Received by Salvatore as brothers. Simple aubergines that become an exciting dish for the taste buds. Homemade fettuccine with sardines and fennel, a must try. Congratulations to Gianna and daughter for giving us an unforgettable culinary experience.

Very good food for a very low price, warm family trattoria atmosphere, with very friendly service and which alone is worth 5 stars.

I Romani dicevano che a volte persino il grande Omero sonnecchiava, intendendo dire che non sempre un grande poeta scrive grandi poesie. A giudicare dalle elogiative recensioni abbiamo pensato che forse con noi si è trattato di una occasionale disavventura. Le tagliatelle erano troppo cotte nelle due versioni, di terra e di carbonara di mare. Alla fine è comparso solo un "preconto" (di quelli che la ricevuta deve chiedersi poi..) ma al pagamento il preconto è stato ritirato ed al tavolo è arrivato solo il resto . Siamo restati non troppo contenti a domandarci la ragione dei precedenti pareri superlativi. I prezzi sono contenuti ed il simpatico signore ex auto trasportatore ci ha spiegato che Gianna è la moglie e cuoca.Dal tavolo a fianco però qualcuno voleva mandare indietro una lasagna ma alla fine hanno deciso di lasciar perdere...

Typical, homely and very simple restaurant. Good dinner based on pappardelle with sardines and fennel and baked lasagna. Fast service, friendly staff.

Ein Restaurant geführt von der Familie - hier arbeiten 3 Generationen und man fühlt sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Einfache Speisen, jedoch sehr gut - handwerklich wie die Sizilianer es immer gemacht haben. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Absolut empfehlenswert

Amazing fresh local food with warm family service

What can I say, perhaps the dish speaks for itself, and thank goodness, because I have no words to describe this delicacy. I ate a swordfish carbonara flavored with lemon zest, one of the house specialties; followed by skewers of calamari and octopus, all made by the cook Gianna with golden hands. The owner is very kind and helpful and the place is very welcoming.
