28/03/2026: Master Pizza prepared by a master pizza chef. Beyond the high-quality ingredients, this is the kind of pizza that's worth a prize. Thin, well-cooked, crispy, and beautifully topped. THE BEST.

15/03/2026: Last night I ordered a pizza (to go) with zucchini WITHOUT SALTED RICOTTA. They made it WITH SALTED RICOTTA AND BASIL. I mentioned it and the pizza chef's assistant said, "It's just a little bit, is that a problem???" Now I wonder, "Why add ingredients you didn't ask for!" That said, they remade the pizza. The pizza chef took it out of the oven and added, "Don't add any toppings to the lady." Honestly, I didn't like the way he presented it, and the pizza (which cost €11) was truly awful. You decide.

08/04/2026: IDEA FOR 2026. WE REACHED THE DESTINATION BY BOARDING IN GENOA AND ARRIVING IN PALERMO. AN EXCELLENT IDEA. Aside from the various coves, it's worth going to LAKE VENUS (reached on foot from the main road that leads from near the sea, then a 15-minute walk through the woods). Another option is CALA MANCINA, with a beautiful CAVE, CALA TONNARA, and the ZINZARO RESERVE, which is essential. VERY DETAILED MAPS CAN BE FOUND LOCALLY. TRAPANI AND BOAT TRIPS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH AN AGENCY (TOWARDS THE SOUTH). BEST TIME: END OF MAY/JUNE.

07/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at L'Oasi da Paolo in Castelluzzo and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a lunch filled with good food. The menu is a true tribute to local tradition, featuring meticulously prepared fresh seafood dishes. The couscous is simply exceptional, rich in flavor and well-balanced, while the fried baby capuchin cabbage is crispy and light, truly irresistible. Also not to be missed is the caponata, prepared according to tradition and with an authentic flavor. The more innovative dishes are also interesting, such as the shrimp cocktail enriched with strawberries: a surprising combination that perfectly combines freshness and originality. The service is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes. A culinary experience I highly recommend to anyone in the area who wants to savor the best of Sicilian cuisine, combining tradition and creativity.

06/04/2026: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. The staff's professionalism stands out, and the breathtaking location of the veranda overlooking the sea, nestled in the Belice River Mouth Nature Reserve. Excellent seafood, especially the seafood appetizer with Tunisian brik. We weren't thrilled with the pine forest busiata; we'd rather choose the clam pasta. The mixed grill was excellent, with swordfish taking center stage. Definitely worth a try. The only downside is the very bumpy road leading to the restaurant, lacking signage and abandoned, with very dangerous muddy areas.

07/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant. The location is truly beautiful, the sea is spectacular in that area, and the place is very characteristic. The food was excellent and the portions were very generous.

25/12/2025: I was at a wedding in the summer and I have to say the location was very beautiful but everything else was forgettable!! The waiters were arrogant and rude, even to the people in the dining room! The head waiter scolded a 10-year-old girl who wanted to sing because it wasn't the right time... the food was brought in so quickly that you didn't even have time to enjoy it... The contract (and I know what I'm talking about) stated that entry was on the boat and the location was rented until 3:00... there wasn't even a hint of a boat tour and at 2:00 they made us understand that we had to leave by starting to turn off the lights! At 1:30 they made the DJ turn off the music since he had a contract with them until 2:30 (since they had stayed that way) and the DJ who until that moment had made everyone in the room dance!!!! At the time of the dessert buffet there was supposed to be an open bar, unfortunately no one was told where it was... again at dessert time there wasn't even half a bottle of water on the table and that day it was 38 degrees!!!! It's a shame because it could have been a wonderful evening but instead they ruined it a bit!!!

08/04/2026: The structure is dilapidated, the food is mediocre and expensive. A full lunch costs around 65 euros per person.

10/03/2026: An absolute must to visit if you're staying in the area and want to experience the most genuine hospitality and freshest fish cuisine. The waiter was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to give us the best possible dining experience. The Pizza's here are very generously covered with all the best toppings and the pasta's are delicious too! No wonder the whole place was full of locals enjoying a meal. It's a real bummer we only were able to eat here twice because of our short stay. If we're ever in the area again we'll definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay in Aspra unforgettable!

27/03/2026: This hotel in the heart of Palermo is highly recommended. It's in a fantastic central location, and everything is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are very clean and stylishly furnished. The hotel as a whole is very tastefully decorated. The breakfast also offers a very large and truly delicious selection.

13/04/2026: A wonderful culinary experience: fresh, well-cooked fish, tasty appetizers, and delicious grouper parcels. Everything was delicious. Compliments to the chef. The welcome was also excellent.

07/04/2026: Not a suitable place for those looking for places to eat fish. The portions of the house appetizer are 90 percent condiments such as onion, potatoes, vegetables and 10 percent stale, non-fresh fish whose rotten flavor is covered by the condiments. The first courses are poor, always full of tomato, spices and no fish. The second course was not taken so I cannot comment. The location is cramped and old-fashioned. I do not recommend the place and we will not see each other again.

11/11/2025: The restaurant is run by an Italian and a Polish woman (both serving customers). The menu is in Polish. It's tucked away in a quiet area. It's quiet and peaceful. Plenty of tables. The food is delicious, just like in Italy. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: The ambiance is wonderful, located in a dreamy area, very close to the Greek Theatre of Taormina, and across from the small Church of San Domenico. The atmosphere is very welcoming; there are always musicians wandering around the restaurants, adding a vibrant touch to the dining experience. I enjoyed the food; I tried three dishes: eggplant parmigiana, pasta with shrimp, and grilled clams. My favorite was the grilled clams.
