17/09/2025: The menu was very limited, with few dishes to choose from; the marinara risotto also required advance reservations. The seafood spaghetti consisted only of mussels and clams. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday, when we asked for spaghetti with clams, we were told they only had a few and it was better to choose the marinara spaghetti I mentioned above. The mixed fried fish was all fish; they didn't have scampi, calamari, or even shrimp or prawns. The prices for the few dishes available were also quite high; spaghetti with (a few) clams was €22!! Maybe we were unlucky, but we're unlikely to return.

09/12/2025: I visited this restaurant with a group of 24, and the experience was, unfortunately, very bad. They split us between two tables—an understandable choice—but the service was horrendously poor: one table received their dishes immediately, while the other had to wait about 20 minutes, as if we were two completely separate groups. The portions, served on shared trays, were truly meager. Their "house dish," Monte Conca macaroni, cost €16, but several people at my table and I ate a maximum of 8-10 macaroni each. One person at our table couldn't even taste the pasta, so much so that they had to bring an extra tray only after I pointed it out. And to think, we were guaranteed that the trays would be shared by everyone... which was impossible, unless we settled for three macaroni each. The dish, besides being small, was also disappointing: basically, pasta with tomato sauce, with very little eggplant and no trace of pancetta, despite it being listed as an ingredient. To top off an already poor experience, the drinks bill was exorbitant: between water and Coke, we spent €93, significantly disproportionate to the quality and quantity. I'm giving it one star only because Google doesn't allow lower ratings. Disappointing experience, insufficient portions, and disorganized service. I won't return, and I don't recommend it.

08/12/2025: Disproportionate. The bill was too large for what we actually consumed; it's not possible to pay €180 for 18 pieces of cheese, even at 1,800m above sea level. We paid €1,700 for 24 people, and what we were served was: - some macaroni pasta each - about 50g of rice each - a few platters sold as "mixed grill" that left us hungry. Undoubtedly, it's a problem getting the goods so far from the city. But there's a limit to everything, and it's disrespectful to your customers to charge for such a large imbalance just to avoid eating something truly special. I'm not criticizing the quality of the food, which was fine, but rather the quantity and final price: for €70 each, we would have eaten more anywhere, even on Mount Etna.

17/07/2025: Il ristorante conferma l’alta qualità che lo contraddistingue da anni. Menù ben assortito per tutte le portate, molto curate e con sapori mediterranei ben definiti. Servizio inappuntabile, senza attese snervanti. Il personale di sala (tutti giovani!) gentilissimo, pronto ed efficiente. Prezzi in linea con la qualità e la localizzazione.

17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞 Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish. We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice. The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special. A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome. 07/09/2025: Always a guarantee of quality and the beauty of its location. The woman who served us was very knowledgeable regarding the celiac disease of one of our guests. Pizzas of many varieties and with tasty and unique ingredients. Excellent value for money, with fries and beers, we paid €15 per person. One star less because some pizzas were not cooked well and because the gluten-free pizza base was not made by them.

27/08/2025: If we had listened to Google reviews, we would have passed. Fortunately, we decided to follow the much more relevant advice of the Guide du Routard, which recommended the place. And indeed, the pizzas, both the dough and the other ingredients, were excellent (be careful with the olives, however, which retain their pits). The service was very good, with sufficiently attentive waitresses. We showed up at 7 on a Wednesday at the end of August, without a reservation, and were seated right away. In short, a very good experience, in the heart of a very picturesque neighborhood of Scicli.

06/12/2025: the environment is dirty, the service is terrible and the food is passable

06/12/2025: I gave one star because I can't give zero. There were seven of us. I ordered a salad because I'm celiac, even though there were some gluten-free meat options. The service was terrible, as the meat ordered by the others arrived all at once, while I had to wait 30 minutes longer for my salad than the others. We're talking about a salad, and it's unacceptable to let that much time pass. The salads ordered by the others as a side dish arrived first, rather than mine, which was my main course. Not to mention the quantity of the salad, which I can only call paltry. They also ruined my friends' dinner because their dishes got cold while they tried to wait for me. Not to mention the final bill: we weren't expecting anything, but at least an apology would have been appreciated. Instead, to top it off, we were sarcastically asked if there were any problems.

01/11/2025: I'm a vegetarian, I asked for a sandwich with chips and even though I had already corrected the receipt which had been made incorrectly (it's not the first time this has happened), I found a piece of meat inside my sandwich.

15/09/2025: The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms. It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly.

16/10/2025: Great traditional Sicilian / Italian food with emphasis on seafood. Pizzas only on Saturday and Sunday. Easy access and parking out front.

07/08/2025: I stopped by the Plaza bar by chance for pizza, and to my surprise, it was excellent, not burnt, and had a great flavor. I was truly satisfied, and I'll be back with my wife.

09/07/2025: Questionable from a culinary perspective. Pasta was out of stock, some pizzas were unavailable. The pizzas served looked like frozen goods – no one ate more than half. Mozzarella salad came with jelly. No comment. Okay for ice cream and a drink. Better to go somewhere else for food.

03/09/2025: We recently went to dinner at this restaurant, recommended by friends. I have to say, I wasn't thrilled with the entree, but the welcome was warm. We had the tourist menu, which I must say was plentiful and fresh. There was a bit of time between courses because the chef made them freshly. Excellent! He came to our table to see how it went, and honestly, I was very pleased because it's not for everyone. Chefs, or rather, those who call themselves chefs (even though they aren't, really), never come. Anyway, both the young man and woman who served us were very good and professional. I recommend it if you want to spend an evening with friends!

20/08/2025: Very good restaurant located a little outside of town. Warm welcome and the service was friendly and efficient. Fresh fish on the menu and we were served generous portions. It's worth the detour.

04/09/2025: I'll be honest... I don't think you're all that right... because spaghetti with fish is fine... But it's obvious you can't make a plate of pasta with just a little fish... but what about a little sauce, a little cream, a little whatever sauce? I don't know!!!!!! Total disappointment and a waste of money on a totally and rightfully DRY plate of pasta that I barely ate. My boyfriend had the same experience with the pizza with buffalo mozzarella... inedible... and as a buffalo mozzarella lover, if he had been wrong, I would have eaten it... but as soon as I tasted it, I was disgusted. I didn't come yesterday or the day before, but sooner or later it was right for me to say this, even after a while. Never again. Yes, because in the meantime, I paid for what you gave me anyway, and you didn't even bother to ask why we barely ate anything. If you don't even know how to cook a simple plate of pasta and if you have shoddy food, stay home, at least don't open a restaurant... You must be even more frustrated since that night we were the only souls in the restaurant and it's understandable why... bye bye arrogant

31/08/2025: Terrible and expensive. I went alone around 1:30 PM and they charged me for two loungers for the whole day, telling me that it made no difference whether I was alone or half a day. €20 for half a day, and I even got the last row. I was hoping to at least relax, but nothing. The distance between loungers was almost nonexistent. No privacy; you could hear everyone else's conversations as if you were part of the same group. To get to the beach, you had to walk right past everyone. To top it all off, my umbrella had no place to put my phone. €20 for a few hours...stolen.

26/08/2025: My family and I had a great time, we enjoyed the good food, excellent hospitality and organization, and above all, a wonderful sea. Rating 8
