08/05/2024: The restaurant is a little dark because it is located below street level but in summer you can have lunch outside where there is a large pergola. The service is excellent, with many attentive waiters who run around a lot and work hard. Good food, good raw materials cooked in a simple way. We chose the fixed artichoke menu and it seemed good and plentiful. We had slightly higher expectations for the dessert. The price is a little above the average for the place, considering the type of menu.

01/05/2024: Per quanto riguarda il menù fisso ne abbiamo presi solo due in quanto i bambini non gradivano il pranzo a base di carciofi. Pasta quasi cruda secondo appena discreto, ma la sorpresa alla cassa i menù bambini (pasta al sugo e due salsicce con patate) sono costati quanto i menù fissi.

25/07/2024: Wir haben eines Abends zu 8 je eine Pizza gegessen, das Restaurant war nur leicht besetzt und alles lief gut - die Pizza hat geschmeckt. Ein zweiter Abend kippte die Stimmung und es könnte mit der vommen Gästezahl zusammenhängen. Von 4 Ki dern hat eins nicht mitgegessen da vergessen🤷🏻‍♀️ beim 3. Ansprechen kam es dann und sie ass natürlich widerwillig alleine - keine Entschuldigung folgte. Man brachte uns auf Anfrage die Rechnung und dann verschwanden alle.. nach 15min gingen wir persönlich zur Kasse - man hätte auch davonlaufen können.

27/08/2024: We visited 2 years ago, returned after a while and every time we come to the restaurant with pleasure. Friendly staff. Very tasty cuisine. Quiet, calm atmosphere. We are very glad to meet Mario, one of the restaurant employees. Pleasant to talk to, an expert in his business and the menu. We asked for vegetarian options and did not receive a negative response. They listened to us, helped us with our choice and simply surprised us with the quality of the food. We can say with confidence that pasta and pizza are beyond any praise. I’m sure that if we return to Catania, the choice of restaurant will again fall on Cavalier Roxy) Or maybe we return every time only because of the pasta and pizza??? Who knows😆

27/08/2024: Excellent restaurant...every time I'm in Catania I go to eat the best horse meat I've ever eaten! It looks like ham because of how tender it is... in addition to the meat I take the horse meatball, the sausage and the spring onion 😉 I recommend you make this dish, you won't regret it! In addition to the treatment I received from all the professionally trained staff, it was top notch! Finally, the genuine simplicity of Mrs. Grazia who really makes you feel at home...trying is believing! See you soon

04/09/2024: Beautiful place with great potential but unfortunately uncared-for. The showers are almost nonexistent and the toilets are in horrible condition. Essentially, the only thing you’re paying for are the sun-beds with the umbrella (15€/day/on the beach, 30€/day/by the pool - which I must add is a pretty fair price). Even more, we tried to order the drinks directly to the beach but although the QR-code works, the drinks never came. The whole menu is also quite expensive for what it is.

25/07/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serata alla conchiglia. Il titolare Stefano e la figlia Luna sono stati pazienti e molto molto garbati nel consigliarci i piatti cucinati e preparati con gran cura dallo chef Gennaro. Cucina sublime. Primi buonissimi e originali e una stupenda tartare di ricciola su base di pesche con fragole e mirtilli come guarnizione. Consigliatissimo

17/03/2024: Indivuato grazie ad una App ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il Locale ha una saletta Interna ed un veranda esterna, conviene prenotare. Il personale gentile e attento e i piatti scelti tutti molto buoni ed abbondanti, continuate così. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato

09/08/2024: Dopo 10 anni di esperienze positive e nonostante il cibo buono, quest’anno i prezzi risultano spropositati, 40€ solo degustazioni antipasti, il bagno fatiscente, e un prezzo totale di 541€ che come mai prima d’ora non è stato arrotondato dovendo pagare così 26 cent a testa per la prima volta nella mia vita..Delusione totale dopo essere stati storicamente trattati diversamente.Consigliamo alla cassa una persona con più attitudine alla fidelizzazione.26 cent…per favore..

04/08/2024: This is the worst bar in Italy I have ever eaten at. I ordered lasagne and carbonara, and I must say that it was impossible to eat it. In the evening, there were a lot of mosquitoes and the smell of exhaust fumes from passing scooters. Failure. I do not recommend. Stuffy, disgusting bar.

13/08/2024: We paid 45 euros for two sun beds and one umbrella; a bit expensive. The menu wasn't expensive on the other hand.

03/09/2024: Tourist trap with nice outdoor seating. Pasta sauce definitely tasted like it was from store bought bottles (which I thought would be illegal in Italian restaurants in Sicily). Complete waste of money. Service was good though, which is understandable given the above.

22/08/2024: Wonderful cozy place! Lasagna, caponata, drinks, service - above all praise. Very tasty. Thanks to the cook and waiters. I recommend trying these dishes. Prices are reasonable compared to other establishments in Taormina.

08/07/2024: Locale carino personale gentile abbiamo sia pranzato che cenato devo dire ottimo abbiamo assaggiato involtini di pesce spada a pranzo fantastico poi la sera abbiamo provato la pasta al nero di seppia con ricci e gambero buona ma troppo nero nascondeva gli altri gusti

04/07/2024: Che bella esperienza! Abbiamo cenato in questo tipico ristorante di Favignana invogliate dalle ottime recensioni, e abbiamo fatto più che bene! Antipasto della casa, busiate al ragù di tonno, spaghettoni al nero di seppia e cous cous di pesce... Tutto con ingredienti freschi e di ottima qualità, cucinati in maniera eccellente. Personale gentile, disponibilie e sorridente. Se si passa da Favignana è un peccato non andarci.

22/06/2024: I was charged 95 euros for a simple meal with 2 persons, we had 6 trillias (small fish), six gamba shrimp, a side dish for one person and two glasses of wine. The employee was all nice but that was just a setup at the end, sad. My wife was really looking forward to the seafood and I didn’t want to make a scene, and the shrimp at least was good. Owner should talk with his employees to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
