :)

03/10/2025: Excellent food, impeccable service! We chose this restaurant to celebrate a special birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was simply delicious—the lobster fettuccine was delicious—everything was carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients. We enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, elegance, and a warm atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

11/09/2025: But the responses you give to negative reviews are absurd. You have to know how to accept them without responding, and at least with courtesy. Also, try to improve yourself by not attacking them and hoping they don't come.

15/11/2025: Absolutely scandalous, 2 hours late and we called repeatedly, we were even mocked on the phone, I will never go there again, highly discouraged, to be avoided

20/07/2025: Il locale è davvero molto grazioso curato e il personale accogliente. Purtroppo il piatto ha totalmemte deluso le mie aspettative: lo spaghetto era scotto e frutti di mare mix tra vecchi congelati e andati a male... Avevo una gran fame e ho mangiato gli spaghetti sperando di lasciarmi poi il piacere dei frutti di mare alla fine e invece non ce n'era uno buono! Insomma una vera delusione ma più di tutto, quando l'ho fatto presente al personale, non c'è stato nessun tentativo di compensare la mancanza.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato nella migliore trattoria di Lampedusa per tutta la settimana...devo dire che abbiamo degustato tutto il menù...e mi sento di affermare che è la migliore cucina di Lampedusa... personale molto gentile e disponibile, un locale adatto a tutti , famiglie,coppie,ricorrenze..ma la solarità di Carmen è un qualcosa di eccezionale..😘

20/10/2025: Beautiful place with a sea view, classic Sicilian lunch with good fish and to finish a very good strawberry sorbet, service a little serious but efficient, a few more smiles wouldn't hurt, but highly recommended

09/12/2025: The food was unbeatable. The fish they offered was excellent, as was the tomato salad. The lemon sorbet was exquisite, and the owners were fantastic, always attentive to our requests.

06/07/2025: This restaurant was opposite our hotel and we first tried it for home made ice cream - it was delicious and staff were really helpful so we went for dinner more than once. It’s position in the cliff is great enhanced by the decor and setting - really great service and tasty food if limited menu - I have a food allergy and they cooked a separate not on menu meal for me - you cannot ask for more than that. It’s is a great place to sit and enjoy the view - thank you to the staff for helping to make a really enjoyable holiday. I see someone thought it pricey - not for this standard of food and place.
