I arrive at 7:00 pm (with the bar empty!) and I ask them if we can have some toast in 10 minutes for two little girls because we had the hydrofoil and they tell us that there are no problems, at 7:15 pm we start to ask (the hydrofoil left at 7:30 pm), at 7:20 pm we ask again and (not noticing my husband) they say - verbatim - "this guy is breaking our balls today" a completely inappropriate language, they deliver the toast to us only at 7:25 pm to take away obviously and delivered in a scandalous way (my 10 year old daughter knows better how to prepare a simple cheese toast!), another very sore point was the manager's response to my request, I'm celiac what flavor of ice cream can I have? none!!! they are all contaminated, without courtesy/tactlessness and above all without offering me any alternative, I definitely won't go back again! I advise you to equip yourself with "kindness" the same things if handled with kindness could change everything

05/06/2025: Ho pranzato due domeniche fa in questo buon ristorante situato nel centro della città, dietro la Via Etnea. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla qualità del cibo proposto e dal servizio veloce e cortese (dal momento che purtroppo avevo l'aereo a breve). Ho preso maccheroni alla norma, cotoletta e torta al limone. Il ristorante ha una ricca carta di pietanze sia di carne che di pesce. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi viene in città, considerando che non è facile trovare nella zona ristoranti altrettanto buoni. Spero io stesso di tornarci presto.

06/06/2026: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We arrived at 9:30 and the pizzas arrived at 11:20 PM. 2 hours of waiting. Do not eat here because the wait is really long. We called the waiter several times to ask for information, and the answer was always "they're preparing" when that wasn't the case. Initially, they told us it would take half an hour, but that wasn't the case. We ordered a pizza without chili pepper, but they added it anyway. Pay attention to these details, which are very important and can cause harm to people. I will never return to this restaurant.

07/06/2026: The service was very rude. It was impossible to communicate with them. They were completely devoid of any courtesy, and they themselves were completely clueless. Their English was abysmal.

04/06/2026: Before giving it 1 star, I went to this place twice. A small beachfront bar, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cold drink in a beautiful location. It's a shame that both times the drinks from the kiosk (e.g., lemon and salt seltzer) were warm with an aftertaste of tap water (obviously tasteless). They didn't do anything to fix it. Don't sell drinks you don't know how to make or manage. We left the drinks whole; we just wet our lips. When we went to the register to pay, I reported the problem (in fact, we'll tell you what happened), a girl replied that it was normal for them to be warm, and the lady was ready to charge the unconsumed drinks at the register. 1 star for the management, problem solving, and indifference to constructive criticism (twice).

11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.

05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)

06/05/2026: Beautiful day!!! For lunch with friends, we discovered this place surrounded by greenery but with an incredible sea view, and that was already a plus. The well-kept garden, inhabited by various species of animals, gave us a sunny May Day with clean air. The menu was excellent, with a cold appetizer accompanied by various hot appetizers, both seasonal and local. Two first courses and a mixed grill cooked on the grill. The homemade bread and the red wine we were served were excellent. Impeccable service, the waiters were cheerful and helpful, even with requests for additional appetizers. Recommended!!!

Nice guy, but it wasn’t enough. Every single bad opinion was accurate. I’m sorry. You should change everything you do and make it quick…

09/07/2026: Terrible experience, I'm not giving it less than one star just because I can't. We came to this place to celebrate a confirmation. The tables were set up outside by the pool, but from the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by insects and mosquitoes. Insects everywhere, even on the plates and in the food. It's inconceivable to organize an outdoor event without taking the slightest precaution to limit the problem. (A few citronella candles would have been enough, but there were absolutely nothing!!) We spent the evening swatting away insects and scratching ourselves. The service was terrible. Except for a few kind waiters, others were rude and impolite. The dishes were practically thrown onto the tables, and several times the pizzas ended up directly on the tablecloth while being served. To make matters worse, the wait was exhausting: at 11:30 PM, they were still serving the last pizza. Some guests, including me, had to work the next morning, and were forced to leave without even eating the cake and ice cream. After all that waiting, the pizzas were also of very poor quality. They all remained on the plates, not because people were full, but because they were inedible. An evening that was supposed to be a celebration was ruined by an organization and service that, personally, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

07/05/2026: We stopped by for lunch and sat in the courtyard, and oh my! Absolutely delicious, what a find. And so affordable too xx

24/04/2026: We had pizza and delicious wine with it, all at incredibly good prices. Opens at 7 pm. Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. By the way, they also have pizza picolo, which is smaller.

02/06/2026: The terrace is very beautiful, both at sunset and after dark, with artificial lighting. The food is average.

06/05/2026: The place is decent, the service is good, but the food sucks. I had some bread that tasted like medicine or chamomile tea, the pasta was decent, the fries were frozen and almost raw, while the schnitzel tasted like bread and had very low-quality meat. Plus, the forks bent easily.
