I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Sicilia

02/08/2024: …. è stata per NOI quasi una sorpresa ! A dir la verità , l’avevamo notata di sfuggita la scorsa estate ….. ma non ci avevamo fatto mente locale ! Questa volta invece ci siamo soffermati maggiormente ad osservarla 👁️ in ogni sua angolazione e così ce ne siamo fatti un’idea più precisa …. È un ambiente tipicamente ericino ( ricordo i famosi cortiletti / porticati ) , che da’ alla Struttura del Ristorante ulteriore spazio di manovra oltre alle storiche postazioni sulla adiacente via Palma …. L’organizzazione messa in atto qui è davvero performante : tavoli ben disposti per ottenere più commensali possibili , illuminazione adeguata , oggettistica di contorno essenziale ….. Sintesi : una bella novità che dona lustro alla Location !!

31/07/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante attratti dal menù esposto in strada. Location sicuramente piacevole, in un accogliente vicolo di Erice. Siamo rimasti un po' delusi dal cibo, che sembrava già pronto e scaldato al momento, vista la rapidità con cui veniva servito. Piatti comunque buoni. Prrsonale efficiente. Coperto e vino al calice esageratamente cari.

03/08/2024: Congratulations to Francesco who manages this historic bar, personally preparing his wonderful Messina granitas! The brioches with tuppo are among the best you've ever eaten. If you're in the area, stop by for an excellent breakfast or a tasty snack, possibility of consuming both inside and outside the bar, with a decent selection of quality wines, staff courteous and fast service, must try! Also available for catering.

03/06/2024: Clean and well-stocked bar, I have always only had coffee and cappuccinos but the products on display look excellent. Staff always friendly and quick in service

31/08/2024: No no and no, we are not fish lovers but given the reviews we tried, nothing fresh or memorable. Mussels that tasted like burnt garlic and canned appetizers. Absurd account!

28/08/2024: Disappointing experience. Apart from the friendly and helpful staff, the ambience is a bit outdated and the cuisine is really substandard. Considering the fact that we are in Ganzirri, the mussels were really mediocre: drenched in oil and with a strong burnt garlic flavour. Stale starter and second courses without infamy and without praise. Stay away from the house sparkling wine. Bill not adequate for the quality of food served.

16/05/2024: Not recommended for celiacs. Despite the reservation, the restaurateur was unable to cook even a first course, he had not bought the gluten-free pasta despite having been notified and he could not prepare the risotto. I had to eat to the chef's taste.

La signora Teresa ci ha accolti come se fossimo parte della sua famiglia, raccontandoci aneddoti e curiosità sulla sua cucina. I piatti sono tutti preparati con ingredienti di prima qualità e con tanto amore, e si sente! L'atmosfera è familiare e rilassata, perfetta per chi cerca un posto tranquillo dove gustare la buona cucina siciliana. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!"

12/07/2024: Una location elegante, prevale una cucina tipica trapanese, ho mangiato pesce, tutto ottimo, sia per la qualità e sia nella preparazione dei piatti. Rapporto qualità prezzo è stato molto apprezzato, camerieri e titolare molto professionali e preparati. Ci sono stato 2 sere consecutive, ho mangiato tutti piatti tipici e tutti sono stati eccellenti, vi consiglio di provarlo

01/09/2024: Disappointing. Sitting at the table, there was a napkin stained with lipstick. Promptly changed, but evidence of poor attention. Disorganized service, the waiters didn't know who to give the dishes to, they wandered between the tables asking whose dishes they were. Ordered a second round of wine, never arrived at the table. No discount, not even on cover charge, despite the dirty napkin incident. Good spaghetti with clams.

24/08/2024: It is necessary to order, the atmosphere is perfect, the food gives the impression that it is going to be an experience, it was definitely a treat for the eyes, the service is too busy and each waiter does his own thing.

31/08/2024: The waitress was not very attentive and of few words. The portions left something to be desired while the quality of the food was decent. Little choice, it had probably recently reopened from holidays. Maybe I would go again at another time, but not in August.

29/06/2024: I agree with the most recent reviews....Il Timo deserves a better rating. The service was exceptional, the food was top, and the atmosphere, enjoyable. Instead of driving to a restaurant, stick to Il Timo and take the 20-30 minutes you would be using to find parking to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo! Definitely recommended!

18/07/2024: Sunday 07/14/2024 at 8:00 pm they couldn't seat us because it wasn't possible to make normal pizzas, only with special flours! If you know, he'll have a few kilos of flour I was carrying! Boo
